Turistička zajednica Grada Dubrovnika upravo je raspisala natječaje za tri sezonska i jednog turističkog  informatora na neodređeno vrijeme. A kada će se raspisati natječaj za čelno mjesto gradskog TZ-a još nije poznato.  Sukladno Zakonu o turističkim zajednicama i promicanju hrvatskog turizma naime, sve turističke zajednice, uključujući i krovnu organizaciju Hrvatsku turističku zajednicu, do lipnja moraju  raspisati natječaj za nove direktore koji bi posao mogli preuzeti usred sezone. Sukladno zakonu, direktori TZ-a se biraju na mandat od četiri godine, a  natječaj treba raspisati turističko vijeće. Na čelu tih institucija sjede gradonačelnici odnosno župani.

 Tko se sve vidi na mjestu dubrovačke, odnosno TZ-a Dubrovčako neretvanske županije, mnogo je spekulacija. Vladimir Bakić koji je na čelu županijske TZ-a već je najavio kako mu je aktualni mandat na tom mjestu i posljednji, neće se ponovno kandidirati. Na čelo Županijske Turističke zajednice doći će tako nova osoba, no u ovom trenutku nijedan novi kandidat, nije najavio kandidaturu niti se u kuloarima o tome raspravlja.

- Ovo je već treći putra da  me se spominje u tom kontekstu, a da je uopće ne znam odakle dolazi ta priča. Nitko me do sada nije niti nazvao da mogu demantirati da se ne guram na to mjesto. Možda mi žele poručiti da me žele vidjeti na tom mjestu, zaista ne znam. Direktor TZ-a Grada Dubrovnika funkcija je jednaka predsjedniku diplomacije jedne zemlje.  Bila bi mi čast  dakako to raditi, ali to je u nekom dalekom, dalekom razmišljanju  - govori Ivana Šepak. Ona smatra da aktualna direktorica Ana Hrnić radi dobar posao u vrlo nezahvalno vrijeme za tu poziciju. Po njenom mišljenju budući direktor dubrovačke i  županijske turističke zajednice trebale bi biti osobe koje su digitalno izuzetno pismene, osobe koje razumiju diplomaciju, govore jezike i nemaju straha od kamera. – Mislim da ta osoba ne bi trebala doći iz političkog miljea nego realnog sektora, što je u Hrvatskoj često problem.  Vidimo to upravo u izboru novog ministra graditeljstva. Možda nas je svih zatekao ovaj zakon koji je tek sada stupio na snagu po kojemu direktori TZ-a moraju podnijeti ostavke i ići na natječaje, no na svakom direktoru i jest  da nam pokažu što rade i zašto postoje – smatra Šepak.

 Podsjetimo, kako je Turistička zajednica grada Dubrovnika, odnosno Turističko vijeće zadnji natječaj  za direktora raspisalo za Božić 2019. godine nakon što je Romana Vlašić dala ostavku. Tada su se od kandidata tražili sljedeći uvjeti:  da ima završen najmanje specijalistički diplomski stručni ili diplomski sveučilišni, da ima najmanje tri godine radnog iskustva na poslovima s područja turizma za koje je kao uvjet propisan minimalno studij, da izradi prijedlog svog programa rada turističke zajednice za narednu kalendarsku godinu,  da aktivno zna jedan svjetski jezik,  da ima položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu, a ako nema, treba u roku od jedne godine od dana stupanja na rad položiti stručni ispit.

Eto, tko ima uvjete može se javiti čim natječaj bude raspisan.

Turistička zajednica Grada Dubrovnika upravo je raspisala natječaje za tri sezonska i jednog turističkog  informatora na neodređeno vrijeme. A kada će se raspisati natječaj za čelno mjesto gradskog TZ-a još nije poznato.  Sukladno Zakonu o turističkim zajednicama i promicanju hrvatskog turizma naime, sve turističke zajednice, uključujući i krovnu organizaciju Hrvatsku turističku zajednicu, do lipnja moraju  raspisati natječaj za nove direktore koji bi posao mogli preuzeti usred sezone. Sukladno zakonu, direktori TZ-a se biraju na mandat od četiri godine, a  natječaj treba raspisati turističko vijeće. Na čelu tih institucija sjede gradonačelnici odnosno župani.

 Tko se sve vidi na mjestu dubrovačke, odnosno TZ-a Dubrovčako neretvanske županije, mnogo je spekulacija. Vladimir Bakić koji je na čelu županijske TZ-a već je najavio kako mu je aktualni mandat na tom mjestu i posljednji, neće se ponovno kandidirati. Na čelo Županijske Turističke zajednice doći će tako nova osoba, no u ovom trenutku nijedan novi kandidat, nije najavio kandidaturu niti se u kuloarima o tome raspravlja.

- Ovo je već treći putra da  me se spominje u tom kontekstu, a da je uopće ne znam odakle dolazi ta priča. Nitko me do sada nije niti nazvao da mogu demantirati da se ne guram na to mjesto. Možda mi žele poručiti da me žele vidjeti na tom mjestu, zaista ne znam. Direktor TZ-a Grada Dubrovnika funkcija je jednaka predsjedniku diplomacije jedne zemlje.  Bila bi mi čast  dakako to raditi, ali to je u nekom dalekom, dalekom razmišljanju  - govori Ivana Šepak. Ona smatra da aktualna direktorica Ana Hrnić radi dobar posao u vrlo nezahvalno vrijeme za tu poziciju. Po njenom mišljenju budući direktor dubrovačke i  županijske turističke zajednice trebale bi biti osobe koje su digitalno izuzetno pismene, osobe koje razumiju diplomaciju, govore jezike i nemaju straha od kamera. – Mislim da ta osoba ne bi trebala doći iz političkog miljea nego realnog sektora, što je u Hrvatskoj često problem.  Vidimo to upravo u izboru novog ministra graditeljstva. Možda nas je svih zatekao ovaj zakon koji je tek sada stupio na snagu po kojemu direktori TZ-a moraju podnijeti ostavke i ići na natječaje, no na svakom direktoru i jest  da nam pokažu što rade i zašto postoje – smatra Šepak.

 Podsjetimo, kako je Turistička zajednica grada Dubrovnika, odnosno Turističko vijeće zadnji natječaj  za direktora raspisalo za Božić 2019. godine nakon što je Romana Vlašić dala ostavku. Tada su se od kandidata tražili sljedeći uvjeti:  da ima završen najmanje specijalistički diplomski stručni ili diplomski sveučilišni, da ima najmanje tri godine radnog iskustva na poslovima s područja turizma za koje je kao uvjet propisan minimalno studij, da izradi prijedlog svog programa rada turističke zajednice za narednu kalendarsku godinu,  da aktivno zna jedan svjetski jezik,  da ima položen stručni ispit za rad u turističkom uredu, a ako nema, treba u roku od jedne godine od dana stupanja na rad položiti stručni ispit.

Eto, tko ima uvjete može se javiti čim natječaj bude raspisan.
