Nakon što je u 2019. konačno dosegnula razinu BDP-a prije krize 2008. godine, Hrvatska je na putu duboke recesije. Globalna pandemija Covida-19 rezultirala je zatvaranjem mnogih država diljem svijeta te bi mogla rezultirati smanjivanjem hrvatskog BDP-a ove godine za 6,2 posto", ističe se u ažuriranim prognozama Svjetske banke, objavljenim jutros.

Procjenjuju kako će hrvatski turizam i izvoz roba biti teško pogođeni, s obzirom na zabrane putovanja i usporavanje aktivnosti u glavnim trgovinskim partnerima, prije svega u Italiji, ali i u ostatku eurozone. I posljedice na tržište rada mogle bi biti teške, smatraju. Zamjećuju i da su se radnici koji su privremeno radili u inozemstvu počeli vraćati u Hrvatsku, što pritišće stopu nezaposlenosti, koja bi mogla porasti ove godine iznad 9 posto. U veljači je ta stopa, prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS) iznosila 8,3 posto. 

Svjetska banka navodi i da je Vlada pripremila paket privremenih mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu, čiji bi iznos potencijalno mogao doseći gotovo 8 posto BDP-a. Procjenjuju kako će hrvatski turizam i izvoz roba biti teško pogođeni, s obzirom na zabrane putovanja i usporavanje aktivnosti u glavnim trgovinskim partnerima, prije svega u Italiji, ali i u ostatku eurozone. I posljedice na tržište rada mogle bi biti teške, smatraju. Zamjećuju i da su se radnici koji su privremeno radili u inozemstvu počeli vraćati u Hrvatsku, što pritišće stopu nezaposlenosti, koja bi mogla porasti ove godine iznad 9 posto. U veljači je ta stopa, prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS) iznosila 8,3 posto. 

Svjetska banka navodi i da je Vlada pripremila paket privremenih mjera za pomoć gospodarstvu, čiji bi iznos potencijalno mogao doseći gotovo 8 posto BDP-a.
