Zbog epidemije koronavirusa, ove godine će glasovanje izgledati nešto drugačije nego ranije, a o čemu se radi objašnjeno je danas na press konferenciji.
Predsjednik DIP-a Đuro Sessa kazao je da je danas održana sjednica DIP i da su donijete Odluke o tehničkoj provedbi izbora u novonastaloj situaciji glede koronavirusa i o čemu bi trebalo voditi računa, donosi Jutarnji.

- Radi se o dvije tehničke upute. Jedna je tehnička uputa koja se tiče provedbe izbore redovnim biračkim mjestima, odnosno na gotovo 7.000 mjesta u Republici Hrvatskoj, a druga tehnička uputa odnosi se na provođenje izbora u domovima za starije jer tu postoje neki posebni epidemiološki zahtjevi, rekao je Sessa.

Sessa je rekao da se cijela uputa DIP-a odnosi na slogan #budimoodgovorni i da sve što su propisali odnosi se na uređenje biračkog mjesta, organizacije izbora na biračkom mjestu, ponašanje birača, ponašanja članova biračkog odbora, načina na koji će se omogućiti glasovanje onim koji ne mogu doći na biračko mjesto uključujući i osobe koje će biti o samoizolaciji.
Upute i preporuke za izbore:

- Sva biračka mjesta moraju biti oprana i dezinficirana.

- Svi članovi biračkih odbora moraju imati maske, a preporuka je i da imaju rukavice.

- Rukavice moraju biti obavezne kod onih članova biračkog odbora koji identificiraju birače, odnosni oni koji primaju osobne iskaznice.

- Predsjednici biračkih odbora moraju osigurati dezinficijense na ulazu u biralištu.

- Što se tiče glasačkih kutija, moraju biti na razmaku od metar i pol. Birači također moraju biti na razdaljini od metar i pol.

- Što se tiče glasovanja izvan biračkih mjesta, oni koji zbog zdravstvenih razloga ne mogu pristupiti biralištu, moraju se najmanje tri dana ranije najaviti biračkom odboru kako bi mogli glasati kod kuće. Te osobe će glasovati pred vratima stana.

- Isto pravilo vrijedi i za one koje su u samoizolaciji s dodatkom da će te osobe morati obavezno imati masku.

- Preporuka je da te osobe imaju maske, a član biračkog odbora imat će masku, rukavice i dezinficijense.

- Ako ne mogu izaći iz stana ili kuće, član biračkog odbora ući će unutra s navlakama na cipelama.

- Preporučuje se biračima da izmjere temperaturu, ako je iznad 37.2 tada se trebaju javiti liječniku i ne smiju pristupiti biralištu.

- Druga je preporuka da nose maske.

- Prije ulaska na biralište, svi moraju dezinficirati ruke.

A što će biti s onima koji se neće htjeti pridržavati uputa?

[bgPosition] => [text] => {OCMSplitter}Iz DIP-a su danas objavili svježe upute za održavanje parlamentarnih izbora 5. srpnja. Zbog epidemije koronavirusa, ove godine će glasovanje izgledati nešto drugačije nego ranije, a o čemu se radi objašnjeno je danas na press konferenciji.
Predsjednik DIP-a Đuro Sessa kazao je da je danas održana sjednica DIP i da su donijete Odluke o tehničkoj provedbi izbora u novonastaloj situaciji glede koronavirusa i o čemu bi trebalo voditi računa, donosi Jutarnji.

- Radi se o dvije tehničke upute. Jedna je tehnička uputa koja se tiče provedbe izbore redovnim biračkim mjestima, odnosno na gotovo 7.000 mjesta u Republici Hrvatskoj, a druga tehnička uputa odnosi se na provođenje izbora u domovima za starije jer tu postoje neki posebni epidemiološki zahtjevi, rekao je Sessa.

Sessa je rekao da se cijela uputa DIP-a odnosi na slogan #budimoodgovorni i da sve što su propisali odnosi se na uređenje biračkog mjesta, organizacije izbora na biračkom mjestu, ponašanje birača, ponašanja članova biračkog odbora, načina na koji će se omogućiti glasovanje onim koji ne mogu doći na biračko mjesto uključujući i osobe koje će biti o samoizolaciji.
Upute i preporuke za izbore:

- Sva biračka mjesta moraju biti oprana i dezinficirana.

- Svi članovi biračkih odbora moraju imati maske, a preporuka je i da imaju rukavice.

- Rukavice moraju biti obavezne kod onih članova biračkog odbora koji identificiraju birače, odnosni oni koji primaju osobne iskaznice.

