Pomozite građanima i proračunu: ukinite poseban porez na kavu da bi građanima bila jeftinija i da bi je kupovali u Hrvatskoj i pojačanom potrošnjom punili proračun.

Traži to od Vlade udruga “Glas poduzetnika”, pitajući zbog čega imamo veliko porezno opterećenje na kavu od čak 35 posto pa posebnim porezom na kavu oporezujemo svaki kilogram od šest do 20 kuna i na to još imamo PDV od 25 posto. Ističu da se u Hrvatskoj po svakoj šalici kave plaća 35 posto poreza, a u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj koje su ukinule posebni porez na kavu svaka se šalica kave oporezuje s 9,5 posto, odnosno 9 posto, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Štetno uskraćivanje

- Tako je potrošnja mljevene kave po glavi stanovnika u Sloveniji čak veća nego u Hrvatskoj upravo zbog manjeg PDV-a i ukidanja posebnog poreza na kavu. Zbog visokog poreznog opterećenja, potrošači si ne mogu priuštiti konzumaciju kave u mjeri u kojoj imaju sklonost prema tom proizvodu, a to uskraćivanje nepovoljno se održava i na državni proračun. Poseban porez na bilo koji proizvod u principu se uvodi ako je riječ o nezdravom ili luksuzom dobru. Kavu, po istraživanju Ipsosa iz 2017., pije više od 93 posto hrvatskih građana, stoga je suludo i pomisliti da je kava luksuzno dobro - ističu u ovoj udruzi i dodaju da kava, odnosno kofein, ima dokazano pozitivne utjecaje na naš organizam, stoga je poseban porez na kavu besmislen.

- Ovim putem predlažemo Vladi RH da uvaži naš prijedlog i ukine poseban porez na kavu kako bi poduzetnici tu olakšicu mogli iskoristiti za otvaranje novih radnih mjesta i investicije u razvoj tržišta, što će u konačnici povećati ukupnu konkurentnost u odnosu na susjedne zemlje, pa time i rast BDP-a - istaknuo je Hrvoje Bujas, predsjednik udruge “Glas poduzetnika”.

Porezni tretman

U udruzi kažu da se od posebnog poreza na kavu u Hrvatskoj u 2021. godini naplatilo oko 118 milijuna kuna, što čini 0,7 posto ukupnih prihoda od trošarina i posebnih poreza, a taj porezni tretman dovodi do poticanja prekogranične kupnje, destimulira osobnu potrošnju i negativno utječe na BDP te rezultira nekonkurentnošću Hrvatske u odnosu na usporedive susjedne zemlje.

- Ulazak u Schengen, odnosno prostor bez unutarnjih granica, dodatan je izazov u kontekstu borbe protiv ovakvog prometa kavom. Dobar primjer je Rumunjska koja je, nakon ukidanja posebnog poreza na kavu i smanjenja PDV-a, potaknula rast konzumacije kave oko pet posto godišnje, smanjila udio crnog tržišta i tzv. paralelnog uvoza, a povećana konzumacija rezultirala je povećanjem prihoda od PDV-a, dok je veća osobna potrošnja dovela i do rasta BDP-a – navode iz “Glasa poduzetnika”.

Pomozite građanima i proračunu: ukinite poseban porez na kavu da bi građanima bila jeftinija i da bi je kupovali u Hrvatskoj i pojačanom potrošnjom punili proračun.

Traži to od Vlade udruga “Glas poduzetnika”, pitajući zbog čega imamo veliko porezno opterećenje na kavu od čak 35 posto pa posebnim porezom na kavu oporezujemo svaki kilogram od šest do 20 kuna i na to još imamo PDV od 25 posto. Ističu da se u Hrvatskoj po svakoj šalici kave plaća 35 posto poreza, a u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj koje su ukinule posebni porez na kavu svaka se šalica kave oporezuje s 9,5 posto, odnosno 9 posto, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

- Tako je potrošnja mljevene kave po glavi stanovnika u Sloveniji čak veća nego u Hrvatskoj upravo zbog manjeg PDV-a i ukidanja posebnog poreza na kavu. Zbog visokog poreznog opterećenja, potrošači si ne mogu priuštiti konzumaciju kave u mjeri u kojoj imaju sklonost prema tom proizvodu, a to uskraćivanje nepovoljno se održava i na državni proračun. Poseban porez na bilo koji proizvod u principu se uvodi ako je riječ o nezdravom ili luksuzom dobru. Kavu, po istraživanju Ipsosa iz 2017., pije više od 93 posto hrvatskih građana, stoga je suludo i pomisliti da je kava luksuzno dobro - ističu u ovoj udruzi i dodaju da kava, odnosno kofein, ima dokazano pozitivne utjecaje na naš organizam, stoga je poseban porez na kavu besmislen.

- Ovim putem predlažemo Vladi RH da uvaži naš prijedlog i ukine poseban porez na kavu kako bi poduzetnici tu olakšicu mogli iskoristiti za otvaranje novih radnih mjesta i investicije u razvoj tržišta, što će u konačnici povećati ukupnu konkurentnost u odnosu na susjedne zemlje, pa time i rast BDP-a - istaknuo je Hrvoje Bujas, predsjednik udruge “Glas poduzetnika”.

Porezni tretman

U udruzi kažu da se od posebnog poreza na kavu u Hrvatskoj u 2021. godini naplatilo oko 118 milijuna kuna, što čini 0,7 posto ukupnih prihoda od trošarina i posebnih poreza, a taj porezni tretman dovodi do poticanja prekogranične kupnje, destimulira osobnu potrošnju i negativno utječe na BDP te rezultira nekonkurentnošću Hrvatske u odnosu na usporedive susjedne zemlje.

- Ulazak u Schengen, odnosno prostor bez unutarnjih granica, dodatan je izazov u kontekstu borbe protiv ovakvog prometa kavom. Dobar primjer je Rumunjska koja je, nakon ukidanja posebnog poreza na kavu i smanjenja PDV-a, potaknula rast konzumacije kave oko pet posto godišnje, smanjila udio crnog tržišta i tzv. paralelnog uvoza, a povećana konzumacija rezultirala je povećanjem prihoda od PDV-a, dok je veća osobna potrošnja dovela i do rasta BDP-a – navode iz “Glasa poduzetnika”.

‘Olakšajte nam život, ukinite porez na kavu!‘; Hrvati plaćaju gotovo četiri puta više od Rumunja i Slovenaca

Pomozite građanima i proračunu: ukinite poseban porez na kavu da bi građanima bila jeftinija i da bi je kupovali u Hrvatskoj i pojačanom potrošnjom punili proračun.

Traži to od Vlade udruga “Glas poduzetnika”, pitajući zbog čega imamo veliko porezno opterećenje na kavu od čak 35 posto pa posebnim porezom na kavu oporezujemo svaki kilogram od šest do 20 kuna i na to još imamo PDV od 25 posto. Ističu da se u Hrvatskoj po svakoj šalici kave plaća 35 posto poreza, a u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj koje su ukinule posebni porez na kavu svaka se šalica kave oporezuje s 9,5 posto, odnosno 9 posto, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
