Gradonačelnik Mato Franković komentirao je kupnju društva TUP o kojoj su na jučerašnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučivali gradski vijećnici.
-Nakon provedenih svih postupaka koje je bilo potrebno provesti da bi se utvrdila ekonomičnost kupnje društva TUP d.d. koje je provela UTD Ragusa, od dubinske analize pa nadalje, Gradsko vijeće je nakon dobivenih ponuda različitih banaka na jučerašnjoj sjednici donijelo odluku o davanju suglasnosti društvu UTD Ragusa za kreditno zaduženje u visini od 10 milijuna 201 tisuća eura. Sljedeće je potpisivanje ugovora s bankom, dostava svih potrebnih garancija onako kako je to definirano u navedenom ugovoru i u konačnici preuzimanje društva TUP d.d. Prilikom preuzimanja TUP-a imamo rok od godinu dana u kojem društvo moramo spojiti sa društvom UTD Ragusa – kazao je Franković a o važnosti investicije dodao:
- Ovdje govorimo o stjecanju visokovrijedne imovine, imovine koju ćemo platiti nešto više od 10 mlijuna eura a čija stvarna vrijednost je gotovo 20 milijuna eura. Činjenica je da nema više u gradu tako vrijednih prostora koji su slobodni poput ovog prostora u Gružu od 9 tisuća metara kvadratnih ili onog u Komolcu od 17 tisuća metara kvadratnih. Oni imaju toliko potencijala za budućnost, za razvijanje kreativnih industrija, kreativnih sadržaja, za nadopunu potrebama Luke Dubrovnik prilikom izgradnje home port terminala, za rješavanje svih ostalih skladišnih problema koje Grad ima na području Komolca, rješavanje svih potreba ustanova u kulturi. Uistinu jako puno je potreba koje grad ima, a jako malo prostora na kojima se to može riješiti. Ovo je jedan zapravo posljednji prostor ili posljednje društvo koje je ostalo kao takvo, iskoristili smo priliku i po meni napravili jedan od ključnih poteza od 1990. do danas. Grad nikad nije stekao ovako veliku imovinu na ovakav način na koji je stječemo danas – zaključio je dubrovački gradonačelnik.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković komentirao je kupnju društva TUP o kojoj su na jučerašnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučivali gradski vijećnici.
-Nakon provedenih svih postupaka koje je bilo potrebno provesti da bi se utvrdila ekonomičnost kupnje društva TUP d.d. koje je provela UTD Ragusa, od dubinske analize pa nadalje, Gradsko vijeće je nakon dobivenih ponuda različitih banaka na jučerašnjoj sjednici donijelo odluku o davanju suglasnosti društvu UTD Ragusa za kreditno zaduženje u visini od 10 milijuna 201 tisuća eura. Sljedeće je potpisivanje ugovora s bankom, dostava svih potrebnih garancija onako kako je to definirano u navedenom ugovoru i u konačnici preuzimanje društva TUP d.d. Prilikom preuzimanja TUP-a imamo rok od godinu dana u kojem društvo moramo spojiti sa društvom UTD Ragusa – kazao je Franković a o važnosti investicije dodao:
- Ovdje govorimo o stjecanju visokovrijedne imovine, imovine koju ćemo platiti nešto više od 10 mlijuna eura a čija stvarna vrijednost je gotovo 20 milijuna eura. Činjenica je da nema više u gradu tako vrijednih prostora koji su slobodni poput ovog prostora u Gružu od 9 tisuća metara kvadratnih ili onog u Komolcu od 17 tisuća metara kvadratnih. Oni imaju toliko potencijala za budućnost, za razvijanje kreativnih industrija, kreativnih sadržaja, za nadopunu potrebama Luke Dubrovnik prilikom izgradnje home port terminala, za rješavanje svih ostalih skladišnih problema koje Grad ima na području Komolca, rješavanje svih potreba ustanova u kulturi. Uistinu jako puno je potreba koje grad ima, a jako malo prostora na kojima se to može riješiti. Ovo je jedan zapravo posljednji prostor ili posljednje društvo koje je ostalo kao takvo, iskoristili smo priliku i po meni napravili jedan od ključnih poteza od 1990. do danas. Grad nikad nije stekao ovako veliku imovinu na ovakav način na koji je stječemo danas – zaključio je dubrovački gradonačelnik.
