U Domu zdravlja Metkoviću u tijeku je reizbor ravnatelja. Natječaj je raspisan u rujnu i zaključen ali nitko nije izabran. Za novi mandat se natjecao aktualni ravnatelj, Mihovil Štimac ali nije dobio povjerenje vlasnika i osnivača Doma zdravlja, Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije. Budući da dosadašnjem ravnatelju Štimcu uskoro istječe mandat raspisat će se ponovljeni natječaj a ako ni tada nitko ne bude izabran najvjerojatnije će se imenovati vršitelj dužnosti, najduže do godinu dana.

Stanje u Domu zdravlja bilo je jedno od vijećničkih pitanja na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Metkovića. Vijećnik Mosta, dr. Nikica Hajvaz, inače radiolog u Domu zdravlja pozvao je gradonačelnika, Dalibora Milana da se malo više uključi oko problema imenovanja ravnatelja.

- Znam da to nije u ingerenciji grada. Ali u ingerenciji grada nisu ni dnevna bolnica ni županijske ceste pa se isto gradonačelnik tamo pojavljuje i fotografira. Mi trenutno nemamo ravnatelja. Nije prihvaćena zamolba prijašnjeg ravnatelja. Nešto se čeka. Ne znam što. Trebalo bi imenovati v.d. ali on se ne imenuje, trebalo bi raspisati novi natječaj on se raspisuje-istaknuo je dr. Nikica Hajvaz te nastavio:

- Dom zdravlja ima dovoljno kadrova, koji bi mogli obnašati dužnost ravnatelja. Nema potrebe tražiti ljude izvan Doma zdravlja. Posebno ne stranačke ljudi koji će tu doći tek tako. Ljudi koji dođu za ravnatelja izvana koštaju Dom zdravlja milijun kuna u mandatu. Netko to mora platiti. Ravnatelj koji je unutar Doma zdravlja, košta samo deset posto više od plaće koju zaradi radeći u Domu zdravlja.

Molio bi gradonačelnika da se uključi i da se ovaj vakum prekine. Bilo bi dobro da porazgovarate sa ljudima unutar Doma zdravlja. Ravnatelj ne treba biti stranački već čovjek od struke-rekao je Hajvaz.

Što se tiče Doma zdravlja svi smo upoznati da Upravno vijeće nije odabralo jedinog kandidata koji se javio na natječaj. Prema statutu Doma zdravlja ne bira se odmah vršitelj dužnosti nego se ponovno raspisuje natječaj. Ukoliko se ni na ponovljenom natječaju ne izabere ravnatelj onda se bira v.d.-pojasnio je gradonačelnik, Dalibor Milan kazavši da će natječaj biti raspisan danas ili sutra.

U Domu zdravlja Metkoviću u tijeku je reizbor ravnatelja. Natječaj je raspisan u rujnu i zaključen ali nitko nije izabran. Za novi mandat se natjecao aktualni ravnatelj, Mihovil Štimac ali nije dobio povjerenje vlasnika i osnivača Doma zdravlja, Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije. Budući da dosadašnjem ravnatelju Štimcu uskoro istječe mandat raspisat će se ponovljeni natječaj a ako ni tada nitko ne bude izabran najvjerojatnije će se imenovati vršitelj dužnosti, najduže do godinu dana.

Stanje u Domu zdravlja bilo je jedno od vijećničkih pitanja na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Metkovića. Vijećnik Mosta, dr. Nikica Hajvaz, inače radiolog u Domu zdravlja pozvao je gradonačelnika, Dalibora Milana da se malo više uključi oko problema imenovanja ravnatelja.

- Znam da to nije u ingerenciji grada. Ali u ingerenciji grada nisu ni dnevna bolnica ni županijske ceste pa se isto gradonačelnik tamo pojavljuje i fotografira. Mi trenutno nemamo ravnatelja. Nije prihvaćena zamolba prijašnjeg ravnatelja. Nešto se čeka. Ne znam što. Trebalo bi imenovati v.d. ali on se ne imenuje, trebalo bi raspisati novi natječaj on se raspisuje-istaknuo je dr. Nikica Hajvaz te nastavio:

- Dom zdravlja ima dovoljno kadrova, koji bi mogli obnašati dužnost ravnatelja. Nema potrebe tražiti ljude izvan Doma zdravlja. Posebno ne stranačke ljudi koji će tu doći tek tako. Ljudi koji dođu za ravnatelja izvana koštaju Dom zdravlja milijun kuna u mandatu. Netko to mora platiti. Ravnatelj koji je unutar Doma zdravlja, košta samo deset posto više od plaće koju zaradi radeći u Domu zdravlja.

Molio bi gradonačelnika da se uključi i da se ovaj vakum prekine. Bilo bi dobro da porazgovarate sa ljudima unutar Doma zdravlja. Ravnatelj ne treba biti stranački već čovjek od struke-rekao je Hajvaz.

Što se tiče Doma zdravlja svi smo upoznati da Upravno vijeće nije odabralo jedinog kandidata koji se javio na natječaj. Prema statutu Doma zdravlja ne bira se odmah vršitelj dužnosti nego se ponovno raspisuje natječaj. Ukoliko se ni na ponovljenom natječaju ne izabere ravnatelj onda se bira v.d.-pojasnio je gradonačelnik, Dalibor Milan kazavši da će natječaj biti raspisan danas ili sutra.
