Gastronomija je sastavni dio turizma, a prije 10-tak godina turizam je doveo do toga da kuhari postaju bitna karika restorana, da su oni chefovi koji prezentiraju Hrvatsku najdirektnije, kroz hranu kao turističku atrakciju.

Broj zainteresiranih turista za ovaj oblik turizma povećao se zahvaljujući povećanju kulinarskih televizijskih emisija.

Za Advent gostuje chef

Taj trend prepoznala je i Turistička zajednica Grada Ploča na čelu s direktoricom Majom Erak, te je početkom prošle godine organizirala prvi u nizu susreta sa poznatim kuharima sa malog ekrana, u ovom slučaju slastičarkom, Teom Mamut. Tea je na radionici koju je organizirala TZG Ploča, a u suradnji sa Srednjom šmkolom Ploče osmislila recept za originalnu pločansku slasticu od mandarina, tortu Pločanka.

“Da bi ostali u domaćoj atmosferi početkom rujna, a uz pomoć master chefa Davida Skoke, organizirali smo manifestaciju “Rapsodija u plavom – uvertira” s ciljem upoznavanja prvenstveno učenika srednjih škola ugostiteljskog smjera s mogućnošću pripreme i iskorištavanja plavog raka, invazivne vrste koja se pojavila prije 15-ak godina na našem području. Smanjenjem populacije plavog raka, osim gastronomske vrijednosti, čuvamo i autohtone, domaće morske vrste”, rekla je Maja Erak, te najavila iduće aktivnosti:

“U vrijeme Adventa posjetit će nas i master chef Mario Mandarić sa radionicom “Zero waste show”. Ako ste pročitali vrlo zanimljivu biografiju Marija Mandarića upoznati ste sa tim da se od namirnica koje završe u otpadu mogu skuhati vrhunska jela. Dakle, nabavit ćemo povrće iz otkupnih stanica doline Neretve koje završi u “smeću” te pripremiti jela na način na koji je to Mario radio u Londonu zbog čega se našao na listi magazina Forbes među 30 najutjecajnijih ljudi na svijetu koji nisu navršili 30 godina.

Na listi je završio zbog zanimljivog projekta Food Waste Awareness. Mario je napravio večeru u sedam sljedova od hrane koja je trebala završiti u otpadu i tako poželio podići svijest o tome koliko se namirnica u velikim svjetskim restoranima baca”.

Međutim, zasluga za dovođenje poznatih “faca” iz svijeta kulinarstva ne pripada samo TZG Ploča. Na Uskršnjem doručku, koji organizira Udruženje obrtnika Grada Ploča, gostovao je poznati chef Ivan Pažanin, a prilikom proslave Dana grada Ploča svojim nas je prisustvom i jelima počastio chef Tomislav Špiček.

I što je jednako važno, TZG Ploča na ovome ne misli stati. “Treba biti svjestan i činjenice da grad Ploče i okolica ima i svoje kulinarske chefove razasute po “bilom svitu”. To su krunski dragulji koje također treba zvati na “kulinarski show u vlastiti grad””, najavila je Erak.

Gastronomija je sastavni dio turizma, a prije 10-tak godina turizam je doveo do toga da kuhari postaju bitna karika restorana, da su oni chefovi koji prezentiraju Hrvatsku najdirektnije, kroz hranu kao turističku atrakciju.

Broj zainteresiranih turista za ovaj oblik turizma povećao se zahvaljujući povećanju kulinarskih televizijskih emisija.

Za Advent gostuje chef

Taj trend prepoznala je i Turistička zajednica Grada Ploča na čelu s direktoricom Majom Erak, te je početkom prošle godine organizirala prvi u nizu susreta sa poznatim kuharima sa malog ekrana, u ovom slučaju slastičarkom, Teom Mamut. Tea je na radionici koju je organizirala TZG Ploča, a u suradnji sa Srednjom šmkolom Ploče osmislila recept za originalnu pločansku slasticu od mandarina, tortu Pločanka.

“Da bi ostali u domaćoj atmosferi početkom rujna, a uz pomoć master chefa Davida Skoke, organizirali smo manifestaciju “Rapsodija u plavom – uvertira” s ciljem upoznavanja prvenstveno učenika srednjih škola ugostiteljskog smjera s mogućnošću pripreme i iskorištavanja plavog raka, invazivne vrste koja se pojavila prije 15-ak godina na našem području. Smanjenjem populacije plavog raka, osim gastronomske vrijednosti, čuvamo i autohtone, domaće morske vrste”, rekla je Maja Erak, te najavila iduće aktivnosti:

“U vrijeme Adventa posjetit će nas i master chef Mario Mandarić sa radionicom “Zero waste show”. Ako ste pročitali vrlo zanimljivu biografiju Marija Mandarića upoznati ste sa tim da se od namirnica koje završe u otpadu mogu skuhati vrhunska jela. Dakle, nabavit ćemo povrće iz otkupnih stanica doline Neretve koje završi u “smeću” te pripremiti jela na način na koji je to Mario radio u Londonu zbog čega se našao na listi magazina Forbes među 30 najutjecajnijih ljudi na svijetu koji nisu navršili 30 godina.

Krunski dragulji

Na listi je završio zbog zanimljivog projekta Food Waste Awareness. Mario je napravio večeru u sedam sljedova od hrane koja je trebala završiti u otpadu i tako poželio podići svijest o tome koliko se namirnica u velikim svjetskim restoranima baca”.

Međutim, zasluga za dovođenje poznatih “faca” iz svijeta kulinarstva ne pripada samo TZG Ploča. Na Uskršnjem doručku, koji organizira Udruženje obrtnika Grada Ploča, gostovao je poznati chef Ivan Pažanin, a prilikom proslave Dana grada Ploča svojim nas je prisustvom i jelima počastio chef Tomislav Špiček.

I što je jednako važno, TZG Ploča na ovome ne misli stati. “Treba biti svjestan i činjenice da grad Ploče i okolica ima i svoje kulinarske chefove razasute po “bilom svitu”. To su krunski dragulji koje također treba zvati na “kulinarski show u vlastiti grad””, najavila je Erak.
