Splitsko-makarski nadbiskup i metropolit mons. Marin Barišić u Župi sv. Stjepana prvomučenika u Opuzenu krstio je malenog Rafaela – sedmo dijete u obitelji Damira i Božane Ajduk te malenu Terezu – četvrto dijete u obitelji Josipa i Gorice Šutalo. U koncelebraciji su bili župnik don Ante Antunović i don Nikola Šakić. Na misi je pjevao župni zbor, javlja Splitsko-makarska nadbiskupija.

Osvrćući se u prigodnoj homiliji na evanđeoski tekst (Mk 12, 28b-34), mons. Barišić je kazao da Gospodin – odgovarajući pismoznancu na pitanje o najvažnijoj zapovijedi – ukazuje na ljubav koja bi trebala biti najvažnije ljudsko obilježje u odnosu prema Bogu i bližnjemu.

„Bog je ljubav, a mi smo stvoreni na Njegovu sliku i zato smo sposobni ljubiti. Ne smijemo ugroziti tu našu darovanu sposobnost svojim egoističnim djelovanjem i usmjerenošću samo na sebe. Zakoni nas ne mogu učiniti boljim ljudima bez obzira na njihovu brojnost u današnjem društvu. Boljim ljudima nas čini samo ljubav koja prihvaća Boga kao temelj života te čovjeka u svoj njegovoj manjkavosti. Onaj tko prihvati Boga kao polazište vlastitog života sposoban je cjelovito ljubiti čovjeka“, nastavio je Nadbiskup, dodavši kako je ljubav uvijek povezana sa žrtvom. „Najbolji primjer žrtve nam je dao Krist. Njegova žrtvena ljubav je tijekom povijesti nadahnula brojne svece čiji nam životi trebaju biti primjer u izgradnji humanijeg društva“, poručio je.

Čestitavši roditeljima na otvorenosti životu, mons. Barišić ih je pozvao na svjedočenje ljubavi tijekom cijeloga života, kazavši kako je to najautentičniji način odgoja vlastite djece.

„Ljudi bez ljubavi – koliko god bili uspješni – ostaju trajno hendikepirani. Čak su opasni za društvo i vlastitu sredinu. Zbog toga je važno da roditelji, čija je ljubav dovela do dara života, vlastitim primjerom žrtve i odricanja djecu odgajaju u kršćanskom duhu služenja Bogu i čovjeku“, rekao je.

Splitsko-makarski nadbiskup i metropolit mons. Marin Barišić u Župi sv. Stjepana prvomučenika u Opuzenu krstio je malenog Rafaela – sedmo dijete u obitelji Damira i Božane Ajduk te malenu Terezu – četvrto dijete u obitelji Josipa i Gorice Šutalo. U koncelebraciji su bili župnik don Ante Antunović i don Nikola Šakić. Na misi je pjevao župni zbor, javlja Splitsko-makarska nadbiskupija.

Osvrćući se u prigodnoj homiliji na evanđeoski tekst (Mk 12, 28b-34), mons. Barišić je kazao da Gospodin – odgovarajući pismoznancu na pitanje o najvažnijoj zapovijedi – ukazuje na ljubav koja bi trebala biti najvažnije ljudsko obilježje u odnosu prema Bogu i bližnjemu.

„Bog je ljubav, a mi smo stvoreni na Njegovu sliku i zato smo sposobni ljubiti. Ne smijemo ugroziti tu našu darovanu sposobnost svojim egoističnim djelovanjem i usmjerenošću samo na sebe. Zakoni nas ne mogu učiniti boljim ljudima bez obzira na njihovu brojnost u današnjem društvu. Boljim ljudima nas čini samo ljubav koja prihvaća Boga kao temelj života te čovjeka u svoj njegovoj manjkavosti. Onaj tko prihvati Boga kao polazište vlastitog života sposoban je cjelovito ljubiti čovjeka“, nastavio je Nadbiskup, dodavši kako je ljubav uvijek povezana sa žrtvom. „Najbolji primjer žrtve nam je dao Krist. Njegova žrtvena ljubav je tijekom povijesti nadahnula brojne svece čiji nam životi trebaju biti primjer u izgradnji humanijeg društva“, poručio je.

Čestitavši roditeljima na otvorenosti životu, mons. Barišić ih je pozvao na svjedočenje ljubavi tijekom cijeloga života, kazavši kako je to najautentičniji način odgoja vlastite djece.

„Ljudi bez ljubavi – koliko god bili uspješni – ostaju trajno hendikepirani. Čak su opasni za društvo i vlastitu sredinu. Zbog toga je važno da roditelji, čija je ljubav dovela do dara života, vlastitim primjerom žrtve i odricanja djecu odgajaju u kršćanskom duhu služenja Bogu i čovjeku“, rekao je.

Nadbiskup splitsko-makarski Marin Barišić krstio sedmo dijete u obitelji Ajduk i četvrto dijete u obitelji Šutalo

Splitsko-makarski nadbiskup i metropolit mons. Marin Barišić u Župi sv. Stjepana prvomučenika u Opuzenu krstio je malenog Rafaela – sedmo dijete u obitelji Damira i Božane Ajduk te malenu Terezu – četvrto dijete u obitelji Josipa i Gorice Šutalo. U koncelebraciji su bili župnik don Ante Antunović i don Nikola Šakić. Na misi je pjevao župni zbor, javlja Splitsko-makarska nadbiskupija.

Osvrćući se u prigodnoj homiliji na evanđeoski tekst (Mk 12, 28b-34), mons. Barišić je kazao da Gospodin – odgovarajući pismoznancu na pitanje o najvažnijoj zapovijedi – ukazuje na ljubav koja bi trebala biti najvažnije ljudsko obilježje u odnosu prema Bogu i bližnjemu.

„Bog je ljubav, a mi smo stvoreni na Njegovu sliku i zato smo sposobni ljubiti. Ne smijemo ugroziti tu našu darovanu sposobnost svojim egoističnim djelovanjem i usmjerenošću samo na sebe. Zakoni nas ne mogu učiniti boljim ljudima bez obzira na njihovu brojnost u današnjem društvu. Boljim ljudima nas čini samo ljubav koja prihvaća Boga kao temelj života te čovjeka u svoj njegovoj manjkavosti. Onaj tko prihvati Boga kao polazište vlastitog života sposoban je cjelovito ljubiti čovjeka“, nastavio je Nadbiskup, dodavši kako je ljubav uvijek povezana sa žrtvom. „Najbolji primjer žrtve nam je dao Krist. Njegova žrtvena ljubav je tijekom povijesti nadahnula brojne svece čiji nam životi trebaju biti primjer u izgradnji humanijeg društva“, poručio je.

Čestitavši roditeljima na otvorenosti životu, mons. Barišić ih je pozvao na svjedočenje ljubavi tijekom cijeloga života, kazavši kako je to najautentičniji način odgoja vlastite djece.

„Ljudi bez ljubavi – koliko god bili uspješni – ostaju trajno hendikepirani. Čak su opasni za društvo i vlastitu sredinu. Zbog toga je važno da roditelji, čija je ljubav dovela do dara života, vlastitim primjerom žrtve i odricanja djecu odgajaju u kršćanskom duhu služenja Bogu i čovjeku“, rekao je.
