Prema Stonu i gradilištu Mosta Ston kao ključnom objektu pristupnih cesta Pelješkom mostu, iz splitskog škvera su upravo krenuli prvi dijelovi tog mosta. Od dovršetka tog mosta ovisi i dovršetak radova na obilaznici Stona kojom će se rasteretiti promet kroz "vrata Pelješca" a pristupne ceste i Pelješki most dobiti punu protočnost i funkcionalnost.

Dva čelična dijela Mosta Ston: "segment A" dužine 93,8 metara i težine 323,30 tona te "segment B" koji je dužine 60 metara i težine 352,70 tona ukrcabni su na baržu "Golia" koju je u tegalj uzeo remorker "Storione". Podsjetimo da će po ulasku u Stonski kanal i doplovljenju do gradilišta mosta, dijelove iskrcati megadizalica "Manitowoc" kojoj je kapacitet nosivosti 750 tona, a koja je prošlog tjedna stigla te iskrcana na gradilištu.

Premda je bilo najavljeno kako će barža krenuti i stići ranije na gradilište, treba podsjetiti kako je riječ o izuzetno zahtijevnom i osjetljivom postupku ukrcaja te iskrcaja glomaznih i teških dijelova, tijekom kojih se ništa ne smije prepustiti slučaju nego se sve obavlja uz detaljni stručni nadzor. Također, sve uveliko ovisi o vremnskim uvejtima, tako da i to ukazuje na moguće kašnjenje dovršetka radova za tri do pet mjeseci. Naime, predsjednik Uprave Hrvatskih cesta Josip Škorić je ovih dana izjavio kako se "kasni s dijelom Stonske obilaznice jer imaju teškoće s dopremom čelične konstrukcije do čega je došlo usliejd poremećaja distribucijskih lanaca", odnosno teškoće osiguranja barže za transport dijelova mosta. Stoga je Škorić naglasio kako očekuje da će most i posljednjka dionica pristupnih cesta Pelješkom mostu biti dovršena "s malim zakašnjenjem od tri do pet mjeseci".

Inače, Most Ston je dug 485 i visok 40 metara a raspon se sastoji od ukupno šest segmenata koji će bitzi dopremljeni iz Splita, gdje već mjesecima čekaju na pomorski transport. Barža je ljetos bila osigurana, ali zbog kašnjenja radiova od strane grčkog AVAX-a ne i uvjeti za iskrcaj dijelova mosta, a kad su ti uvjeti konačno osigurani, pojavio se problem najma barže, što je ovih dana konačno riješeno.

Očekuje se da će barža s navedenim dijelovima na gradilište Mosta Ston koji se gradi između tunela Polakovica s zapadne te Supavo s istočne strane, ako se sve bude odvijalo prema planu, stići u petak 28. siječnja tijekom prijepodneva.

Prema Stonu i gradilištu Mosta Ston kao ključnom objektu pristupnih cesta Pelješkom mostu, iz splitskog škvera su upravo krenuli prvi dijelovi tog mosta. Od dovršetka tog mosta ovisi i dovršetak radova na obilaznici Stona kojom će se rasteretiti promet kroz "vrata Pelješca" a pristupne ceste i Pelješki most dobiti punu protočnost i funkcionalnost.

Dva čelična dijela Mosta Ston: "segment A" dužine 93,8 metara i težine 323,30 tona te "segment B" koji je dužine 60 metara i težine 352,70 tona ukrcabni su na baržu "Golia" koju je u tegalj uzeo remorker "Storione". Podsjetimo da će po ulasku u Stonski kanal i doplovljenju do gradilišta mosta, dijelove iskrcati megadizalica "Manitowoc" kojoj je kapacitet nosivosti 750 tona, a koja je prošlog tjedna stigla te iskrcana na gradilištu.

Premda je bilo najavljeno kako će barža krenuti i stići ranije na gradilište, treba podsjetiti kako je riječ o izuzetno zahtijevnom i osjetljivom postupku ukrcaja te iskrcaja glomaznih i teških dijelova, tijekom kojih se ništa ne smije prepustiti slučaju nego se sve obavlja uz detaljni stručni nadzor. Također, sve uveliko ovisi o vremnskim uvejtima, tako da i to ukazuje na moguće kašnjenje dovršetka radova za tri do pet mjeseci. Naime, predsjednik Uprave Hrvatskih cesta Josip Škorić je ovih dana izjavio kako se "kasni s dijelom Stonske obilaznice jer imaju teškoće s dopremom čelične konstrukcije do čega je došlo usliejd poremećaja distribucijskih lanaca", odnosno teškoće osiguranja barže za transport dijelova mosta. Stoga je Škorić naglasio kako očekuje da će most i posljednjka dionica pristupnih cesta Pelješkom mostu biti dovršena "s malim zakašnjenjem od tri do pet mjeseci".

Inače, Most Ston je dug 485 i visok 40 metara a raspon se sastoji od ukupno šest segmenata koji će bitzi dopremljeni iz Splita, gdje već mjesecima čekaju na pomorski transport. Barža je ljetos bila osigurana, ali zbog kašnjenja radiova od strane grčkog AVAX-a ne i uvjeti za iskrcaj dijelova mosta, a kad su ti uvjeti konačno osigurani, pojavio se problem najma barže, što je ovih dana konačno riješeno.

Očekuje se da će barža s navedenim dijelovima na gradilište Mosta Ston koji se gradi između tunela Polakovica s zapadne te Supavo s istočne strane, ako se sve bude odvijalo prema planu, stići u petak 28. siječnja tijekom prijepodneva.
