Mladen Kušeković, član udruge Baby beef, za N1 je komentirao Vladinu mjeru kojom se ograničava cijena mljevenog mesa.

“Kad sam prvi put čuo odluku, nazvao sam svog mesara i rekao da moramo izbaciti stroj za mljevenje mesa izvan prostora gdje meljemo meso po želji kupaca. Mjera je neshvatljiva, ne razumijem koji je cilj, koja je svrha, je li to strah vlasti da će biti glad u Hrvatskoj pa je odabrano mljeveno meso kao artikl koji bi trebao narod spasiti od gladi. Mogao se netko sjetiti da to budu pileća krilca, jer je ciklus proizvodnje piletine kraći od svinjetine i govedine”, rekao je.

Ta mjera ne može dati nikakav rezultat, dodao je.

“Mljeveno meso koje mi prodajemo u svojoj maloprodaji je na način da kupac odabere kategoriju mesa koje imamo, mesar izmelje pa ako to košta 80 kuna po kili, ne može onda koštati 30 kuna ili koliko je već Vlada odredila”, rekao je Kušeković.

Smatra da je mjera zasad samo medijski objavljena i da će vjerojatno ići pravilnici po kojima bi ona bila provediva.

“Tko može jedini profitirati u priči? Mogu veliki trgovački lanci odnosno uvoznici koji takvo meso nabavljaju po dampinškim cijenama u Europi, od zemalja koje su se pripremale za ovu situaciju. Imate instrument koji se zove državne rezerve. Svi znamo da je ogromna količina svinjetine dolazila iz njemačkih robnih rezervi. Kad bi Hrvatska imala robne rezerve, razumio bih da Vlada kaže da će iz robnih rezervi pustiti određenu količinu proizvoda po određenim cijenama"

Upitan što treba biti u kilogramu mljevenog mesa, da bi on koštao koliko je Vlada odredila, Kušeković je rekao: “Najmanje mesa.”

“Ako vi birate kategoriju mesa koje u dućanu košta 50 kuna, ne može to u mljevenom biti 33 kune. Možda mesne industrije Hrvatske mogu dati odgovor na to pitanje. Svjedoci smo bili u Njemačkoj kako se prodavalo raznorazno mljeveno meso, prodavala se junetina pod konjetinu. Ne znam kako je zamišljena ta provedba. Mislim da je to jedna u nizu populističkih mjera i neće dati rezultata. Jedina gluplja mjera je da se iseljenici vrate u Republiku Hrvatsku za 200.000 kuna”, rekao je.

Na pitanje što bi trebalo staviti u mljeveno meso da bi ono koštalo 33 kune, Kušeković je rekao da bi to trebali biti jeftiniji komadi svinjetine, vrat, plećka i ostaci svinje koji se ne koriste za proizvodnju visokovrijednih proizvoda, poput pršuta.

“Vrat plećka, rebra i slično, najlošije kategorije mesa. Ostaci. I još je dobro ako su to ostaci svježe obrade, a ne ako je to roba bez porijekla, na kojoj ne znate porijeklo i ono se javlja na našem tržištu po dampinškim cijenama”, rekao je Kušeković za N1.

Mladen Kušeković, član udruge Baby beef, za N1 je komentirao Vladinu mjeru kojom se ograničava cijena mljevenog mesa.

“Kad sam prvi put čuo odluku, nazvao sam svog mesara i rekao da moramo izbaciti stroj za mljevenje mesa izvan prostora gdje meljemo meso po želji kupaca. Mjera je neshvatljiva, ne razumijem koji je cilj, koja je svrha, je li to strah vlasti da će biti glad u Hrvatskoj pa je odabrano mljeveno meso kao artikl koji bi trebao narod spasiti od gladi. Mogao se netko sjetiti da to budu pileća krilca, jer je ciklus proizvodnje piletine kraći od svinjetine i govedine”, rekao je.

Ta mjera ne može dati nikakav rezultat, dodao je.

“Mljeveno meso koje mi prodajemo u svojoj maloprodaji je na način da kupac odabere kategoriju mesa koje imamo, mesar izmelje pa ako to košta 80 kuna po kili, ne može onda koštati 30 kuna ili koliko je već Vlada odredila”, rekao je Kušeković.

Smatra da je mjera zasad samo medijski objavljena i da će vjerojatno ići pravilnici po kojima bi ona bila provediva.

