Izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe spremni su prodati svoje dionice dubrovačkog brodara. U pisanom mišljenju izvršnih direktora o ponudi Tankerske plovidbe, koje je u srijedu poslano Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga, oni su se i pojedinačno odredili prema ponuđenoj cijeni od 53,6 eura po dionici, nedvosmisleno ističući namjeru da svoje dionice prodaju Zadranima.

Marko Domijan, glavni izvršni direktor vlasnik je ukupno 3701 dionica, odnosno 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske. Njegov kolega zadužen za financije Vicenco Jerković drži ukupno 3965 dionica u svom vlasništvu i time ima 0,18982 posto glasova. Izvršni direktor komercijalnih poslova Edo Taslaman je vlasnik 7735 dionica i u odlučivanju na Skupštini sudjeluje s 0,37030 posto glasova. Sva trojica naglašavaju da u ovom trenutku ne postoji nikakav sporazum između njih i Tankerske plovidbe o preuzimanju njihovih dionica. U svakom slučaju, oni će prodajom pojedinačno zaraditi između 198 i 414 tisuća eura, ovisno o broju dionica.

Čini se da su cijenom dionica jako zadovoljni jer u dokumentu poslanom HANFI stoji da je prosječna ponderirana cijena dionica bila 50,06 EUR, dok se malim dioničarima nudi nudi premija 7,72 posto. Kažu i da se prosječan broj dnevnih transakcija dionicom Atlantske na Zagrebačkoj burzi u zadnje vrijeme značajno smanjio, što se u velikoj mjeri pripisuje postupku dokapitalizacije i očekivanju javne ponude od strane Tankerske.

U svom izvješću, direktori da su kroz godine značajno unaprijedili transparentnost poslovanja, da nastoje postići optimalnu ravnotežu zaposlenosti brodova između ugovora na vrijeme i kratkoročnih spot ugovora. Time rizik poslovanja svode na najmanju moguću mjeru. Ukazuju i da je utjecaj Atlantske na svjetskom tržištu vozarina minimalan i time ograničavajući, što značajno utječe na planiranje poslovanja u budućnosti.

Tankerska plovidba je u ponudi za preuzimanje dubrovačkog brodara kao strateške ciljeve istaknula "podržavanje investicije koje će rezultirati pomlađivanjem i povećanjem energetske učinkovitosti flote", reinvestiranje dobiti i modernizaciju flote, te rast ukupne vrijednosti društva. Ono što će Dubrovčane najviše veseliti, jer Atlantska je jedan od posljednjih simbola grada pod Srđem, jest da Tankerska plovidba tvrdi da nema namjeru sjedište ovog brodara premjestiti u Zadar. Niti će se sjedište Tankerske preseliti u Dubrovnik.

Čini se da su i u Radničkom vijeću Atlantske zadovoljni cijelim procesom. Predsjednik Radničkog vijeća Tonći Vuković u srijedu je upravu Atlantske u ime svoji kolega obavijestio da "izražavamo zadovoljstvo s činjenicama navedenim u predmetnom mišljenju.... posebno vezano uz radnopravni status radnika, kao i budućeg poslovanja ciljnog društva u pozitivnom smjeru..."

Izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe spremni su prodati svoje dionice dubrovačkog brodara. U pisanom mišljenju izvršnih direktora o ponudi Tankerske plovidbe, koje je u srijedu poslano Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga, oni su se i pojedinačno odredili prema ponuđenoj cijeni od 53,6 eura po dionici, nedvosmisleno ističući namjeru da svoje dionice prodaju Zadranima.

Marko Domijan, glavni izvršni direktor vlasnik je ukupno 3701 dionica, odnosno 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske. Njegov kolega zadužen za financije Vicenco Jerković drži ukupno 3965 dionica u svom vlasništvu i time ima 0,18982 posto glasova. Izvršni direktor komercijalnih poslova Edo Taslaman je vlasnik 7735 dionica i u odlučivanju na Skupštini sudjeluje s 0,37030 posto glasova. Sva trojica naglašavaju da u ovom trenutku ne postoji nikakav sporazum između njih i Tankerske plovidbe o preuzimanju njihovih dionica. U svakom slučaju, oni će prodajom pojedinačno zaraditi između 198 i 414 tisuća eura, ovisno o broju dionica.

Čini se da su cijenom dionica jako zadovoljni jer u dokumentu poslanom HANFI stoji da je prosječna ponderirana cijena dionica bila 50,06 EUR, dok se malim dioničarima nudi nudi premija 7,72 posto. Kažu i da se prosječan broj dnevnih transakcija dionicom Atlantske na Zagrebačkoj burzi u zadnje vrijeme značajno smanjio, što se u velikoj mjeri pripisuje postupku dokapitalizacije i očekivanju javne ponude od strane Tankerske.

U svom izvješću, direktori da su kroz godine značajno unaprijedili transparentnost poslovanja, da nastoje postići optimalnu ravnotežu zaposlenosti brodova između ugovora na vrijeme i kratkoročnih spot ugovora. Time rizik poslovanja svode na najmanju moguću mjeru. Ukazuju i da je utjecaj Atlantske na svjetskom tržištu vozarina minimalan i time ograničavajući, što značajno utječe na planiranje poslovanja u budućnosti.

Tankerska plovidba je u ponudi za preuzimanje dubrovačkog brodara kao strateške ciljeve istaknula "podržavanje investicije koje će rezultirati pomlađivanjem i povećanjem energetske učinkovitosti flote", reinvestiranje dobiti i modernizaciju flote, te rast ukupne vrijednosti društva. Ono što će Dubrovčane najviše veseliti, jer Atlantska je jedan od posljednjih simbola grada pod Srđem, jest da Tankerska plovidba tvrdi da nema namjeru sjedište ovog brodara premjestiti u Zadar. Niti će se sjedište Tankerske preseliti u Dubrovnik.

Čini se da su i u Radničkom vijeću Atlantske zadovoljni cijelim procesom. Predsjednik Radničkog vijeća Tonći Vuković u srijedu je upravu Atlantske u ime svoji kolega obavijestio da "izražavamo zadovoljstvo s činjenicama navedenim u predmetnom mišljenju.... posebno vezano uz radnopravni status radnika, kao i budućeg poslovanja ciljnog društva u pozitivnom smjeru..."

Izvršni direktori Atlantske plovidbe spremni su prodati svoje dionice dubrovačkog brodara. U pisanom mišljenju izvršnih direktora o ponudi Tankerske plovidbe, koje je u srijedu poslano Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga, oni su se i pojedinačno odredili prema ponuđenoj cijeni od 53,6 eura po dionici, nedvosmisleno ističući namjeru da svoje dionice prodaju Zadranima.

Marko Domijan, glavni izvršni direktor vlasnik je ukupno 3701 dionica, odnosno 0,17718 posto glasova na Glavnoj skupštini Atlantske. Njegov kolega zadužen za financije Vicenco Jerković drži ukupno 3965 dionica u svom vlasništvu i time ima 0,18982 posto glasova. Izvršni direktor komercijalnih poslova Edo Taslaman je vlasnik 7735 dionica i u odlučivanju na Skupštini sudjeluje s 0,37030 posto glasova. Sva trojica naglašavaju da u ovom trenutku ne postoji nikakav sporazum između njih i Tankerske plovidbe o preuzimanju njihovih dionica. U svakom slučaju, oni će prodajom pojedinačno zaraditi između 198 i 414 tisuća eura, ovisno o broju dionica.
