Kineski predsjednik Xi Jinping nije pokazao nikakav znak promjene svog stajališta o ruskom ratu protiv Ukrajine nakon razgovora s francuskim kolegom Emmanuelom Macronom u četvrtak.

Drugog dana Macronova državnog posjeta Kini, Xi je zadržao svoj stav o ruskoj invaziji na Ukrajini u punom smislu riječi, rekavši da "sve strane" gaje "razumnu zabrinutost za sigurnost" te nije dao naslutiti da će iskoristiti svoj utjecaj kako bi pomogao da dođe do okončanja sukoba, ocjenjuje utjecajni portal Politico, prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Kina je voljna zajedno s Francuskom apelirati na međunarodnu zajednicu da ostane racionalna i smirena", bilo je ono što je kineski čelnik rekao tijekom konferencije za novinare u Velikoj dvorani naroda u Pekingu. "Mirovni pregovori trebali bi se nastaviti što je prije moguće, uzimajući u obzir razumnu sigurnosnu zabrinutost svih strana u vezanu s Poveljom UN-a... tražeći političko rješenje i izgradnju uravnoteženog, učinkovitog i održivog europskog sigurnosnog okvira", rekao je, pak, Macron.

Francuski predsjednik doputovao je u srijedu u Kinu u nadi da će potaknuti Kinu da uporabi svoj utjecaj na Kremlj kako bi se okončao sukob i natjerati Peking da se jasno usprotivi prijetnji Moskve da će u Bjelorusiju rasporediti nuklearne projektile.

On je također osudio rusku prijetnju stacioniranjem nuklearnog oružja u Bjelorusiji kao nesukladnu međunarodnim nuklearnim sporazumima.

Xi je, pak, govorio o potrebi da zaraćene strane "zaštite žrtve, uključujući žene i djecu", što su riječi koje dolaze nakon što je Međunarodni kazneni sud (ICC) izdao nalog za uhićenje ruskog predsjednika Vladimira Putina zbog njegove uloge u ilegalnom prebacivanju ukrajinske djece u Rusiju. No, Xi ipak nije spomenuo Rusiju u tim svojim komentarima.

Kineski predsjednik Xi Jinping nije pokazao nikakav znak promjene svog stajališta o ruskom ratu protiv Ukrajine nakon razgovora s francuskim kolegom Emmanuelom Macronom u četvrtak.

Drugog dana Macronova državnog posjeta Kini, Xi je zadržao svoj stav o ruskoj invaziji na Ukrajini u punom smislu riječi, rekavši da "sve strane" gaje "razumnu zabrinutost za sigurnost" te nije dao naslutiti da će iskoristiti svoj utjecaj kako bi pomogao da dođe do okončanja sukoba, ocjenjuje utjecajni portal Politico, prenosi Jutarnji list.
