Nakon što je Pero Vićan u Dubrovačkom vjesniku i portalu Dubrovački.hr prozvao vodstvo Zaklade braće Mihanović da mimo odredbi zakladnog Statuta prodaju imovinu, u ovom slučaju zemljište u Dubrovniku, odgovorio mu je predsjednik Uprave zaklade Pero Brbora poručivši među ostalim da je Vićan govorio neistine.

Reagiranje Pera Vićana na izjave Pera Brbore prenosimo u cijelosti.
Poštovani gospodine Brbora,
Statut Zadužbine braće Nikole i Miha Mihanović, prihvaćen je i ovjeren 13. rujna 1932. godine, sve je sjajno objasnio i opisao.
Sve je dodatno pojašnjeno i regulirano Pravilnikom za primjenu zakona o Zadužbinama, koji je iste 1932. godine donio i potvrdio tadašnji ministar. Ako nemate sve dokumente, biti ću slobodan pa sve ono što su mi ljudi donijeli, pripremit ću Vam ovjerene preslike, jer će Vam isti služiti za budući kazneni i sudski proces.
Pokušavate vješto, iz citiranog Statuta i Pravilnika, navoditi samo ono što mislite da Vama odgovara.
Želim Vas još jedan put podsjetiti samo na neke odredbe, ali cjelovite i integralne, koji su motivi i razlozi utemeljenja Zaklade:
“…svrha zadužbine moralno i materijalno unapređenje crkvene župe Doli, i sela Smokvine, u crkvenoj župi Lisac i pomaganje rodbine do izvjesnog roka. Pod crkvenom župom Doli podrazumjevaju se sljedeća sela: Rosalići, Šolići, Petrovići, Grgovići, Ploča i Kuzeci. U općinskom odlomku Doli Gjonta-Doli, Drpići, Zabreže i Konjusi,te Zaton Gornji, Zaton Donji, Konštari i Zamaslina.
GLAVNICA SE NE SMIJE KRNJITI…”
U drugom dijelu Statuta, gdje se navode odredbe o namjeni zadužbine, u članku 13. decidirano dalje stoji:
“… u području župe Doli i sela Smokvina, na polju zdravstva bit’ će:
… da se selo dovoljno, prema njihovoj potrebi, opskrbe pitkom vodom za narod i za marvu…;
… da nastoji da se u Dolima nastani liječnik…;
… da liječnik obiđe osnovne Škole u župi Doli, pomno pregleda djecu i poduči ih pravilima higijene,da bolesnu djecu opskrbi besplatno lijekovima, na teret Zadužbine…;
… da liječnik obilazeći osnovne Škole, pregleda besplatno nastavnike i njihove obitelji, te Župnika, ako su bolesni i da im prema potrebi, na teret Zadužbine, izda besplatne lijekove… itd, itd…
Da troškove bolesnika iz župe Doli i sela Smokvine, koji budu išli u Bolnicu na liječenje, plati Zadužbina.
Na području ostalih sela općine Stonjske, da zadužbinski liječnik barem četiri puta u godini obiđe sve osnovne Škole. …”
Daleko bi nas odvelo najbrajanje svega što su plemeniti utemeljitelji Zadužbine sjajno upisali i popisali.
Gospodine Brbora,
Vi ste se našli da to prodajete u trenutku vrhunca pandemije covida – 19, kad su vrijednosti nekretnina u Europi i Dubrovniku na najnižoj mogućoj točki!!!!!
Zašto to niste učinili, npr. 2007.-2009.god., kada su cijene nekretnina bile u nebu????
Svakome tko nije naivan jasan je razlog i motiv ovog bezumnog čina.
Nisam vidio da ste objavili hrvatski, niti međunarodni tender za navedenu maćapiju.
Ne vjerujem da imate procjene ovlaštenih sudskih vještaka za ove nečasne radnje.
Sve to i puno drugog morat ćete uskoro dokazati u upravnim, kaznenim i sudskim procesima pred državnim tijelima, a do tada uživajte u Vašem veličanstvenom business potezu.
I na kraju, gosp. Brbora, i moja pokojna baba Klare rođena je u Dolima.

