U 2022. godini, prodane su 19.474 jedinstvene ulaznice u gradske muzeje i galerije. Kako je nedavno objavljeno, gosti Dubrovnika ovdašnje muzejsko-galerijske postave mogu vidjeti samo ako kupe zajedničku kartu za sve ove gradske ustanove po cijeni od 20 eura ili s DuPassom kojem je najniža cijena 35 eura. Iznimka je Knežev dvor za koji se može kupiti posebna ulaznica po cijeni 15 eura, a takvih je lani prodano 20.524.

Ne može se, dakle, naći ulaznica samo za Umjetničku galeriju Dubrovnik. Takva je praksa na snazi već 10 godina, dovoljno da se vidi je li se takav model jedinstvene cijene pokazao dobrim ili promašajem.

- Model se pokazao uspješnim utoliko što je postigao svoj cilj - disperziju posjetitelja, uz istovremeno značajno povećanje broja posjeta najvećem dijelu muzejskih ustanova. Budući da je Kulturno-povijesni muzej u Kneževu dvoru posjetiteljima najatraktivniji, od 2017. individualnim posjetiteljima je omogućena kupnja ulaznice samo za taj muzej, da bi od 2021. godine bile uvedene i agencijske ulaznice za jedan, dva i tri muzeja koji djeluju u okviru Dubrovačkih muzeja. Kulturno-povijesni, Pomorski i Etnografski muzej su, zbog svoje pozicije i veličine, agencijama i najzanimljiviji. Ovdje treba imati na umu da se politikom cijena posjetitelje motiviralo da kupuju zajedničku ulaznicu, posjećuju više ustanova i odlaze bogatiji za saznanja iz dubrovačke povijesti i kulture - kaže Julijana Antić Brautović, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za kulturu i baštinu Grada Dubrovnika.

Ustanove ovim modelom nisu zakinute jer je Grad Dubrovnik preuzeo njihovo potpuno financiranje, napominje pročelnica koja je na to mjesto došla s pozicije ravnateljice Dubrovačkih muzeja. Kaže kako je u slučaju kad su postojali učestali zahtjevi posjetitelja za posjetom samo jednom muzeju, a to je bio Knežev dvor, sustav je redefiniran pa to je i omogućeno. Međutim, ipak najavljuje izmjene.

- Trenutačno je u tijeku projekt uvođenja informacijskog sustava prodaje i kontrole ulaznica u muzeje i galerije Grada, koji bi trebao proraditi od srpnja ove godine. Sustav će biti u potpunosti integriran s Dubrovnik Passom i sustavom prodaje i kontrole ulaznica na dubrovačke zidine te će nam u budućnosti omogućiti uvođenje sustava rezervacija posjeta, odnosno kontrolu tokova posjetitelja. Budući da će se održivost pojedinih atrakcija, s obzirom na nosive kapacitete, te disperzija posjetitelja postizati kroz rezervaciju posjeta, u okviru ovog sustava će, uz zajedničku ulaznicu za posjet muzejima i galerijama Grada, ponovno biti omogućena kupnja i pojedinačnih ulaznica za sve muzeje i galerije. Ulaznice će biti definirane u četiri kategorije: za odrasle posjetitelje, učenike i studente, agencijske posjetitelje u organiziranom posjetu te za obitelji – najavljuje Antić Brautović.

Cijene još uvijek nisu poznate. Jedinstvena ulaznica koja je trenutačno na snazi omogućuje ulaz u Kulturno-povijesni muzej, Arheološki muzej, Pomorski muzej, Etnografski muzej, Dom Marina Držića, Prirodoslovni muzej, Umjetničku galeriju Dubrovnik, Atelijer Pulitika i Galeriju Dulčić Masle Pulitika, a vrijedi sedam dana.

U 2022. godini, prodane su 19.474 jedinstvene ulaznice u gradske muzeje i galerije. Kako je nedavno objavljeno, gosti Dubrovnika ovdašnje muzejsko-galerijske postave mogu vidjeti samo ako kupe zajedničku kartu za sve ove gradske ustanove po cijeni od 20 eura ili s DuPassom kojem je najniža cijena 35 eura. Iznimka je Knežev dvor za koji se može kupiti posebna ulaznica po cijeni 15 eura, a takvih je lani prodano 20.524.

Ne može se, dakle, naći ulaznica samo za Umjetničku galeriju Dubrovnik. Takva je praksa na snazi već 10 godina, dovoljno da se vidi je li se takav model jedinstvene cijene pokazao dobrim ili promašajem.

- Model se pokazao uspješnim utoliko što je postigao svoj cilj - disperziju posjetitelja, uz istovremeno značajno povećanje broja posjeta najvećem dijelu muzejskih ustanova. Budući da je Kulturno-povijesni muzej u Kneževu dvoru posjetiteljima najatraktivniji, od 2017. individualnim posjetiteljima je omogućena kupnja ulaznice samo za taj muzej, da bi od 2021. godine bile uvedene i agencijske ulaznice za jedan, dva i tri muzeja koji djeluju u okviru Dubrovačkih muzeja. Kulturno-povijesni, Pomorski i Etnografski muzej su, zbog svoje pozicije i veličine, agencijama i najzanimljiviji. Ovdje treba imati na umu da se politikom cijena posjetitelje motiviralo da kupuju zajedničku ulaznicu, posjećuju više ustanova i odlaze bogatiji za saznanja iz dubrovačke povijesti i kulture - kaže Julijana Antić Brautović, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za kulturu i baštinu Grada Dubrovnika.

Ustanove ovim modelom nisu zakinute jer je Grad Dubrovnik preuzeo njihovo potpuno financiranje, napominje pročelnica koja je na to mjesto došla s pozicije ravnateljice Dubrovačkih muzeja. Kaže kako je u slučaju kad su postojali učestali zahtjevi posjetitelja za posjetom samo jednom muzeju, a to je bio Knežev dvor, sustav je redefiniran pa to je i omogućeno. Međutim, ipak najavljuje izmjene.

- Trenutačno je u tijeku projekt uvođenja informacijskog sustava prodaje i kontrole ulaznica u muzeje i galerije Grada, koji bi trebao proraditi od srpnja ove godine. Sustav će biti u potpunosti integriran s Dubrovnik Passom i sustavom prodaje i kontrole ulaznica na dubrovačke zidine te će nam u budućnosti omogućiti uvođenje sustava rezervacija posjeta, odnosno kontrolu tokova posjetitelja. Budući da će se održivost pojedinih atrakcija, s obzirom na nosive kapacitete, te disperzija posjetitelja postizati kroz rezervaciju posjeta, u okviru ovog sustava će, uz zajedničku ulaznicu za posjet muzejima i galerijama Grada, ponovno biti omogućena kupnja i pojedinačnih ulaznica za sve muzeje i galerije. Ulaznice će biti definirane u četiri kategorije: za odrasle posjetitelje, učenike i studente, agencijske posjetitelje u organiziranom posjetu te za obitelji – najavljuje Antić Brautović.

Cijene još uvijek nisu poznate. Jedinstvena ulaznica koja je trenutačno na snazi omogućuje ulaz u Kulturno-povijesni muzej, Arheološki muzej, Pomorski muzej, Etnografski muzej, Dom Marina Držića, Prirodoslovni muzej, Umjetničku galeriju Dubrovnik, Atelijer Pulitika i Galeriju Dulčić Masle Pulitika, a vrijedi sedam dana.
