Dramatičan apel predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovana Dobronića u programu N1 televizije - nalazimo se pred rasulom. I to zato što su uvjeti za rad katastrofalni, što uključuje preniske plaće službenika koji već tri tjedna štrajkaju, čime su sudovi blokirani. Dobronić je pisao premijeru da ga hitno primi na sastanak. U Vladi - muk.

Ponedjeljak znači četvrti tjedan štrajka sudskih službenika. Ali i pripremu za veliki prosvjed idući tjedan.

“Sudstvo je stalo, pravda je stala, građani ne dobivaju svoje. Sad se moramo izboriti za sebe. Ovi s godišnjeg će se vratiti, prijavljuju se za prosvjed i vidimo se kad taj prosvjed bude”, kaže Marija Paun, sindikalna povjerenica Građanski sud u Zagrebu.

Četvrtog tjedna nisu ljuti samo štrajkaši koji traže 400 eura veće plaće. Nego i odvjetnici. Koji ih podržavaju.

“Dolazimo u period godine kada između 20. srpnja i 20. kolovoza. nema sudskih rasprava osim onih hitnih. Mi govorimo o dva i po do tri izgubljena mjeseca. To na razini države sve nas građane i porezne obveznike košta u milijunima eura”, kaže odvjetnik Fran Olujić.

No nitko nije ljuti kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda. Vlada je prije tri godine upozorena da su plaće od 500 do 700 eura i nije učinila ništa. Pa je Dobronić pisao premijeru u petak i tražio sastanak. Uvjeti rada su kao u 90-ima. Normalan rad sudova je nemoguć.

“Ta situacija je već nastupila. Znači sudska vlast nema minimum za funkcioniranje? Da. Nalazimo se pred rasulom”, rekao je Radovan Dobronić.

I poručuje Plenkoviću da službenici na sudu nisu kao ostali. Ako netko u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti nije svjestan položaja sudbene vlasti, može doći na ideju da ucjenjuje sudove.

“To sad nije više pitanje pukog sindikalnog pregovaranja nego funkcioniranja, gotovo poput plaća sudaca i mi ćemo sigurno reagirati. Mi imamo mogućnosti i neću sad o tome i nadam se da do toga neće doći”, dodao je.

Što bi to moglo značiti pitali smo pravne stručnjake. Koji se slažu da sudske službenike treba gledati drugačije od ostalih.

“Sigurno se predsjednik Vrhovnog suda i sindikati mogu obratiti nekim europskim tijelima, a sigurno nije dobro kad se visoki sud mora obratiti europskim tijelima”, kaže Aleksandar Maršalevski s Pravnog fakulteta u Zagrebu.

Mnogi kao da zaboravljaju da je sudbena vlasti, uz izvršnu i zakonodavnu, dio trodiobe po Ustavu.

“Ja vam tvrdim da ne radi parlament da bi to bio puno manji problem za državu od blokade sudbene vlasti. Svaki, i najmanji i najteži društveni problem prije ili kasnije završi na sudu. Ako vi nemate mjesto gdje ćete zatražiti zaštitu svojih prava, onda je funkcioniranje države u potpunoj blokadi”, rekao je Olujić.

U vrhu vlasti zasad kao da nisu zabrinuti. Dozvoljavaju nastavak štrajka. I ne odgovaraju nam na upit hoće li premijer primiti predsjednika Vrhovnog suda i predstavnike štrajkaša.

Dramatičan apel predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovana Dobronića u programu N1 televizije - nalazimo se pred rasulom. I to zato što su uvjeti za rad katastrofalni, što uključuje preniske plaće službenika koji već tri tjedna štrajkaju, čime su sudovi blokirani. Dobronić je pisao premijeru da ga hitno primi na sastanak. U Vladi - muk.

Ponedjeljak znači četvrti tjedan štrajka sudskih službenika. Ali i pripremu za veliki prosvjed idući tjedan.

“Sudstvo je stalo, pravda je stala, građani ne dobivaju svoje. Sad se moramo izboriti za sebe. Ovi s godišnjeg će se vratiti, prijavljuju se za prosvjed i vidimo se kad taj prosvjed bude”, kaže Marija Paun, sindikalna povjerenica Građanski sud u Zagrebu.

Četvrtog tjedna nisu ljuti samo štrajkaši koji traže 400 eura veće plaće. Nego i odvjetnici. Koji ih podržavaju.

“Dolazimo u period godine kada između 20. srpnja i 20. kolovoza. nema sudskih rasprava osim onih hitnih. Mi govorimo o dva i po do tri izgubljena mjeseca. To na razini države sve nas građane i porezne obveznike košta u milijunima eura”, kaže odvjetnik Fran Olujić.

