Ispod naslova "Ministarstvo odobrilo revolucionarni Prostorni plan Makarske: Dosta je apartmanizacije!", na internetskim stranicama Grada Makarske objavljena je vijest kako je Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine odobrilo izmjene Prostornog plana grada Makarske, koje će se sljedećeg petka, 22. prosinca, naći pred gradskim vijećnicima.

Prema novom planu, u Makarskoj će do daljnjeg biti zabranjena višestambena gradnja, kao i etažiranje ‘aparthotela‘. Gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović kaže da su do takve odluke došli zbog stanja na terenu koje je, kako tvrdi, neodrživo, donosi Jutarnji list

- Ova izmjena Prostornog plana je, usudio bih se reći, najvažnija odluka makarske gradske vlasti u proteklih nekoliko desetljeća. To je prvi korak prema spašavanju grada, usmjeravanju njegova razvoja u smjeru koji je održiv i zaustavljanja daljnje betonizacije. Iznimno zabrinjavajući rezultati Studije turističkog nosivog kapaciteta, koje smo nedavno predstavili, potvrdili su da naša komunalna infrastruktura neće izdržati ako bi se se nekontrolirana gradnja nastavila. U pitanju su, doslovno, opskrba vodom, električnom energijom, javna odvodnja i normalno prometovanje gradom - poručio je Paunović.

Nedavno objavljena Studija turističkog nosivog kapaciteta, koju je Makarska napravila u suradnji s Institutom za turizam, potvrdila je kako više od polovine stambenih jedinica u Makarskoj nije stalno naseljeno, da se 2016. do 2019. izgradnja udvostručila, te da Prostorni plan, donesen 2020. godine, trenutno omogućava izgradnju još dodatnih 10 tisuća stambenih jedinica.

- To znači kako, nažalost, možemo očekivati nastavak gradnje i u godinama nakon donošenja izmjena Prostornog plana iz 2020. godine jer su u pitanju stare dozvole, koje, po zakonu, ne možemo mijenjati. Službe nemaju izbora već postupiti po slovu zakona, ali tu podvlačimo crtu i više neće biti izdavanja novih dozvola. Na vrhuncu sezone, Makarska ima 2,2 posjetitelja po stanovniku, a procjena je kako postoji 10 tisuća neprijavljenih komercijalnih ležajeva te 1000 dovršenih stanova u kojima nitko nikada nije živio ni boravio! - kaže gradonačelnik Paunović.

Dodaje kako se Makarska prva uhvatila u koštac s problemom koji je prisutan na većem dijelu naše obale.

- Ovdje je riječ o našim ljudima. Mladi nam napuštaju grad, jer je cijena kvadrata nevjerojatno visoka, a nikada se nije više gradilo. Problem visoke cijene kvadrata za mlade obitelji nećemo riješiti gradnjom novih stanova, već stavljanjem izgrađenih stanova u funkciju građana, umjesto ilegalnog bogaćenja - poručio je gradonačelnik Makarske, dodavši kako se ne boji mogućih pritisaka iz građevinskog sektora, piše Jutarnji list

- Mi smo na pritiske navikli, ali nećemo posustati jer se radi o našoj budućnosti i budućnosti naše djece. Zahvaljujem ovim putem Ministarstvu koje je pokazalo kako politički predznak nije važan kada se radi o pitanjima od životne važnosti - rekao je Paunović i zaključno dodao kako je siguran da će svi gradski vijećnici podržati izmjene Prostornog plana.

Ispod naslova "Ministarstvo odobrilo revolucionarni Prostorni plan Makarske: Dosta je apartmanizacije!", na internetskim stranicama Grada Makarske objavljena je vijest kako je Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine odobrilo izmjene Prostornog plana grada Makarske, koje će se sljedećeg petka, 22. prosinca, naći pred gradskim vijećnicima.

Prema novom planu, u Makarskoj će do daljnjeg biti zabranjena višestambena gradnja, kao i etažiranje ‘aparthotela‘. Gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović kaže da su do takve odluke došli zbog stanja na terenu koje je, kako tvrdi, neodrživo, donosi Jutarnji list

- Ova izmjena Prostornog plana je, usudio bih se reći, najvažnija odluka makarske gradske vlasti u proteklih nekoliko desetljeća. To je prvi korak prema spašavanju grada, usmjeravanju njegova razvoja u smjeru koji je održiv i zaustavljanja daljnje betonizacije. Iznimno zabrinjavajući rezultati Studije turističkog nosivog kapaciteta, koje smo nedavno predstavili, potvrdili su da naša komunalna infrastruktura neće izdržati ako bi se se nekontrolirana gradnja nastavila. U pitanju su, doslovno, opskrba vodom, električnom energijom, javna odvodnja i normalno prometovanje gradom - poručio je Paunović.

Nedavno objavljena Studija turističkog nosivog kapaciteta, koju je Makarska napravila u suradnji s Institutom za turizam, potvrdila je kako više od polovine stambenih jedinica u Makarskoj nije stalno naseljeno, da se 2016. do 2019. izgradnja udvostručila, te da Prostorni plan, donesen 2020. godine, trenutno omogućava izgradnju još dodatnih 10 tisuća stambenih jedinica.

- To znači kako, nažalost, možemo očekivati nastavak gradnje i u godinama nakon donošenja izmjena Prostornog plana iz 2020. godine jer su u pitanju stare dozvole, koje, po zakonu, ne možemo mijenjati. Službe nemaju izbora već postupiti po slovu zakona, ali tu podvlačimo crtu i više neće biti izdavanja novih dozvola. Na vrhuncu sezone, Makarska ima 2,2 posjetitelja po stanovniku, a procjena je kako postoji 10 tisuća neprijavljenih komercijalnih ležajeva te 1000 dovršenih stanova u kojima nitko nikada nije živio ni boravio! - kaže gradonačelnik Paunović.

Dodaje kako se Makarska prva uhvatila u koštac s problemom koji je prisutan na većem dijelu naše obale.

- Ovdje je riječ o našim ljudima. Mladi nam napuštaju grad, jer je cijena kvadrata nevjerojatno visoka, a nikada se nije više gradilo. Problem visoke cijene kvadrata za mlade obitelji nećemo riješiti gradnjom novih stanova, već stavljanjem izgrađenih stanova u funkciju građana, umjesto ilegalnog bogaćenja - poručio je gradonačelnik Makarske, dodavši kako se ne boji mogućih pritisaka iz građevinskog sektora, piše Jutarnji list

- Mi smo na pritiske navikli, ali nećemo posustati jer se radi o našoj budućnosti i budućnosti naše djece. Zahvaljujem ovim putem Ministarstvu koje je pokazalo kako politički predznak nije važan kada se radi o pitanjima od životne važnosti - rekao je Paunović i zaključno dodao kako je siguran da će svi gradski vijećnici podržati izmjene Prostornog plana.
