Svijet "gleda u oko uragana 5. kategorije", rekao je glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres u srijedu u Davosu.

Glavni tajnik UN-a ocijenio je u govoru pred svjetskim čelnicima na Svjetskom gospodarskom forumu da je "svijet u žalosnom stanju".

"Naš svijet zahvatila je savršena oluja na više fronti", rekao je.

Među glavnim prijetnjama s kojima je svijet suočen istaknuo je predstojeću globalnu recesiju, rat u Ukrajini, sve veće nejednakosti, rast troškova života, veliku zaduženost ranjivih zemalja i posljedice pandemije.

Guterres je rekao da u borbi protiv globalnog zagrijavanja "gubimo bitku" i da svaki novi tjedan donosi "novu klimatsku strahotu".

Obećanje da će se rast globalne temperature ograničiti na 1,5 stupnjeva Celzijevih iznad predindustrijskih razina "rasplinulo se kao dim", rekao je, upozorivši da svijet juri prema povećanju temperature od 2,8 stupnjeva.

Svijet "gleda u oko uragana 5. kategorije", rekao je glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres u srijedu u Davosu.

Glavni tajnik UN-a ocijenio je u govoru pred svjetskim čelnicima na Svjetskom gospodarskom forumu da je "svijet u žalosnom stanju".

"Naš svijet zahvatila je savršena oluja na više fronti", rekao je.

Među glavnim prijetnjama s kojima je svijet suočen istaknuo je predstojeću globalnu recesiju, rat u Ukrajini, sve veće nejednakosti, rast troškova života, veliku zaduženost ranjivih zemalja i posljedice pandemije.

Guterres je rekao da u borbi protiv globalnog zagrijavanja "gubimo bitku" i da svaki novi tjedan donosi "novu klimatsku strahotu".

Obećanje da će se rast globalne temperature ograničiti na 1,5 stupnjeva Celzijevih iznad predindustrijskih razina "rasplinulo se kao dim", rekao je, upozorivši da svijet juri prema povećanju temperature od 2,8 stupnjeva.

Svijet "gleda u oko uragana 5. kategorije", rekao je glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres u srijedu u Davosu.

Glavni tajnik UN-a ocijenio je u govoru pred svjetskim čelnicima na Svjetskom gospodarskom forumu da je "svijet u žalosnom stanju".

"Naš svijet zahvatila je savršena oluja na više fronti", rekao je.

Među glavnim prijetnjama s kojima je svijet suočen istaknuo je predstojeću globalnu recesiju, rat u Ukrajini, sve veće nejednakosti, rast troškova života, veliku zaduženost ranjivih zemalja i posljedice pandemije.

Guterres je rekao da u borbi protiv globalnog zagrijavanja "gubimo bitku" i da svaki novi tjedan donosi "novu klimatsku strahotu".

Obećanje da će se rast globalne temperature ograničiti na 1,5 stupnjeva Celzijevih iznad predindustrijskih razina "rasplinulo se kao dim", rekao je, upozorivši da svijet juri prema povećanju temperature od 2,8 stupnjeva.
