Nakon kratke bolesti, u 69. godini života, danas je preminuo gospar Željko Kulišić, čovjek koji je svojim angažmanom, od politike preko pomorstva i maslinarstva do Juga, aktivno sudjelovao u, za Dubrovnik najvažnijim, događajima posljednjih desetljeća.

Rođen 1952. godine, Kulišić na Pomorskom fakultetu stječe zvanje inženjera brodostrojarstva. Ljubav prema moru odvodi ga daleko od grada, a nakon 20 godina plovidbe na stranim brodovima u svojstvu upravitelja stroja, pred početak Domovinskog rata, vraća se u svoj voljeni Dubrovnik te se zapošljava u komunalnoj tvrtki Čistoća, kao tehnički direktor. Potom postaje prvi poslijeratni pročelnik za komunalne djelatnosti, u razdoblju od 1993. do 1997. godine. Unutar 16 godina rada u Hrvatskim vodama, dvije godine, u razdoblju od od 2005. do 2007. provodi kao dožupan dubrovačko-neretvanske županije.

Posebno mjesto u Kulišićevu djelovanju, kojim se osobito ponosio, zauzimala je dužnost predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik. Obnašao je i dužnost dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini.

Mjesto predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik i dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini za gospara Željka bilo je, kako je uvijek govorio, ne funkcija, već životna misija – koja je u konačnici dovela do rasvjetljavanja misterije mučnog razdoblja hrvatske povijesti.

Nakon gotovo 70 godina, Udruga je upravo pod ‘kapom’ pokojnog Kulišića, 2013. pokrenula ekshumacije na Jakljanu, desetljećima otvorenoj rani vojne povijesti koja priča o nestalim hrvatskim i njemačkim vojnicima i civilima sa šireg dubrovačkog područja, ubijanima dugo nakon završetka II svjetskog rata.

Iznimno zahtjevan posao od istraživanja, iskapanja do izrade Spomen obilježja obavila je mala skupina domobrana, volontera. Tim činom zauvijek se upisuju u misli i zahvale potomaka ubijenih. Pokretač je Elafitskog hodočašća, kojim se dubrovački domobrani proteklih osam godina 23. kolovoza prisjećaju 272 ekshumirane žrtve komunističkog zločina počinjenog za vrijeme i nakon Drugog svjetskog rata na užem dubrovačkom području.

Visoka etičnost i moralnost potvrdila se još jednom funkcijom – Željko Kulišić je u 2016. izabran za punopravnog člana Suda Hrvatskog nacionalnog etičkog sudišta.

Ipak, sve njegove funkcije, poslovi i bogati životni put sastajali su se u najvažnijoj točki – njegovoj obitelji i njegovim oraškim maslinama. S osobitim ponosom uvijek je isticao ljubav prema svojoj Maji, Barbari i Zvonku i četvero unučadi.

Redakcija Dubrovačkog vjesnika izražava iskrenu sućut obitelji pokojnika, a gospara Željka Kulišića nosi u trajnom sjećanju.

Nakon kratke bolesti, u 69. godini života, danas je preminuo gospar Željko Kulišić, čovjek koji je svojim angažmanom, od politike preko pomorstva i maslinarstva do Juga, aktivno sudjelovao u, za Dubrovnik najvažnijim, događajima posljednjih desetljeća.

Rođen 1952. godine, Kulišić na Pomorskom fakultetu stječe zvanje inženjera brodostrojarstva. Ljubav prema moru odvodi ga daleko od grada, a nakon 20 godina plovidbe na stranim brodovima u svojstvu upravitelja stroja, pred početak Domovinskog rata, vraća se u svoj voljeni Dubrovnik te se zapošljava u komunalnoj tvrtki Čistoća, kao tehnički direktor. Potom postaje prvi poslijeratni pročelnik za komunalne djelatnosti, u razdoblju od 1993. do 1997. godine. Unutar 16 godina rada u Hrvatskim vodama, dvije godine, u razdoblju od od 2005. do 2007. provodi kao dožupan dubrovačko-neretvanske županije.

Posebno mjesto u Kulišićevu djelovanju, kojim se osobito ponosio, zauzimala je dužnost predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik. Obnašao je i dužnost dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini.

Mjesto predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik i dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini za gospara Željka bilo je, kako je uvijek govorio, ne funkcija, već životna misija – koja je u konačnici dovela do rasvjetljavanja misterije mučnog razdoblja hrvatske povijesti.

