Novu sezonu dubrovački Porat će dočekati s određenim izmjenama. Naime, ugovori postojećim koncesionarima su istekli krajem 2021., a raspisan je novi natječaj za dodjelu koncesija. Međutim, novi ugovori donose i nove odredbe.

- Pedeset posto se smanjuje kvadratura koncesija, a sve sukladno provedenom natječaju. Za prostor ribarnice gdje je Poklisar provedeno je prikupljanje ponuda i ti natječaji su završeni ljetos, a za ova druga dva prostora natječaji su u tijeku i sad je trenutno pregled ocjena pristiglih ponuda, dovoljan je rok od 60 dana za donijeti odluku o odabiru najbolje ponude. Dakle, smanjit će se površine koje su dosad bile zauzete ugostiteljskim sadržajima kako bi se omogućila bolja prohodnost i bolja kvaliteta života, ističe ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Dubrovnik Željko Dadić.

U portu se takoreći uvodi više reda i više prostora, a i štandovi za prodaju izleta također će promijeniti svoju lokaciju.

- Štandovi će biti raspoređeni sukladno arhitektonsko-urbanističkom natječaju koji je proveden prošle godine u mjesecu svibnju odnosno travnju, a Upravno vijeće će donijeti odluku, ravnatelj provodi tu odluku o natječaju kad je riječ o štandovima. To će se sigurno napraviti u zakonskom okviru. Dakle, štandovi će stajati na Velikom mulu usporedno s Lužom, neće više biti tamo gdje je fontana, a na dijelu Malog mula pomaknut će se s onog dijela gdje su dosad bili uza zid u onaj mali prostor od Gradske kavane, a bit će sve skupa 17 štandova, ističe Dadić.

Dubrovački gostitelj Maro Hajdarhodžić jedan je od koncesionara u Portu.

- Ne znam još rezultate natječaja, nismo ih još dobili od Županijske lučke uprave. Normalno da sam se prijavio. Kako je bila Nova godina i sve ovo, očekujem da bio svakim danom mogla stići neka pisana obavijest. Smanjena je kvadratura koncesije, podijelili su dvije koncesije na 200 i 74 kvadrata, a prije je bilo 650 tako da je to ogromno smanjenje, kaže Hajdarhodžić ne otkrivajući što dalje planira jer ističe kako ovo tek prvi skalin.

Na pitanje vjeruje li kako će dobiti koncesiju, Hajdarhodžić slikovito odgovara: "pola-pola". Hajdarhodžić je u 2020. gradnjom montažnog objekta na Peskariji privukao pažnju javnosti, a na koncu je Konzervatorski odjel Dubrovnik zaustavio radove.

Podsjetimo, nakon što je raspisan natječaj za izradu urbanističko-arhitektonskog idejnog rješenja prostora Ponte i Ribarnice u Portu u vrijednosti od 151 tisuću kuna od čega se 80 tisuća kuna odnosilo na nagradni fond, ocjenjivački sud donio je jednoglasnu odluku da se prva nagrada u iznosu od 40 tisuća kuna ne dodijeli.

Drugu nagradu u iznosu od 24 tisuće kuna dobio je rad autorica Inke Černić, Lucije Kalogjera i Andrijane Krpeta. Drugom nagradom nagrađen je i rad autora PROTO-ARCH d.o.o. s autorskim timom u sastavu Lea Đurović Ruso, Jurica Dragićević, Petra Matić, Pero Mrnarević, Nikša Begović, Petra Radonić. Za 3D vizualizacije zaslužan je RAM-STUDIO j.d.o.o. Treća nagrada u iznosu od 16 tisuća kuna pripala je radu ARCH IDEA d.o.o., autorica Ivone Ivčević Berlengi i suradnice Anite Grga koja je ujedno zaslužna i za 3D prikaze. Treću nagradu odnio je i rad autorica Maje Merlić i Ivane Krmpotić.