Nakon što je Pero Vićan u Dubrovačkom vjesniku i portalu Dubrovački.hr prozvao vodstvo Zaklade braće Mihanović da mimo odredbi zakladnog Statuta prodaju imovinu, u ovom slučaju zemljište u Dubrovniku, odgovorio mu je predsjednik Uprave zaklade Pero Brbora poručivši među ostalim da je Vićan govorio neistine.

Reagiranje Pera Vićana na izjave Pera Brbore prenosimo u cijelosti.
Poštovani gospodine Brbora,
Statut Zadužbine braće Nikole i Miha Mihanović, prihvaćen je i ovjeren 13. rujna 1932. godine, sve je sjajno objasnio i opisao.
Sve je dodatno pojašnjeno i regulirano Pravilnikom za primjenu zakona o Zadužbinama, koji je iste 1932. godine donio i potvrdio tadašnji ministar. Ako nemate sve dokumente, biti ću slobodan pa sve ono što su mi ljudi donijeli, pripremit ću Vam ovjerene preslike, jer će Vam isti služiti za budući kazneni i sudski proces.
Pokušavate vješto, iz citiranog Statuta i Pravilnika, navoditi samo ono što mislite da Vama odgovara.
Želim Vas još jedan put podsjetiti samo na neke odredbe, ali cjelovite i integralne, koji su motivi i razlozi utemeljenja Zaklade:
“…svrha zadužbine moralno i materijalno unapređenje crkvene župe Doli, i sela Smokvine, u crkvenoj župi Lisac i pomaganje rodbine do izvjesnog roka. Pod crkvenom župom Doli podrazumjevaju se sljedeća sela: Rosalići, Šolići, Petrovići, Grgovići, Ploča i Kuzeci. U općinskom odlomku Doli Gjonta-Doli, Drpići, Zabreže i Konjusi,te Zaton Gornji, Zaton Donji, Konštari i Zamaslina.
GLAVNICA SE NE SMIJE KRNJITI…”
U drugom dijelu Statuta, gdje se navode odredbe o namjeni zadužbine, u članku 13. decidirano dalje stoji:
“… u području župe Doli i sela Smokvina, na polju zdravstva bit’ će:
… da se selo dovoljno, prema njihovoj potrebi, opskrbe pitkom vodom za narod i za marvu…;
… da nastoji da se u Dolima nastani liječnik…;
… da liječnik obiđe osnovne Škole u župi Doli, pomno pregleda djecu i poduči ih pravilima higijene,da bolesnu djecu opskrbi besplatno lijekovima, na teret Zadužbine…;
… da liječnik obilazeći osnovne Škole, pregleda besplatno nastavnike i njihove obitelji, te Župnika, ako su bolesni i da im prema potrebi, na teret Zadužbine, izda besplatne lijekove… itd, itd…
Da troškove bolesnika iz župe Doli i sela Smokvine, koji budu išli u Bolnicu na liječenje, plati Zadužbina.
Na području ostalih sela općine Stonjske, da zadužbinski liječnik barem četiri puta u godini obiđe sve osnovne Škole. …”
Daleko bi nas odvelo najbrajanje svega što su plemeniti utemeljitelji Zadužbine sjajno upisali i popisali.
Gospodine Brbora,
Vi ste se našli da to prodajete u trenutku vrhunca pandemije covida – 19, kad su vrijednosti nekretnina u Europi i Dubrovniku na najnižoj mogućoj točki!!!!!
Zašto to niste učinili, npr. 2007.-2009.god., kada su cijene nekretnina bile u nebu????
Svakome tko nije naivan jasan je razlog i motiv ovog bezumnog čina.
Nisam vidio da ste objavili hrvatski, niti međunarodni tender za navedenu maćapiju.
Ne vjerujem da imate procjene ovlaštenih sudskih vještaka za ove nečasne radnje.
Sve to i puno drugog morat ćete uskoro dokazati u upravnim, kaznenim i sudskim procesima pred državnim tijelima, a do tada uživajte u Vašem veličanstvenom business potezu.
I na kraju, gosp. Brbora, i moja pokojna baba Klare rođena je u Dolima.
