Policija je u četvrtak pozvala građane na oprez budući da je u posljednje vrijeme zabilježila više slučajeva investicijskih prijevara u kojima su inozemni kriminalci putem interneta obećavali brzu i višestruku zaradu na vrijednosti kriptovaluta, ali su prevareni građani na kraju ostali bez novca.

Riječ je o situacijama u kojima se kriminalne skupine iz inozemstva putem internetskih oglasa predstavljaju kao legitimna trgovačka društva, uvjeravajući svoje žrtve da će im osigurati zaradu investiranjem njihovog novca u kriptovalute.

No, u stvarnosti se pokazalo da se kriminalci često putem legitimnih aplikacija za udaljeni pristup računalima, poput aplikacije AnyDesk spajaju na računalo oštećenika uz njihov pristanak i putem internetskog bankarstva prebacuju novac s njihovih računa na račune otvorene na internetskim mjenjačnicama kriptovaluta.

Prevaranti potom konvertiraju novac u kriptovalute, najčešće bitcoine, te ih prenose na račune pod njihovim nadzorom pa oštećenici tako ostaju bez novca, često i bez više desetaka tisuća eura.

Policija stoga savjetuje građanima da uvijek traže nepristrani financijski savjet prije nego što daju novac ili ulože novčana sredstva, da odbiju nenajavljene pozive o mogućnostima ulaganja te da budu sumnjičavi prema ponudama koje obećavaju sigurnu investiciju, zajamčene povrate i veliku dobit.

Građanima koji su već jednom uložili u prijevaru savjetuje se da se čuvaju budućih prijevara jer će ih prevaranti vjerojatno ponovno ciljati ili prodati njihove podatke drugim prevarantima.

Policija je pozvala građane da joj se obrate ako smatraju da su oštećeni kaznenim djelom.

Policija je u četvrtak pozvala građane na oprez budući da je u posljednje vrijeme zabilježila više slučajeva investicijskih prijevara u kojima su inozemni kriminalci putem interneta obećavali brzu i višestruku zaradu na vrijednosti kriptovaluta, ali su prevareni građani na kraju ostali bez novca.

Riječ je o situacijama u kojima se kriminalne skupine iz inozemstva putem internetskih oglasa predstavljaju kao legitimna trgovačka društva, uvjeravajući svoje žrtve da će im osigurati zaradu investiranjem njihovog novca u kriptovalute.

No, u stvarnosti se pokazalo da se kriminalci često putem legitimnih aplikacija za udaljeni pristup računalima, poput aplikacije AnyDesk spajaju na računalo oštećenika uz njihov pristanak i putem internetskog bankarstva prebacuju novac s njihovih računa na račune otvorene na internetskim mjenjačnicama kriptovaluta.

Prevaranti potom konvertiraju novac u kriptovalute, najčešće bitcoine, te ih prenose na račune pod njihovim nadzorom pa oštećenici tako ostaju bez novca, često i bez više desetaka tisuća eura.

Policija stoga savjetuje građanima da uvijek traže nepristrani financijski savjet prije nego što daju novac ili ulože novčana sredstva, da odbiju nenajavljene pozive o mogućnostima ulaganja te da budu sumnjičavi prema ponudama koje obećavaju sigurnu investiciju, zajamčene povrate i veliku dobit.

Građanima koji su već jednom uložili u prijevaru savjetuje se da se čuvaju budućih prijevara jer će ih prevaranti vjerojatno ponovno ciljati ili prodati njihove podatke drugim prevarantima.

Policija je pozvala građane da joj se obrate ako smatraju da su oštećeni kaznenim djelom.

Policija upozorila na nove prevare u kojima ljudi ostaju bez desetaka tisuća eura; cyber kriminalci se spajaju na računalo oštećenog i kradu mu novac s računa, a potom ga pretvaraju u kriptovalute

Policija je u četvrtak pozvala građane na oprez budući da je u posljednje vrijeme zabilježila više slučajeva investicijskih prijevara u kojima su inozemni kriminalci putem interneta obećavali brzu i višestruku zaradu na vrijednosti kriptovaluta, ali su prevareni građani na kraju ostali bez novca.

Riječ je o situacijama u kojima se kriminalne skupine iz inozemstva putem internetskih oglasa predstavljaju kao legitimna trgovačka društva, uvjeravajući svoje žrtve da će im osigurati zaradu investiranjem njihovog novca u kriptovalute.

No, u stvarnosti se pokazalo da se kriminalci često putem legitimnih aplikacija za udaljeni pristup računalima, poput aplikacije AnyDesk spajaju na računalo oštećenika uz njihov pristanak i putem internetskog bankarstva prebacuju novac s njihovih računa na račune otvorene na internetskim mjenjačnicama kriptovaluta.

Prevaranti potom konvertiraju novac u kriptovalute, najčešće bitcoine, te ih prenose na račune pod njihovim nadzorom pa oštećenici tako ostaju bez novca, često i bez više desetaka tisuća eura.

Policija stoga savjetuje građanima da uvijek traže nepristrani financijski savjet prije nego što daju novac ili ulože novčana sredstva, da odbiju nenajavljene pozive o mogućnostima ulaganja te da budu sumnjičavi prema ponudama koje obećavaju sigurnu investiciju, zajamčene povrate i veliku dobit.

Građanima koji su već jednom uložili u prijevaru savjetuje se da se čuvaju budućih prijevara jer će ih prevaranti vjerojatno ponovno ciljati ili prodati njihove podatke drugim prevarantima.

Policija je pozvala građane da joj se obrate ako smatraju da su oštećeni kaznenim djelom.
