Na predstojećoj tematskoj Skupštini Dubrovačko- neretvanske županije u petak 23.srpnja vijećnici će odlučiti o mogućnosti iskorištavanja prava prvokupa izuzetno atraktivnog poslovnog prostora na Stradunu površine 71 četvornog metra. Kako smo uspjeli doznati, riječ je o poslovnom prostoru koji se nalazi na istočnoj strani Straduna koji je površine 71 četvorni metar, u kojem se trenutačno nalazi slastičarnica "Gossip" u vlasništvu renomiranog dubrovačkog ugostitelja Stjepana Perića, inače bivšeg predsjednika Ceha dubrovačkih ugostitelja.

Prema dostupnim podacima, vlasnik za navedeni prostor potražuje 2,2 milijuna eura, što znači da je cijena četvornog metra dosegla novi (poznati) rekord od 30.985 eura po "kvadratu". O samoj mogućnosti prodaje Perić nije želio ništa komentirati, ali smo uspjeli neslužbeno doznati kako mogući kupac nekretnine koja ima status zaštićenog kulturnog dobra još uvijek nije pronađen. Međutim, vjerojatno su Perićevi pravni zastupnici željeli prije ljetne pauze u radu nadležnih zastupničkih tijela jedinica lokalne uprave, ako se pronađe kupac te dođe do prodaje, pravodobno riješiti i tu prepreku, odnosno zakonsku obvezu. Kako god, budući će kupac morati za navedeni prostor "iskeširati" najmanje 2,2 milijuna eura koji su zatraženi od Županije i Grada Dubrovnika ako žele iskoristitit pravo prvokupa.

Za poznati restoran "Poklisar" Perić u najmu koristi prostor u starom gradskom Portu, a u najmu je i prostor bivšeg hard- jazz cluba "Trubadur". Posjeduje i bistro- restoran na Stradunu, koji se nalazi preko puta slastičarnice o kojoj se, navodno, dubrovačka gradska Uprava već negativno izjasnila o mogućnosti korištenja prava prvokupa.

Na predstojećoj tematskoj Skupštini Dubrovačko- neretvanske županije u petak 23.srpnja vijećnici će odlučiti o mogućnosti iskorištavanja prava prvokupa izuzetno atraktivnog poslovnog prostora na Stradunu površine 71 četvornog metra. Kako smo uspjeli doznati, riječ je o poslovnom prostoru koji se nalazi na istočnoj strani Straduna koji je površine 71 četvorni metar, u kojem se trenutačno nalazi slastičarnica "Gossip" u vlasništvu renomiranog dubrovačkog ugostitelja Stjepana Perića, inače bivšeg predsjednika Ceha dubrovačkih ugostitelja.

Prema dostupnim podacima, vlasnik za navedeni prostor potražuje 2,2 milijuna eura, što znači da je cijena četvornog metra dosegla novi (poznati) rekord od 30.985 eura po "kvadratu". O samoj mogućnosti prodaje Perić nije želio ništa komentirati, ali smo uspjeli neslužbeno doznati kako mogući kupac nekretnine koja ima status zaštićenog kulturnog dobra još uvijek nije pronađen. Međutim, vjerojatno su Perićevi pravni zastupnici željeli prije ljetne pauze u radu nadležnih zastupničkih tijela jedinica lokalne uprave, ako se pronađe kupac te dođe do prodaje, pravodobno riješiti i tu prepreku, odnosno zakonsku obvezu. Kako god, budući će kupac morati za navedeni prostor "iskeširati" najmanje 2,2 milijuna eura koji su zatraženi od Županije i Grada Dubrovnika ako žele iskoristitit pravo prvokupa.

Za poznati restoran "Poklisar" Perić u najmu koristi prostor u starom gradskom Portu, a u najmu je i prostor bivšeg hard- jazz cluba "Trubadur". Posjeduje i bistro- restoran na Stradunu, koji se nalazi preko puta slastičarnice o kojoj se, navodno, dubrovačka gradska Uprava već negativno izjasnila o mogućnosti korištenja prava prvokupa.
