Vilim Ribić, glavni tajnik Nezavisnog sindikata znanosti, vlasnik je kuće u zagrebačkom naselju Gornje Vrapče, što je vidljivo u zemljišnim knjigama, i to od 2014. godine.
Tu informaciju danas je prvi otkrio portal Index, a prenosi Jutarnji list.
Sindikalni čelnik Ribić danas je bio nedstupan. Nije odgovarao ni na poruke, ni na pozive. Kuću je, vidljivo je u zemljišnim knjigama, kupio od tvrtke Talaria d.o.o., i to 2014. godine. Direktorica tvrtke Talaria nam je kazala da nema komentara, te da su oni agencija za prodaju nekretnina, a to je vidljivo i na njihovoj internetskoj stranici.
- Ne znam zašto nas svi zovu cijeli dan, mi se bavimo prodajom nekretnina - kazala je. Portal Index objavio je i kupoprodajni ugovor iz kojeg je vidljivo da je Ribić kuću kupio za cijenu, kako je objavio portal Index, od 90 tisuća eura. Iako posjeduje kuću, Ribić gotovo u svakom medijskom nastupu naglašava da je podstanar u sindikalnom stanu u centru Zagreba, u Kosirnikovoj ulici.
U kupoprodajnom ugovoru, navodi Index, stoji da je Ribić u cijelosti isplatio kupoprodajnu cijenu kuće u idućih 6 mjeseci, i to, čini se, u gotovini.
Par mjeseci kasnije, točnije u kolovozu 2015. godine, u zemljišnim knjigama stavljena je zabilježba kredita kod Prve stambene štedionice u visini od 228.000 kuna. Kredit je podigao na 11 godina, odnosno do 2027. godine, no zabilježba o kreditu je brisana iz zemljišne knjige u lipnju 2019. godine. Ribić je kuću u izgradnji kupio od tvrtke Talaria.
Ta je tvrtka zemljište kupila 2013. godine, a zanimljivo je da je, godinu prije nego što će Ribiću prodati kuću, kako navodi Index, posudila 43 tisuće eura od tvrtke Metatron Domus na čijem je čelu bio Zoran Kovač, direktor Sindikat gradnje, tvrtke koju je osnovao Ribićev sindikat za izgradnju spornog Sindikalnog doma.
Zalog za tu pozajmicu bila je, kako se vidi iz zemljišnih knjiga, upravo buduća Ribićeva kuća. Kovač je bio i direktor tvrtke Matica stanogradnja koju je osnovalo osam sindikata. Pokušali smo danas doći do Kovača, ali nije odgovarao na mailove, a brojne tvrtke s kojima se u sudskom registru dovodi u vezu sve imaju isti mail. U zemljišnim knjigama Ribićeva kuća još nije upisana kao kuća već se vodi kao oranica, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Vilim Ribić, glavni tajnik Nezavisnog sindikata znanosti, vlasnik je kuće u zagrebačkom naselju Gornje Vrapče, što je vidljivo u zemljišnim knjigama, i to od 2014. godine.
Tu informaciju danas je prvi otkrio portal Index, a prenosi Jutarnji list.
Sindikalni čelnik Ribić danas je bio nedstupan. Nije odgovarao ni na poruke, ni na pozive. Kuću je, vidljivo je u zemljišnim knjigama, kupio od tvrtke Talaria d.o.o., i to 2014. godine. Direktorica tvrtke Talaria nam je kazala da nema komentara, te da su oni agencija za prodaju nekretnina, a to je vidljivo i na njihovoj internetskoj stranici.
- Ne znam zašto nas svi zovu cijeli dan, mi se bavimo prodajom nekretnina - kazala je. Portal Index objavio je i kupoprodajni ugovor iz kojeg je vidljivo da je Ribić kuću kupio za cijenu, kako je objavio portal Index, od 90 tisuća eura. Iako posjeduje kuću, Ribić gotovo u svakom medijskom nastupu naglašava da je podstanar u sindikalnom stanu u centru Zagreba, u Kosirnikovoj ulici.
U kupoprodajnom ugovoru, navodi Index, stoji da je Ribić u cijelosti isplatio kupoprodajnu cijenu kuće u idućih 6 mjeseci, i to, čini se, u gotovini.
Par mjeseci kasnije, točnije u kolovozu 2015. godine, u zemljišnim knjigama stavljena je zabilježba kredita kod Prve stambene štedionice u visini od 228.000 kuna. Kredit je podigao na 11 godina, odnosno do 2027. godine, no zabilježba o kreditu je brisana iz zemljišne knjige u lipnju 2019. godine. Ribić je kuću u izgradnji kupio od tvrtke Talaria.
Ta je tvrtka zemljište kupila 2013. godine, a zanimljivo je da je, godinu prije nego što će Ribiću prodati kuću, kako navodi Index, posudila 43 tisuće eura od tvrtke Metatron Domus na čijem je čelu bio Zoran Kovač, direktor Sindikat gradnje, tvrtke koju je osnovao Ribićev sindikat za izgradnju spornog Sindikalnog doma.
Zalog za tu pozajmicu bila je, kako se vidi iz zemljišnih knjiga, upravo buduća Ribićeva kuća. Kovač je bio i direktor tvrtke Matica stanogradnja koju je osnovalo osam sindikata. Pokušali smo danas doći do Kovača, ali nije odgovarao na mailove, a brojne tvrtke s kojima se u sudskom registru dovodi u vezu sve imaju isti mail. U zemljišnim knjigama Ribićeva kuća još nije upisana kao kuća već se vodi kao oranica, prenosi Jutarnji list.
