Još se ne zna kako bi covid putovnica trebala izgledati, razgovara se o tome da bude u obliku aplikacije za smartphone.
Nakon što je predsjednica Europske komisije, Ursula von der Leyen, ovaj tjedan najavila da razmišljaju o uvođenju "Digitalnog zelenog certifikata" za lakši prelazak granice, postalo je jasno da se na razini Unije definitivno traži zajedničko rješenje za ponovno pokretanje putničkog prometa među zemljama.

Konačan prijedlog Komisije o tome kako bi taj certifikat točno trebao izgledati i kako će se putnici njime služiti trebao bi biti donesen do 17. ožujka, no priču zasad prati cijeli niz nejasnoća, pa čak i temeljnog nerazumijevanja što bi taj certifikat uopće trebao predstavljati, piše Jutarnji list.
Kako piše Politico koji je dobio uvid u pismo Ursule von der Leyen o certifikatu, Komisija se zalaže za to da certifikat ne bude isključivo dokaz da su putnici cijepljeni već da on na jednom mjestu objedinjuje i rezultate PCR testiranja, kao i potvrdu da je putnik imunitet na covid-19 stekao preboljevši tu bolest.
Digitalni zeleni certifikat, dakle, u tom bi obliku zapravo na jednom mjestu objedinjavao formalno-pravne dokaze da osoba nije bolesna, odnosno da je imuna i time joj omogućavao da lakše prijeđe granice, koje je i trenutno moguće prelaziti ograničeno, prvenstveno uz predočavanje negativnog PCR testa, dok su neke zemlje prelazak granica već omogućile i za sve one koji imaju potvrdu da su cijepljeni, odnosno da su preboljeli bolest.

Za uvođenje službenog certifikata, piše Politico, zasad se najviše zalažu o turizmu ovisne zemlje - Španjolska, Malta, Cipar i Grčka, a Cipar je već najavio da od svibnja u zemlju planira bez ikakvih restrikcija početi puštati cijepljene Britance, dok su Cipar i Grčka sličan dogovor već postigle i s Izraelom.
Uvođenju tog dokumenta, međutim, sklone su i neke druge zemlje pa je ovu inicijativu prošlog tjedna pozdravio i austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz, dok se Hrvatska, iako ovisna o turizmu, zasad tek sramežljivo javlja na ovu temu.
Kako Jutarnji list doznaje od dobro informiranog izvora, hrvatska politika načelno podržava sve napore koji će kao rezultat imati lakši prelazak granice, no isključivo ako to neće biti diskriminirajuće prema građanima.

Naime, iako je zasad nejasno kako bi taj certifikat trebao izgledati, zasad se razgovara da on zapravo bude aplikacija na smartphoneu u kojoj će putnik imati rezultate testiranja, potvrdu o cijepljenju ili pak prebolijevanju bolesti.
Hrvatska bi certifikat u tom smislu podržala isključivo ako on za putnike ne bi bio obvezan, odnosno ako bi se i onima koji certifikat nemaju, ali mogu predočiti rezultat testiranja ili potvrdu o cijepljenju u nekom drugom obliku također omogućilo prelaženje granica bez restrikcija.
"Jednostavnije rečeno, nismo skloni certifikatu kao obvezi za prelazak granice već isključivo kao jednoj od mogućnosti koja bi vjerojatno bila prikladna za poslovne ljude, mlađu populaciju i slično... No, smatramo da se prelazak granice ne bi smio ograničavati onima koji taj certifikat nemaju ako u nekom drugom obliku mogu predočiti potvrdu da nisu bolesni", kažu za Jutarnji.

Još se ne zna kako bi covid putovnica trebala izgledati, razgovara se o tome da bude u obliku aplikacije za smartphone.
Nakon što je predsjednica Europske komisije, Ursula von der Leyen, ovaj tjedan najavila da razmišljaju o uvođenju "Digitalnog zelenog certifikata" za lakši prelazak granice, postalo je jasno da se na razini Unije definitivno traži zajedničko rješenje za ponovno pokretanje putničkog prometa među zemljama.

Konačan prijedlog Komisije o tome kako bi taj certifikat točno trebao izgledati i kako će se putnici njime služiti trebao bi biti donesen do 17. ožujka, no priču zasad prati cijeli niz nejasnoća, pa čak i temeljnog nerazumijevanja što bi taj certifikat uopće trebao predstavljati, piše Jutarnji list.
Kako piše Politico koji je dobio uvid u pismo Ursule von der Leyen o certifikatu, Komisija se zalaže za to da certifikat ne bude isključivo dokaz da su putnici cijepljeni već da on na jednom mjestu objedinjuje i rezultate PCR testiranja, kao i potvrdu da je putnik imunitet na covid-19 stekao preboljevši tu bolest.
Digitalni zeleni certifikat, dakle, u tom bi obliku zapravo na jednom mjestu objedinjavao formalno-pravne dokaze da osoba nije bolesna, odnosno da je imuna i time joj omogućavao da lakše prijeđe granice, koje je i trenutno moguće prelaziti ograničeno, prvenstveno uz predočavanje negativnog PCR testa, dok su neke zemlje prelazak granica već omogućile i za sve one koji imaju potvrdu da su cijepljeni, odnosno da su preboljeli bolest.

Za uvođenje službenog certifikata, piše Politico, zasad se najviše zalažu o turizmu ovisne zemlje - Španjolska, Malta, Cipar i Grčka, a Cipar je već najavio da od svibnja u zemlju planira bez ikakvih restrikcija početi puštati cijepljene Britance, dok su Cipar i Grčka sličan dogovor već postigle i s Izraelom.
Uvođenju tog dokumenta, međutim, sklone su i neke druge zemlje pa je ovu inicijativu prošlog tjedna pozdravio i austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz, dok se Hrvatska, iako ovisna o turizmu, zasad tek sramežljivo javlja na ovu temu.
Kako Jutarnji list doznaje od dobro informiranog izvora, hrvatska politika načelno podržava sve napore koji će kao rezultat imati lakši prelazak granice, no isključivo ako to neće biti diskriminirajuće prema građanima.

Naime, iako je zasad nejasno kako bi taj certifikat trebao izgledati, zasad se razgovara da on zapravo bude aplikacija na smartphoneu u kojoj će putnik imati rezultate testiranja, potvrdu o cijepljenju ili pak prebolijevanju bolesti.
Hrvatska bi certifikat u tom smislu podržala isključivo ako on za putnike ne bi bio obvezan, odnosno ako bi se i onima koji certifikat nemaju, ali mogu predočiti rezultat testiranja ili potvrdu o cijepljenju u nekom drugom obliku također omogućilo prelaženje granica bez restrikcija.
"Jednostavnije rečeno, nismo skloni certifikatu kao obvezi za prelazak granice već isključivo kao jednoj od mogućnosti koja bi vjerojatno bila prikladna za poslovne ljude, mlađu populaciju i slično... No, smatramo da se prelazak granice ne bi smio ograničavati onima koji taj certifikat nemaju ako u nekom drugom obliku mogu predočiti potvrdu da nisu bolesni", kažu za Jutarnji.