Novu sezonu dubrovački Porat će dočekati s određenim izmjenama. Naime, ugovori postojećim koncesionarima su istekli krajem 2021., a raspisan je novi natječaj za dodjelu koncesija. Međutim, novi ugovori donose i nove odredbe.

- Pedeset posto se smanjuje kvadratura koncesija, a sve sukladno provedenom natječaju. Za prostor ribarnice gdje je Poklisar provedeno je prikupljanje ponuda i ti natječaji su završeni ljetos, a za ova druga dva prostora natječaji su u tijeku i sad je trenutno pregled ocjena pristiglih ponuda, dovoljan je rok od 60 dana za donijeti odluku o odabiru najbolje ponude. Dakle, smanjit će se površine koje su dosad bile zauzete ugostiteljskim sadržajima kako bi se omogućila bolja prohodnost i bolja kvaliteta života, ističe ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Dubrovnik Željko Dadić.

U portu se takoreći uvodi više reda i više prostora, a i štandovi za prodaju izleta također će promijeniti svoju lokaciju.

- Štandovi će biti raspoređeni sukladno arhitektonsko-urbanističkom natječaju koji je proveden prošle godine u mjesecu svibnju odnosno travnju, a Upravno vijeće će donijeti odluku, ravnatelj provodi tu odluku o natječaju kad je riječ o štandovima. To će se sigurno napraviti u zakonskom okviru. Dakle, štandovi će stajati na Velikom mulu usporedno s Lužom, neće više biti tamo gdje je fontana, a na dijelu Malog mula pomaknut će se s onog dijela gdje su dosad bili uza zid u onaj mali prostor od Gradske kavane, a bit će sve skupa 17 štandova, ističe Dadić.

Dubrovački gostitelj Maro Hajdarhodžić jedan je od koncesionara u Portu.

- Ne znam još rezultate natječaja, nismo ih još dobili od Županijske lučke uprave. Normalno da sam se prijavio. Kako je bila Nova godina i sve ovo, očekujem da bio svakim danom mogla stići neka pisana obavijest. Smanjena je kvadratura koncesije, podijelili su dvije koncesije na 200 i 74 kvadrata, a prije je bilo 650 tako da je to ogromno smanjenje, kaže Hajdarhodžić ne otkrivajući što dalje planira jer ističe kako ovo tek prvi skalin.

Na pitanje vjeruje li kako će dobiti koncesiju, Hajdarhodžić slikovito odgovara: "pola-pola". Hajdarhodžić je u 2020. gradnjom montažnog objekta na Peskariji privukao pažnju javnosti, a na koncu je Konzervatorski odjel Dubrovnik zaustavio radove.

Podsjetimo, nakon što je raspisan natječaj za izradu urbanističko-arhitektonskog idejnog rješenja prostora Ponte i Ribarnice u Portu u vrijednosti od 151 tisuću kuna od čega se 80 tisuća kuna odnosilo na nagradni fond, ocjenjivački sud donio je jednoglasnu odluku da se prva nagrada u iznosu od 40 tisuća kuna ne dodijeli.

Drugu nagradu u iznosu od 24 tisuće kuna dobio je rad autorica Inke Černić, Lucije Kalogjera i Andrijane Krpeta. Drugom nagradom nagrađen je i rad autora PROTO-ARCH d.o.o. s autorskim timom u sastavu Lea Đurović Ruso, Jurica Dragićević, Petra Matić, Pero Mrnarević, Nikša Begović, Petra Radonić. Za 3D vizualizacije zaslužan je RAM-STUDIO j.d.o.o. Treća nagrada u iznosu od 16 tisuća kuna pripala je radu ARCH IDEA d.o.o., autorica Ivone Ivčević Berlengi i suradnice Anite Grga koja je ujedno zaslužna i za 3D prikaze. Treću nagradu odnio je i rad autorica Maje Merlić i Ivane Krmpotić.