Nakon gotovo 70 godina, Udruga je upravo pod ‘kapom’ pokojnog Kulišića, 2013. pokrenula ekshumacije na Jakljanu, desetljećima otvorenoj rani vojne povijesti koja priča o nestalim hrvatskim i njemačkim vojnicima i civilima sa šireg dubrovačkog područja, ubijanima dugo nakon završetka II svjetskog rata.

Iznimno zahtjevan posao od istraživanja, iskapanja do izrade Spomen obilježja obavila je mala skupina domobrana, volontera. Tim činom zauvijek se upisuju u misli i zahvale potomaka ubijenih. Pokretač je Elafitskog hodočašća, kojim se dubrovački domobrani proteklih osam godina 23. kolovoza prisjećaju 272 ekshumirane žrtve komunističkog zločina počinjenog za vrijeme i nakon Drugog svjetskog rata na užem dubrovačkom području.

Visoka etičnost i moralnost potvrdila se još jednom funkcijom – Željko Kulišić je u 2016. izabran za punopravnog člana Suda Hrvatskog nacionalnog etičkog sudišta.

Ipak, sve njegove funkcije, poslovi i bogati životni put sastajali su se u najvažnijoj točki – njegovoj obitelji i njegovim oraškim maslinama. S osobitim ponosom uvijek je isticao ljubav prema svojoj Maji, Barbari i Zvonku i četvero unučadi.

Redakcija Dubrovačkog vjesnika izražava iskrenu sućut obitelji pokojnika, a gospara Željka Kulišića nosi u trajnom sjećanju.

Nakon kratke bolesti, u 69. godini života, danas je preminuo gospar Željko Kulišić, čovjek koji je svojim angažmanom, od politike preko pomorstva i maslinarstva do Juga, aktivno sudjelovao u, za Dubrovnik najvažnijim, događajima posljednjih desetljeća.

Rođen 1952. godine, Kulišić na Pomorskom fakultetu stječe zvanje inženjera brodostrojarstva. Ljubav prema moru odvodi ga daleko od grada, a nakon 20 godina plovidbe na stranim brodovima u svojstvu upravitelja stroja, pred početak Domovinskog rata, vraća se u svoj voljeni Dubrovnik te se zapošljava u komunalnoj tvrtki Čistoća, kao tehnički direktor. Potom postaje prvi poslijeratni pročelnik za komunalne djelatnosti, u razdoblju od 1993. do 1997. godine. Unutar 16 godina rada u Hrvatskim vodama, dvije godine, u razdoblju od od 2005. do 2007. provodi kao dožupan dubrovačko-neretvanske županije.

Posebno mjesto u Kulišićevu djelovanju, kojim se osobito ponosio, zauzimala je dužnost predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik. Obnašao je i dužnost dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini.

Mjesto predsjednika podružnice Hrvatski domobran Dubrovnik i dopredsjednika Udruge ratnih veterana Hrvatski domobran na nacionalnoj razini za gospara Željka bilo je, kako je uvijek govorio, ne funkcija, već životna misija – koja je u konačnici dovela do rasvjetljavanja misterije mučnog razdoblja hrvatske povijesti.

Nakon gotovo 70 godina, Udruga je upravo pod ‘kapom’ pokojnog Kulišića, 2013. pokrenula ekshumacije na Jakljanu, desetljećima otvorenoj rani vojne povijesti koja priča o nestalim hrvatskim i njemačkim vojnicima i civilima sa šireg dubrovačkog područja, ubijanima dugo nakon završetka II svjetskog rata.

Iznimno zahtjevan posao od istraživanja, iskapanja do izrade Spomen obilježja obavila je mala skupina domobrana, volontera. Tim činom zauvijek se upisuju u misli i zahvale potomaka ubijenih. Pokretač je Elafitskog hodočašća, kojim se dubrovački domobrani proteklih osam godina 23. kolovoza prisjećaju 272 ekshumirane žrtve komunističkog zločina počinjenog za vrijeme i nakon Drugog svjetskog rata na užem dubrovačkom području.

Visoka etičnost i moralnost potvrdila se još jednom funkcijom – Željko Kulišić je u 2016. izabran za punopravnog člana Suda Hrvatskog nacionalnog etičkog sudišta.

Ipak, sve njegove funkcije, poslovi i bogati životni put sastajali su se u najvažnijoj točki – njegovoj obitelji i njegovim oraškim maslinama. S osobitim ponosom uvijek je isticao ljubav prema svojoj Maji, Barbari i Zvonku i četvero unučadi.

Redakcija Dubrovačkog vjesnika izražava iskrenu sućut obitelji pokojnika, a gospara Željka Kulišića nosi u trajnom sjećanju.
