Njemačka Vlada donijela je ovog tjedna stroge mjere štednje energije. Svjetleće reklame i rasvjeta u izlozima tako neće smjeti biti uključene od 22 do 6 sati ujutro, javne zgrade prestaju koristiti vanjsku rasvjetu, a u mrak tonu i kulturni spomenici.
Hoće li po uzoru na većeg i starijeg člana EU i mi u Dubrovniku zamračiti sjedišta lokalne uprave i povijesne znamenitosti? Iz Grada Dubrovnika kažu kako takav scenarij nije u planu.
Povoljan aranžman s HEP-om
- Temeljem provedenog postupka javne nabave, Grad Dubrovnik je 27. siječnja 2020. godine sklopio obvezujući Okvirni sporazum za opskrbu električnom energijom s HEP Opskrba d.o.o. na četiri godine. U tom je razdoblju predviđeno sklapanje više pojedinačnih ugovora za svaku godinu, a iznimno važna stavka ugovora je cijena koja je ugovorno za sve četiri godine definirana troškovnikom iz natječajne dokumentacije i slijedom toga nepromjenjiva – ističu iz dubrovačke gradske uprave. Za ilustraciju pogodnosti obvezujućeg Okvirnog sporazuma navode kako je ugovorena cijena je 0,38 kuna po kilovatsatu, dok se primjerice danas kad se na tržištu ugovara cijena, ona kreće od 3,50 kuna po kilovatu.

- Iz toga je razvidno kako do siječnja 2024. godine na Grad Dubrovnik neće direktno utjecati povećanje troškova električne energije. Međutim, upravo zbog činjenice kako će nakon 2024. godine trošak električne energije možebitno značajno porasti, Grad Dubrovnik započeo je proces rekonstrukcije cjelokupne javne rasvjete na svom upravnom području. Vrijednost rekonstrukcije je 14 milijuna kuna, a za nju je postupak javne nabave u tijeku. No, već danas je jasno kako će u budućnosti nakon realizacije ovog projekta Grad Dubrovnik uštedjeti milijune kuna na godišnjoj razini, i to u samo godinu dana nakon uvođenja navedenog sustava – optimistični su u Gradu Dubrovniku.

‘Uštinut‘ će na reflektorima
Pojašnjavaju kako zbog navedenog po njega povoljnog ugovora, u ovom trenutku Grad Dubrovnik ne planira uvoditi redukcije u sustavu javne rasvjete.
Na primjedbe sugrađana da bi se moglo uštedjeti gašenjem rasvjete na nekim dječjim igralištima i manjim terenima za rekreaciju koji su pod svjetlom reflektora bez potrebe do sitnih noćnih sati, kako je to primjerice slučaj pod Minčetom ili na Montovjerni, iz gradske uprave poručuju kako će se iluminacija na igralištima svakako regulirati tako da se rasvjeta pali isključivo kad se igrališta koriste, ali ne i kad su prazna.

DPDS: Nemamo veze s rasvjetom
Nadležne u Društvu prijatelja dubrovačke starine pitali smo jesu li u uvjetima energetskih ‘rezova‘ razmišljali o smanjenju intenziteta rasvjete gradskih zidina:
- Društvo nema veze s upravljanjem rasvjete zidinama. Kad se upali javna rasvjeta, pali se i ta rasvjeta – objasnili su iz DPDS-a. Rasvjeta na zidinama se, podsjetimo, tradicionalno ‘gasi‘ u sklopu globalne inicijative Sat za planet Zemlju WWF-a.

Njemačka Vlada donijela je ovog tjedna stroge mjere štednje energije. Svjetleće reklame i rasvjeta u izlozima tako neće smjeti biti uključene od 22 do 6 sati ujutro, javne zgrade prestaju koristiti vanjsku rasvjetu, a u mrak tonu i kulturni spomenici.
Hoće li po uzoru na većeg i starijeg člana EU i mi u Dubrovniku zamračiti sjedišta lokalne uprave i povijesne znamenitosti? Iz Grada Dubrovnika kažu kako takav scenarij nije u planu.
Povoljan aranžman s HEP-om
- Temeljem provedenog postupka javne nabave, Grad Dubrovnik je 27. siječnja 2020. godine sklopio obvezujući Okvirni sporazum za opskrbu električnom energijom s HEP Opskrba d.o.o. na četiri godine. U tom je razdoblju predviđeno sklapanje više pojedinačnih ugovora za svaku godinu, a iznimno važna stavka ugovora je cijena koja je ugovorno za sve četiri godine definirana troškovnikom iz natječajne dokumentacije i slijedom toga nepromjenjiva – ističu iz dubrovačke gradske uprave. Za ilustraciju pogodnosti obvezujućeg Okvirnog sporazuma navode kako je ugovorena cijena je 0,38 kuna po kilovatsatu, dok se primjerice danas kad se na tržištu ugovara cijena, ona kreće od 3,50 kuna po kilovatu.

- Iz toga je razvidno kako do siječnja 2024. godine na Grad Dubrovnik neće direktno utjecati povećanje troškova električne energije. Međutim, upravo zbog činjenice kako će nakon 2024. godine trošak električne energije možebitno značajno porasti, Grad Dubrovnik započeo je proces rekonstrukcije cjelokupne javne rasvjete na svom upravnom području. Vrijednost rekonstrukcije je 14 milijuna kuna, a za nju je postupak javne nabave u tijeku. No, već danas je jasno kako će u budućnosti nakon realizacije ovog projekta Grad Dubrovnik uštedjeti milijune kuna na godišnjoj razini, i to u samo godinu dana nakon uvođenja navedenog sustava – optimistični su u Gradu Dubrovniku.

‘Uštinut‘ će na reflektorima
Pojašnjavaju kako zbog navedenog po njega povoljnog ugovora, u ovom trenutku Grad Dubrovnik ne planira uvoditi redukcije u sustavu javne rasvjete.
Na primjedbe sugrađana da bi se moglo uštedjeti gašenjem rasvjete na nekim dječjim igralištima i manjim terenima za rekreaciju koji su pod svjetlom reflektora bez potrebe do sitnih noćnih sati, kako je to primjerice slučaj pod Minčetom ili na Montovjerni, iz gradske uprave poručuju kako će se iluminacija na igralištima svakako regulirati tako da se rasvjeta pali isključivo kad se igrališta koriste, ali ne i kad su prazna.

DPDS: Nemamo veze s rasvjetom
Nadležne u Društvu prijatelja dubrovačke starine pitali smo jesu li u uvjetima energetskih ‘rezova‘ razmišljali o smanjenju intenziteta rasvjete gradskih zidina:
- Društvo nema veze s upravljanjem rasvjete zidinama. Kad se upali javna rasvjeta, pali se i ta rasvjeta – objasnili su iz DPDS-a. Rasvjeta na zidinama se, podsjetimo, tradicionalno ‘gasi‘ u sklopu globalne inicijative Sat za planet Zemlju WWF-a.
