Nijemac Marianus Krall u problemima je s poreznicima i to zbog dva psa za koje on tvrdi da ih nikad nije imao.

Priča traje sad već više od godinu dana. Krall je od porezne službe Hildena, grada u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, početkom prošle godine dobio obavijest da mora platiti porez na pse za četiri godine, a ukupni je iznos bio 1200 eura.

Krall je poreznicima poslao pismeni prigovor s obrazloženjem da nikad nije bio vlasnik psa, regionalni mediji su nekoliko puta izvještavali o tome, dva puta je pokušao doći do gradonačelnika Clausa Pommera, razgovarao s gradskim je rizničarom...

Ništa nije urodilo plodom, nedavno je dobio obavijest da mora platiti 200 eura poreza za pse za 2022. godinu, a ukupni mu se "dug" popeo na 1600 eura. Od njega se traži da dug plati u roku od sedam dana, u protivnom će biti pokrenuta prisilna naplata.

Krall je u konačnici podnio prijavu protiv grada administrativnom sudu u Düsseldorfu, kaže mu nije preostalo ništa drugo nego pokrenuti sudski proces jer svi njegovi pokušaji da na drugi način razriješi problem nisu urodili plodom.

Kako su poreznici u Hildenu uopće došli do saznanja da Krall ima dva psa? Odgovor je – društvene mreže na koje su postavljene fotografije Kralla s psima u kući.

On ne negira da je objavio fotografije s psima na svom profilu, ali tvrdi kako psi pripadaju njegovoj kćeri i prijateljima, ali porezna služba ne prihvaća njegove tvrdnje i ide dalje s postupkom naplate.

- Moja kći ima labradora već deset godina. Ako je pas kod mene, fotografiram se i objavim na Facebooku – kazao je Krall za njemačke medije.

Slučaj je sada na administrativnom sudu gdje će se utvrditi ima li grad pravo na naplatu duga, do presude porezna služba neće prisilno naplaćivati ono za što tvrdi da joj Krall duguje.

Premda nema psa, otvaranje Krallovog antikvarijata "Otkrivena blaga" u studenome prošle godine je bio u znaku kućnih ljubimaca kao još jedan oblik njegove borbe protiv pokušaja da mu se nametne nepostojeća porezna obaveza.

Svi vlasnici pasa koji su došli na otvaranje trgovine dobili su na poklon limenku hrane za svoje kućne ljubimce, a mogli su odlučiti hoće li je zadržati ili donirati skloništu za životinje.

Svi su hranu donirali, a Kroll je skloništu za životinje donirao i deset posto utrška prvog dana rada trgovine. U trgovini je i pas, ali ne živi, nego napravljen od keramike, i sasvim sigurno ne podliježe porezu na pse.

Nijemac Marianus Krall u problemima je s poreznicima i to zbog dva psa za koje on tvrdi da ih nikad nije imao.

Priča traje sad već više od godinu dana. Krall je od porezne službe Hildena, grada u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, početkom prošle godine dobio obavijest da mora platiti porez na pse za četiri godine, a ukupni je iznos bio 1200 eura.

Krall je poreznicima poslao pismeni prigovor s obrazloženjem da nikad nije bio vlasnik psa, regionalni mediji su nekoliko puta izvještavali o tome, dva puta je pokušao doći do gradonačelnika Clausa Pommera, razgovarao s gradskim je rizničarom...

Ništa nije urodilo plodom, nedavno je dobio obavijest da mora platiti 200 eura poreza za pse za 2022. godinu, a ukupni mu se "dug" popeo na 1600 eura. Od njega se traži da dug plati u roku od sedam dana, u protivnom će biti pokrenuta prisilna naplata.

Krall je u konačnici podnio prijavu protiv grada administrativnom sudu u Düsseldorfu, kaže mu nije preostalo ništa drugo nego pokrenuti sudski proces jer svi njegovi pokušaji da na drugi način razriješi problem nisu urodili plodom.

Kako su poreznici u Hildenu uopće došli do saznanja da Krall ima dva psa? Odgovor je – društvene mreže na koje su postavljene fotografije Kralla s psima u kući.

On ne negira da je objavio fotografije s psima na svom profilu, ali tvrdi kako psi pripadaju njegovoj kćeri i prijateljima, ali porezna služba ne prihvaća njegove tvrdnje i ide dalje s postupkom naplate.

- Moja kći ima labradora već deset godina. Ako je pas kod mene, fotografiram se i objavim na Facebooku – kazao je Krall za njemačke medije.

Slučaj je sada na administrativnom sudu gdje će se utvrditi ima li grad pravo na naplatu duga, do presude porezna služba neće prisilno naplaćivati ono za što tvrdi da joj Krall duguje.

Premda nema psa, otvaranje Krallovog antikvarijata "Otkrivena blaga" u studenome prošle godine je bio u znaku kućnih ljubimaca kao još jedan oblik njegove borbe protiv pokušaja da mu se nametne nepostojeća porezna obaveza.

Svi vlasnici pasa koji su došli na otvaranje trgovine dobili su na poklon limenku hrane za svoje kućne ljubimce, a mogli su odlučiti hoće li je zadržati ili donirati skloništu za životinje.

Svi su hranu donirali, a Kroll je skloništu za životinje donirao i deset posto utrška prvog dana rada trgovine. U trgovini je i pas, ali ne živi, nego napravljen od keramike, i sasvim sigurno ne podliježe porezu na pse.

Muškarac dobio obavijest da mora platiti porez na pse 1200 eura - a pasa uopće nema! Evo kako je to moguće

Nijemac Marianus Krall u problemima je s poreznicima i to zbog dva psa za koje on tvrdi da ih nikad nije imao.

Priča traje sad već više od godinu dana. Krall je od porezne službe Hildena, grada u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, početkom prošle godine dobio obavijest da mora platiti porez na pse za četiri godine, a ukupni je iznos bio 1200 eura.

Krall je poreznicima poslao pismeni prigovor s obrazloženjem da nikad nije bio vlasnik psa, regionalni mediji su nekoliko puta izvještavali o tome, dva puta je pokušao doći do gradonačelnika Clausa Pommera, razgovarao s gradskim je rizničarom...

Ništa nije urodilo plodom, nedavno je dobio obavijest da mora platiti 200 eura poreza za pse za 2022. godinu, a ukupni mu se "dug" popeo na 1600 eura. Od njega se traži da dug plati u roku od...