No nitko nije ljuti kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda. Vlada je prije tri godine upozorena da su plaće od 500 do 700 eura i nije učinila ništa. Pa je Dobronić pisao premijeru u petak i tražio sastanak. Uvjeti rada su kao u 90-ima. Normalan rad sudova je nemoguć.

“Ta situacija je već nastupila. Znači sudska vlast nema minimum za funkcioniranje? Da. Nalazimo se pred rasulom”, rekao je Radovan Dobronić.

I poručuje Plenkoviću da službenici na sudu nisu kao ostali. Ako netko u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti nije svjestan položaja sudbene vlasti, može doći na ideju da ucjenjuje sudove.

“To sad nije više pitanje pukog sindikalnog pregovaranja nego funkcioniranja, gotovo poput plaća sudaca i mi ćemo sigurno reagirati. Mi imamo mogućnosti i neću sad o tome i nadam se da do toga neće doći”, dodao je.

Što bi to moglo značiti pitali smo pravne stručnjake. Koji se slažu da sudske službenike treba gledati drugačije od ostalih.

“Sigurno se predsjednik Vrhovnog suda i sindikati mogu obratiti nekim europskim tijelima, a sigurno nije dobro kad se visoki sud mora obratiti europskim tijelima”, kaže Aleksandar Maršalevski s Pravnog fakulteta u Zagrebu.

Mnogi kao da zaboravljaju da je sudbena vlasti, uz izvršnu i zakonodavnu, dio trodiobe po Ustavu.

“Ja vam tvrdim da ne radi parlament da bi to bio puno manji problem za državu od blokade sudbene vlasti. Svaki, i najmanji i najteži društveni problem prije ili kasnije završi na sudu. Ako vi nemate mjesto gdje ćete zatražiti zaštitu svojih prava, onda je funkcioniranje države u potpunoj blokadi”, rekao je Olujić.

U vrhu vlasti zasad kao da nisu zabrinuti. Dozvoljavaju nastavak štrajka. I ne odgovaraju nam na upit hoće li premijer primiti predsjednika Vrhovnog suda i predstavnike štrajkaša.

Dramatičan apel predsjednik Vrhovnog suda Radovana Dobronića u programu N1 televizije - nalazimo se pred rasulom. I to zato što su uvjeti za rad katastrofalni, što uključuje preniske plaće službenika koji već tri tjedna štrajkaju, čime su sudovi blokirani. Dobronić je pisao premijeru da ga hitno primi na sastanak. U Vladi - muk.

Ponedjeljak znači četvrti tjedan štrajka sudskih službenika. Ali i pripremu za veliki prosvjed idući tjedan.

“Sudstvo je stalo, pravda je stala, građani ne dobivaju svoje. Sad se moramo izboriti za sebe. Ovi s godišnjeg će se vratiti, prijavljuju se za prosvjed i vidimo se kad taj prosvjed bude”, kaže Marija Paun, sindikalna povjerenica Građanski sud u Zagrebu.

Četvrtog tjedna nisu ljuti samo štrajkaši koji traže 400 eura veće plaće. Nego i odvjetnici. Koji ih podržavaju.

“Dolazimo u period godine kada između 20. srpnja i 20. kolovoza. nema sudskih rasprava osim onih hitnih. Mi govorimo o dva i po do tri izgubljena mjeseca. To na razini države sve nas građane i porezne obveznike košta u milijunima eura”, kaže odvjetnik Fran Olujić.

No nitko nije ljuti kao predsjednik Vrhovnog suda. Vlada je prije tri godine upozorena da su plaće od 500 do 700 eura i nije učinila ništa. Pa je Dobronić pisao premijeru u petak i tražio sastanak. Uvjeti rada su kao u 90-ima. Normalan rad sudova je nemoguć.

“Ta situacija je već nastupila. Znači sudska vlast nema minimum za funkcioniranje? Da. Nalazimo se pred rasulom”, rekao je Radovan Dobronić.

I poručuje Plenkoviću da službenici na sudu nisu kao ostali. Ako netko u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti nije svjestan položaja sudbene vlasti, može doći na ideju da ucjenjuje sudove.

“To sad nije više pitanje pukog sindikalnog pregovaranja nego funkcioniranja, gotovo poput plaća sudaca i mi ćemo sigurno reagirati. Mi imamo mogućnosti i neću sad o tome i nadam se da do toga neće doći”, dodao je.
