Od iduće godine Grad Ploče će sa 1,5 milijuna kuna sufinancirati energetsku obnovu stambenih zgrada i obiteljskih kuća na gradskom području.

Najavio je to, odgovarajući na vijećničko pitanje, Damir Živković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarski razvoj. Natječaj će biti objavljen tijekom iduće godine, a cilj je postizanje dodatnih energetskih ušteda, obnova fasada i promjena vizure grada.

Prvi korak za sve zainteresirane je certificiranje, odnosno izrada energetskog certifikata objekta. Certifikatom će se utvrditi trenutno energetsko stanje objekta (vrsta prozora, vrata, grijanja, hlađenja, ovojnice zgrade, potrošača električne energije itd.), odnosno svih onih elemenata na objektu koji utječu na potrošnju električne energije.

Slijedeći korak je izrada projekta energetske obnove objekta koji za rezultat treba dokazati uštede u potrošnji energije nakon energetske obnove objekta i vrijeme povrata investicije.

Nakon izrade spomenutog projekta, građani mogu aplicirati na navedena sredstva.

Grad Ploče će, osim sredstava planiranih za energetsku obnovu objekata (radovi i materijal), osigurati i dodatnih sto tisuća kuna za sufinanciranje izrade energetskih certifikata i projekata energetske obnove za građanstvo.

Od iduće godine Grad Ploče će sa 1,5 milijuna kuna sufinancirati energetsku obnovu stambenih zgrada i obiteljskih kuća na gradskom području.

Najavio je to, odgovarajući na vijećničko pitanje, Damir Živković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarski razvoj. Natječaj će biti objavljen tijekom iduće godine, a cilj je postizanje dodatnih energetskih ušteda, obnova fasada i promjena vizure grada.

Prvi korak za sve zainteresirane je certificiranje, odnosno izrada energetskog certifikata objekta. Certifikatom će se utvrditi trenutno energetsko stanje objekta (vrsta prozora, vrata, grijanja, hlađenja, ovojnice zgrade, potrošača električne energije itd.), odnosno svih onih elemenata na objektu koji utječu na potrošnju električne energije.

Slijedeći korak je izrada projekta energetske obnove objekta koji za rezultat treba dokazati uštede u potrošnji energije nakon energetske obnove objekta i vrijeme povrata investicije.

Nakon izrade spomenutog projekta, građani mogu aplicirati na navedena sredstva.

Grad Ploče će, osim sredstava planiranih za energetsku obnovu objekata (radovi i materijal), osigurati i dodatnih sto tisuća kuna za sufinanciranje izrade energetskih certifikata i projekata energetske obnove za građanstvo.

Grad Ploče sufinancira energetsku obnovu zgrada i obiteljskih kuća

Od iduće godine Grad Ploče će sa 1,5 milijuna kuna sufinancirati energetsku obnovu stambenih zgrada i obiteljskih kuća na gradskom području.

Najavio je to, odgovarajući na vijećničko pitanje, Damir Živković, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za gospodarski razvoj. Natječaj će biti objavljen tijekom iduće godine, a cilj je postizanje dodatnih energetskih ušteda, obnova fasada i promjena vizure grada.

Prvi korak za sve zainteresirane je certificiranje, odnosno izrada energetskog certifikata objekta. Certifikatom će se utvrditi trenutno energetsko stanje objekta (vrsta prozora, vrata, grijanja, hlađenja, ovojnice zgrade, potrošača električne energije itd.), odnosno svih onih elemenata na objektu koji utječu na potrošnju električne energije.

Slijedeći korak je izrada projekta energetske obnove objekta koji za rezultat treba dokazati uštede u potrošnji energije nakon energetske obnove objekta i vrijeme povrata investicije.

Nakon izrade spomenutog projekta, građani mogu aplicirati na navedena sredstva.

Grad Ploče će, osim sredstava planiranih za energetsku obnovu objekata (radovi i materijal), osigurati i dodatnih sto tisuća kuna za sufinanciranje izrade energetskih certifikata i projekata energetske obnove za građanstvo.
