U utorak 21. lipnja, u 20 sati, u splitskoj Galeriji "Emanuel Vidović" otvara se izložba "Ante Mandarić – prostori umjetničkog traganja".

Organizator izložbe, koja će biti otvorena do 21. kolovoza 2022. godine, je Muzej grada Splita na čelu s v.d. ravnateljice Brankom Brekalo, autor izložbe je dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević, a kustosica izložbe muzejska savjetnica Nela Žižić.

Ante Mandarić rođen je u Kninu 1948. godine. Umjetnički se oblikovao u Školi za primijenjene umjetnosti, na odjelu za kiparstvo. Na likovnu scenu grada Splita stupio je 1977. godine najprije sudjelujući na skupnim izložbama, da bi 1979. priredio prvu samostalnu izložbu u Galeriji HDLUS-a, odnosno Salonu "Galić".

"Otada pa do kraja svoga života, 2016. godine, ostao je aktivan protagonist likovnoga života grada i intrigirao publiku čestim promjenama vlastita likovnoga raspoloženja i izražavanja: od egzistencijalističke tamne faze slika zasićenog duktusa preko crteža rasvijetljenog fonda i lazurnog nanosa akvarelnih boja do konstruktivistički slikanih kompozicija. Zasebno je, nadalje, poglavlje o kiparskom stvaralaštvu Ante Mandarića.

Njegovi radovi svojom morfologijom variraju od sinteznih volumena ženskih aktova, preko izrazito intimnih i umanjenih glava poznatih i nepoznatih umjetnikovih suvremenika, do neobičnih facijalnih konstrukcija neosporivo važnog bojanog sloja." (dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević)

Autor izložbe dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević za ovu prvu posthumnu izložbu Ante Mandarića izabrao je 88 slika, crteža i skulptura kojima će predstaviti umjetnikov opus od 1977. do 2007. godine, no postav ne temelji na preciznome kronološkome slijedu, nego "na susretu i dijalogu različitih blokova radova koji se okupljaju oko teme, doživljaja ili, pak, njihove estetske srodnosti (ili potpune različitosti)". U utorak 21. lipnja, u 20 sati, u splitskoj Galeriji "Emanuel Vidović" otvara se izložba "Ante Mandarić – prostori umjetničkog traganja".

Organizator izložbe, koja će biti otvorena do 21. kolovoza 2022. godine, je Muzej grada Splita na čelu s v.d. ravnateljice Brankom Brekalo, autor izložbe je dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević, a kustosica izložbe muzejska savjetnica Nela Žižić.

Ante Mandarić rođen je u Kninu 1948. godine. Umjetnički se oblikovao u Školi za primijenjene umjetnosti, na odjelu za kiparstvo. Na likovnu scenu grada Splita stupio je 1977. godine najprije sudjelujući na skupnim izložbama, da bi 1979. priredio prvu samostalnu izložbu u Galeriji HDLUS-a, odnosno Salonu "Galić".

"Otada pa do kraja svoga života, 2016. godine, ostao je aktivan protagonist likovnoga života grada i intrigirao publiku čestim promjenama vlastita likovnoga raspoloženja i izražavanja: od egzistencijalističke tamne faze slika zasićenog duktusa preko crteža rasvijetljenog fonda i lazurnog nanosa akvarelnih boja do konstruktivistički slikanih kompozicija. Zasebno je, nadalje, poglavlje o kiparskom stvaralaštvu Ante Mandarića.

Njegovi radovi svojom morfologijom variraju od sinteznih volumena ženskih aktova, preko izrazito intimnih i umanjenih glava poznatih i nepoznatih umjetnikovih suvremenika, do neobičnih facijalnih konstrukcija neosporivo važnog bojanog sloja." (dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević)

Autor izložbe dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević za ovu prvu posthumnu izložbu Ante Mandarića izabrao je 88 slika, crteža i skulptura kojima će predstaviti umjetnikov opus od 1977. do 2007. godine, no postav ne temelji na preciznome kronološkome slijedu, nego "na susretu i dijalogu različitih blokova radova koji se okupljaju oko teme, doživljaja ili, pak, njihove estetske srodnosti (ili potpune različitosti)". U utorak 21. lipnja, u 20 sati, u splitskoj Galeriji "Emanuel Vidović" otvara se izložba "Ante Mandarić – prostori umjetničkog traganja".

Organizator izložbe, koja će biti otvorena do 21. kolovoza 2022. godine, je Muzej grada Splita na čelu s v.d. ravnateljice Brankom Brekalo, autor izložbe je dr. sc. Dalibor Prančević, a kustosica izložbe muzejska savjetnica Nela Žižić.

Ante Mandarić rođen je u Kninu 1948. godine. Umjetnički se oblikovao u Školi za primijenjene umjetnosti, na odjelu za kiparstvo. Na likovnu scenu grada Splita stupio je 1977. godine najprije sudjelujući na skupnim izložbama, da bi 1979. priredio prvu samostalnu izložbu u Galeriji HDLUS-a, odnosno Salonu "Galić".

"Otada pa do kraja svoga života, 2016. godine, ostao je aktivan protagonist likovnoga...
