Najavljena gradnja zgrade na parking prostoru pored ‘mercedesa‘  kod skretanja za Opću bolnicu i dalje izaziva pozornost javnosti. U tijeku su radovi  na ispitivanju tla, a stanari zgrade koji su koristili  spomenuti parking izražavaju  bojazan kako će im najavljena gradnja privatnog investitora ugroziti stabilnost stambenog objekta.

- Nije razlog našega prosvjeda parking prostor nego moguća ugroza statičke sigurnosti zgrade. Iz dokumenata koji su podneseni za izdavanje građevinske dozvole, smatramo kako će se ugroziti statička stabilnost zgrade – izjavio je predstavnik stanara Maro Jelić.

Vlasnik 600-njak četvornih metara na kojem se planira graditi zgrada kao i vile Salvator koja je u neposrednoj blizini je tvrtka Anna Navis Ivana Šokića, vlasnika narodnjačkih klubova u Bavarskoj, poznatog i u političkom svijetu kao predsjednik HDZ-a u Münchenu.

Kako smo neslužbeno doznali iz krugova bliskih investitoru, o svemu će se očitovati kada bude gotov elaborat odnosno ispitivanja koja su na parceli trenutačno u tijeku. Investitor namjerava doći u Dubrovnik i sastati se s predstavnicima grada i stanara kako bi se, bude li potrebe, radile izmjene projekta. Također neslužbeno doznajemo kako će se graditi  objekt sa dvije podzemne etaže sa garažama, visina planiranog objekta je prizemlje plus dva kata i potkrovlje, ukupne visine zgrade do krovnog vijenca iznosi 10,50 m, ukupne površine etaže od 198 metara četvornih brutto površine. 

Na najavljenu gradnju na ovotjednoj se konferenciji za novinare osvrnuo gradonačelnik Mato Franković:

- Pozitivno je što su tamo stanari stranka u postupku. Gledajući komunikaciju stanara, oni se zapravo čak niti ne protive samoj gradnji koliko izražavaju zabrinutost da bi ona izazvala određene probleme što se tiče stabilnosti njihove zgrade. Ja sam naravno otvoren i primit ću ljude na sastanak ali ponavljam da je najvažnije što su oni stranka u postupku i kroz cijelo vrijeme ishođenja dozvole bez njihove suglasnosti se neće moći daleko odmaknuti - kazao je gradonačelnik.

Najavljena gradnja zgrade na parking prostoru pored ‘mercedesa‘  kod skretanja za Opću bolnicu i dalje izaziva pozornost javnosti. U tijeku su radovi  na ispitivanju tla, a stanari zgrade koji su koristili  spomenuti parking izražavaju  bojazan kako će im najavljena gradnja privatnog investitora ugroziti stabilnost stambenog objekta.

- Nije razlog našega prosvjeda parking prostor nego moguća ugroza statičke sigurnosti zgrade. Iz dokumenata koji su podneseni za izdavanje građevinske dozvole, smatramo kako će se ugroziti statička stabilnost zgrade – izjavio je predstavnik stanara Maro Jelić.

Vlasnik 600-njak četvornih metara na kojem se planira graditi zgrada kao i vile Salvator koja je u neposrednoj blizini je tvrtka Anna Navis Ivana Šokića, vlasnika narodnjačkih klubova u Bavarskoj, poznatog i u političkom svijetu kao predsjednik HDZ-a u Münchenu.

Kako smo neslužbeno doznali iz krugova bliskih investitoru, o svemu će se očitovati kada bude gotov elaborat odnosno ispitivanja koja su na parceli trenutačno u tijeku. Investitor namjerava doći u Dubrovnik i sastati se s predstavnicima grada i stanara kako bi se, bude li potrebe, radile izmjene projekta. Također neslužbeno doznajemo kako će se graditi  objekt sa dvije podzemne etaže sa garažama, visina planiranog objekta je prizemlje plus dva kata i potkrovlje, ukupne visine zgrade do krovnog vijenca iznosi 10,50 m, ukupne površine etaže od 198 metara četvornih brutto površine. 

Na najavljenu gradnju na ovotjednoj se konferenciji za novinare osvrnuo gradonačelnik Mato Franković:

- Pozitivno je što su tamo stanari stranka u postupku. Gledajući komunikaciju stanara, oni se zapravo čak niti ne protive samoj gradnji koliko izražavaju zabrinutost da bi ona izazvala određene probleme što se tiče stabilnosti njihove zgrade. Ja sam naravno otvoren i primit ću ljude na sastanak ali ponavljam da je najvažnije što su oni stranka u postupku i kroz cijelo vrijeme ishođenja dozvole bez njihove suglasnosti se neće moći daleko odmaknuti - kazao je gradonačelnik.