“Tko može jedini profitirati u priči? Mogu veliki trgovački lanci odnosno uvoznici koji takvo meso nabavljaju po dampinškim cijenama u Europi, od zemalja koje su se pripremale za ovu situaciju. Imate instrument koji se zove državne rezerve. Svi znamo da je ogromna količina svinjetine dolazila iz njemačkih robnih rezervi. Kad bi Hrvatska imala robne rezerve, razumio bih da Vlada kaže da će iz robnih rezervi pustiti određenu količinu proizvoda po određenim cijenama"

Upitan što treba biti u kilogramu mljevenog mesa, da bi on koštao koliko je Vlada odredila, Kušeković je rekao: “Najmanje mesa.”

“Ako vi birate kategoriju mesa koje u dućanu košta 50 kuna, ne može to u mljevenom biti 33 kune. Možda mesne industrije Hrvatske mogu dati odgovor na to pitanje. Svjedoci smo bili u Njemačkoj kako se prodavalo raznorazno mljeveno meso, prodavala se junetina pod konjetinu. Ne znam kako je zamišljena ta provedba. Mislim da je to jedna u nizu populističkih mjera i neće dati rezultata. Jedina gluplja mjera je da se iseljenici vrate u Republiku Hrvatsku za 200.000 kuna”, rekao je.

Na pitanje što bi trebalo staviti u mljeveno meso da bi ono koštalo 33 kune, Kušeković je rekao da bi to trebali biti jeftiniji komadi svinjetine, vrat, plećka i ostaci svinje koji se ne koriste za proizvodnju visokovrijednih proizvoda, poput pršuta.

“Vrat plećka, rebra i slično, najlošije kategorije mesa. Ostaci. I još je dobro ako su to ostaci svježe obrade, a ne ako je to roba bez porijekla, na kojoj ne znate porijeklo i ono se javlja na našem tržištu po dampinškim cijenama”, rekao je Kušeković za N1.

Mladen Kušeković, član udruge Baby beef, za N1 je komentirao Vladinu mjeru kojom se ograničava cijena mljevenog mesa.

“Kad sam prvi put čuo odluku, nazvao sam svog mesara i rekao da moramo izbaciti stroj za mljevenje mesa izvan prostora gdje meljemo meso po želji kupaca. Mjera je neshvatljiva, ne razumijem koji je cilj, koja je svrha, je li to strah vlasti da će biti glad u Hrvatskoj pa je odabrano mljeveno meso kao artikl koji bi trebao narod spasiti od gladi. Mogao se netko sjetiti da to budu pileća krilca, jer je ciklus proizvodnje piletine kraći od svinjetine i govedine”, rekao je.

Ta mjera ne može dati nikakav rezultat, dodao je.

“Mljeveno meso koje mi prodajemo u svojoj maloprodaji je na način da kupac odabere kategoriju mesa koje imamo, mesar izmelje pa ako to košta 80 kuna po kili, ne može onda koštati 30 kuna ili koliko je već Vlada odredila”, rekao je Kušeković.

Smatra da je mjera zasad samo medijski objavljena i da će vjerojatno ići pravilnici po kojima bi ona bila provediva.

“Tko može jedini profitirati u priči? Mogu veliki trgovački lanci odnosno uvoznici koji takvo meso nabavljaju po dampinškim cijenama u Europi, od zemalja koje su se pripremale za ovu situaciju. Imate instrument koji se zove državne rezerve. Svi znamo da je ogromna količina svinjetine dolazila iz njemačkih robnih rezervi. Kad bi Hrvatska imala robne rezerve, razumio bih da Vlada kaže da će iz robnih rezervi pustiti određenu količinu proizvoda po određenim cijenama"

Upitan što treba biti u kilogramu mljevenog mesa, da bi on koštao koliko je Vlada odredila, Kušeković je rekao: “Najmanje mesa.”

“Ako vi birate kategoriju mesa koje u dućanu košta 50 kuna, ne može to u mljevenom biti 33 kune. Možda mesne industrije Hrvatske mogu dati odgovor na to pitanje. Svjedoci smo bili u Njemačkoj kako se prodavalo raznorazno mljeveno meso, prodavala se junetina pod konjetinu. Ne znam kako je zamišljena ta provedba. Mislim da je to jedna u nizu populističkih mjera i neće dati rezultata. Jedina gluplja mjera je da se iseljenici vrate u Republiku Hrvatsku za 200.000 kuna”, rekao je.

Na pitanje što bi trebalo staviti u mljeveno meso da bi ono koštalo 33 kune, Kušeković je rekao da bi to trebali biti jeftiniji komadi svinjetine, vrat, plećka i ostaci svinje koji se ne koriste za proizvodnju visokovrijednih proizvoda, poput pršuta.

“Vrat plećka, rebra i slično, najlošije kategorije mesa. Ostaci. I još je dobro ako su to ostaci svježe obrade, a ne ako je to roba bez porijekla, na kojoj ne znate porijeklo i ono se javlja na našem tržištu po dampinškim cijenama”, rekao je Kušeković za N1.