- Predsjednici biračkih odbora moraju osigurati dezinficijense na ulazu u biralištu.

- Što se tiče glasačkih kutija, moraju biti na razmaku od metar i pol. Birači također moraju biti na razdaljini od metar i pol.

- Što se tiče glasovanja izvan biračkih mjesta, oni koji zbog zdravstvenih razloga ne mogu pristupiti biralištu, moraju se najmanje tri dana ranije najaviti biračkom odboru kako bi mogli glasati kod kuće. Te osobe će glasovati pred vratima stana.

- Isto pravilo vrijedi i za one koje su u samoizolaciji s dodatkom da će te osobe morati obavezno imati masku.

- Preporuka je da te osobe imaju maske, a član biračkog odbora imat će masku, rukavice i dezinficijense.

- Ako ne mogu izaći iz stana ili kuće, član biračkog odbora ući će unutra s navlakama na cipelama.

- Preporučuje se biračima da izmjere temperaturu, ako je iznad 37.2 tada se trebaju javiti liječniku i ne smiju pristupiti biralištu.

- Druga je preporuka da nose maske.

- Prije ulaska na biralište, svi moraju dezinficirati ruke.

A što će biti s onima koji se neće htjeti pridržavati uputa?

Državno izborno povjerenstvo objavilo kako će izgledati birališta u nedjelju i kako će glasovati oni koji su u samoizolaciji

Iz DIP-a su danas objavili svježe upute za održavanje parlamentarnih izbora 5. srpnja. Zbog epidemije koronavirusa, ove godine će glasovanje izgledati nešto drugačije nego ranije, a o čemu se radi objašnjeno je danas na press konferenciji.
Predsjednik DIP-a Đuro Sessa kazao je da je danas održana sjednica DIP i da su donijete Odluke o tehničkoj provedbi izbora u novonastaloj situaciji glede koronavirusa i o čemu bi trebalo voditi računa, donosi Jutarnji.

- Radi se o dvije tehničke upute. Jedna je tehnička uputa koja se tiče provedbe izbore redovnim biračkim mjestima, odnosno na gotovo 7.000 mjesta u Republici Hrvatskoj, a druga tehnička uputa odnosi se na provođenje izbora u domovima za starije jer tu postoje neki posebni epidemiološki zahtjevi, rekao je Sessa.

Sessa je rekao da se cijela uputa DIP-a odnosi na slogan #budimoodgovorni i da sve što su propisali odnosi se na uređenje biračkog mjesta, organizacije izbora na biračkom mjestu, ponašanje birača, ponašanja članova biračkog odbora, načina na koji će se omogućiti glasovanje onim koji ne mogu doći na biračko mjesto uključujući i osobe koje će biti o samoizolaciji.
Upute i preporuke za izbore:

- Sva biračka mjesta moraju biti oprana i dezinficirana.

- Svi članovi biračkih odbora moraju imati maske, a preporuka je i da imaju rukavice.

- Rukavice moraju biti obavezne kod onih članova biračkog odbora koji identificiraju birače, odnosni oni koji primaju osobne iskaznice.

- Predsjednici biračkih odbora moraju osigurati dezinficijense na ulazu u biralištu.

- Što se tiče glasačkih kutija, moraju biti na razmaku od metar i pol. Birači također moraju biti na razdaljini od metar i pol.

- Što se tiče glasovanja izvan biračkih mjesta, oni koji zbog zdravstvenih razloga ne mogu pristupiti biralištu, moraju se najmanje tri dana ranije najaviti biračkom odboru kako bi mogli glasati kod kuće. Te osobe će glasovati pred vratima stana.

- Isto pravilo vrijedi i za one koje su u samoizolaciji s dodatkom da će te osobe morati obavezno imati masku.

- Preporuka je da te osobe imaju maske, a član biračkog odbora imat će masku, rukavice i dezinficijense.

- Ako ne mogu izaći iz stana ili kuće, član biračkog odbora ući će unutra s navlakama na cipelama.

- Preporučuje se biračima da izmjere temperaturu, ako je iznad 37.2 tada se trebaju javiti liječniku i ne smiju pristupiti biralištu.

- Druga je preporuka da nose maske.

- Prije ulaska na biralište, svi moraju dezinficirati ruke.

A što će biti s onima koji se neće htjeti pridržavati uputa?

- Predsjednik biračkog odbora ovlašten je udaljiti onog birača koji se ne pridržava propisanih mjera - rekla je potpredsjednica DIP-a Ana Lovrin, prenosi Jutarnji.
