Barač se suglasio ali i nalasio kako je neodgovorno tražiti glasovanje od vijećnika kojima nadopuna o ispunjenju dodatnih uvjeta nije ispunjena te ustvrdio kako raskid ugovora nije predmet odlučćivanja GV-a.
Dolores Luić je naglasila kako je neispunjenje uvjeta vezano uz donošenje UPU-a i ispunjenje ugostiteljske aktivnosti najviše kategorije te da je protek vremena dodatni uvjet koji "neće škoditi".

12:35 - Nikši Selmaniju je jasno što zbunjuje Barača jer je i "Srđevce" to zbunjivalo:-ne znači da smo se riješili učlaska u pravni spor, ali upravo zbog otvaranja te bojišnice Grad Dubrovnik je pozvao pravne stručnjake koji će razmotriti dodatnu zaštitu kroz neispunjenje bitnih obveza, čime se jača naša pravna pozicija. Bilo bi loše da nemamo još dva dodatna mehanizma zaštite, a ugovor je raskinut sam po sebi! Trebamo iskazati jedinstvo iako i ja kao i vi dvojim, ali treba podržati Grad da se ovaj problem riješi!

Dobro je dodatno se informirati, ali ovdje samo još jednim elementom osnažujemo postojeću odluku- replicirao je Maro Kristić da bi Barać ustvrdio da bez obzira na zajedništvo i ljubav prema gradu, kako je predlagatelj neodgovoran kod predlaganja odluke u kontekstu zaštite tajnosti spora. GV nije nadležno ovo izglasati, ali ako će ovo ojačati našu poziciju ja ću za nju glasovati!

-Odlukom se samo pojačava pravna pozicija Grada Dubrovnika koji nikome nije ništa ionemogućio. Poršlim smo zakčljučkom prostor vratili, a sada samo ojačavamo svoju poziciju! Ajmo "puhati na hladno" pa se dodatno osigurati- rekao je gradonačelnik nakon čega je s pet suzdržanih glasova izglasana Odluka o dopuni Odluke o raskidu Ugovora o koncesiji tvrđave Imperijal. bi mu predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Dubrovnika Marko Potrebica odgovorio kako mu ne želi uskratiti pravo da raspravljate niti pravo na informaciju, nisam sklon da se javno raspravlja o nečem što može biti predmet spora te da će mu organizirati sastanak s pravnim ekspertima. Barač se suglasio ali i nalasio kako je neodgovorno tražiti glasovanje od vijećnika kojima nadopuna o ispunjenju dodatnih uvjeta nije ispunjena te ustvrdio kako raskid ugovora nije predmet odlučćivanja GV-a.
Dolores Luić je naglasila kako je neispunjenje uvjeta vezano uz donošenje UPU-a i ispunjenje ugostiteljske aktivnosti najviše kategorije te da je protek vremena dodatni uvjet koji "neće škoditi".

12:35 - Nikši Selmaniju je jasno što zbunjuje Barača jer je i "Srđevce" to zbunjivalo:-ne znači da smo se riješili učlaska u pravni spor, ali upravo zbog otvaranja te bojišnice Grad Dubrovnik je pozvao pravne stručnjake koji će razmotriti dodatnu zaštitu kroz neispunjenje bitnih obveza, čime se jača naša pravna pozicija. Bilo bi loše da nemamo još dva dodatna mehanizma zaštite, a ugovor je raskinut sam po sebi! Trebamo iskazati jedinstvo iako i ja kao i vi dvojim, ali treba podržati Grad da se ovaj problem riješi!

Dobro je dodatno se informirati, ali ovdje samo još jednim elementom osnažujemo postojeću odluku- replicirao je Maro Kristić da bi Barać ustvrdio da bez obzira na zajedništvo i ljubav prema gradu, kako je predlagatelj neodgovoran kod predlaganja odluke u kontekstu zaštite tajnosti spora. GV nije nadležno ovo izglasati, ali ako će ovo ojačati našu poziciju ja ću za nju glasovati!

-Odlukom se samo pojačava pravna pozicija Grada Dubrovnika koji nikome nije ništa ionemogućio. Poršlim smo zakčljučkom prostor vratili, a sada samo ojačavamo svoju poziciju! Ajmo "puhati na hladno" pa se dodatno osigurati- rekao je gradonačelnik nakon čega je s pet suzdržanih glasova izglasana Odluka o dopuni Odluke o raskidu Ugovora o koncesiji tvrđave Imperijal. 12,18 - Koji uvjeti nisu ispunjeni te dolazi do raskidanja ugovora - pitao je Jadran Barač, da bi mu predsjednik Gradskog vijeća Dubrovnika Marko Potrebica odgovorio kako mu ne želi uskratiti pravo da raspravljate niti pravo na informaciju, nisam sklon da se javno raspravlja o nečem što može biti predmet spora te da će mu organizirati sastanak s pravnim ekspertima. Barač se suglasio ali i nalasio kako je neodgovorno tražiti glasovanje od vijećnika kojima nadopuna o ispunjenju dodatnih uvjeta nije ispunjena te ustvrdio kako raskid ugovora nije predmet odlučćivanja GV-a.
Dolores Luić je naglasila kako je neispunjenje uvjeta vezano uz donošenje UPU-a i ispunjenje ugostiteljske aktivnosti najviše kategorije te da je protek vremena dodatni uvjet koji "neće škoditi".

12:35 - Nikši Selmaniju je jasno što zbunjuje Barača jer je i "Srđevce" to zbunjivalo:-ne znači da smo se riješili učlaska u pravni spor, ali upravo zbog otvaranja te bojišnice Grad Dubrovnik je pozvao pravne stručnjake koji će razmotriti dodatnu zaštitu kroz neispunjenje bitnih obveza, čime se jača naša pravna pozicija. Bilo bi loše da nemamo još dva dodatna mehanizma zaštite, a ugovor je raskinut sam po sebi! Trebamo iskazati jedinstvo iako i ja kao i vi dvojim, ali treba podržati Grad da se ovaj problem riješi!

Dobro je dodatno se informirati, ali ovdje samo još jednim elementom osnažujemo postojeću odluku- replicirao je Maro Kristić da bi Barać ustvrdio da bez obzira na zajedništvo i ljubav prema gradu, kako je predlagatelj neodgovoran kod predlaganja odluke u kontekstu zaštite tajnosti spora. GV nije nadležno ovo izglasati, ali ako će ovo ojačati našu poziciju ja ću za nju glasovati!

-Odlukom se samo pojačava pravna pozicija Grada Dubrovnika koji nikome nije ništa ionemogućio. Poršlim smo zakčljučkom prostor vratili, a sada samo ojačavamo svoju poziciju! Ajmo "puhati na hladno" pa se dodatno osigurati- rekao je gradonačelnik nakon čega je s pet suzdržanih glasova izglasana Odluka o dopuni Odluke o raskidu Ugovora o koncesiji tvrđave Imperijal.
