Incidencija - riječ za koju već svi u Njemačkoj znaju što znači: broj novozaraženih koronavirusom u posljednjih sedam dana na 100.000 stanovnika. Ako ona iznosi 50 ili više na snagu stupaju ograničenja. Kontroliraju se okupljanja ljudi, a trgovinama, restoranima i kinima ponovo prijeti zatvaranje. Tako kaže zakon, piše Deutsche Welle.

Ali incidencija više neće biti presudan kriterij za uvođenje mjera. Ovoga tjedna je na sastanku ministara zaduženih za borbu protiv korone njemački ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn zadužen za izradu novog zakonskog rješenja, i to - ako je moguće - prije parlamentarnih izbora 26. rujna, prenosi Jutarnji list. 

On želi što prije uvesti sustav koji će se ravnati prema broju korona-pacijenata koji se liječe u bolnicama. U izjavi za njemački javni servis ARD ministar je rekao da je incidencija i dalje važna, ali da je vrijeme tog kriterija prošlo jer je u Njemačkoj veliki broj ljudi cijepljen. Na pitanje hoće li na jesen biti uveden novi lockdown ako poraste broj zaraženih, Spahn odgovara: „Sigurno neće biti lockdowna za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli koronu."

Dobre vijesti za građane, i to usred predizborne kampanje. No broj novih infekcija već uveliko raste zbog visokozaraznog delta-soja virusa. Prosječna incidencija u Njemačkoj iznosi 58, a u najnaseljenijoj njemačkoj pokrajini Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, već je prešla stotinu.

Ovaj trend zabrinjava liječnika Janoscha Dahmena, zdravstvenog stručnjaka oporbene stranke Zeleni u njemačkom parlamentu. „Teško je oduprijeti se dojmu da se ovdje manje radi o zaštiti zdravlja, a više o pomaganju kampanje premijera Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije Armina Lascheta, koji se kandidirao za kancelara, i u čijoj pokrajini je pandemija trenutno izvan kontrole", kaže on za Deutsche Welle.

Komentirajući odluku da se odustane od kriterija od 50 novozaraženih tjedno, Dahmen dodaje da mu taj potez vlade djeluje „nedopečeno“. „Nije jasno koju će ulogu incidencija igrati u budućnosti“, kaže ovaj političar. “Također nije jasno koja će biti granica broja zaraženih koronom u bolnicama." U njemačkim bolnicama se trenutno nalazi tek 1,3 korona-pacijenata na 100.000 stanovnika. Mada se i cijepljene osobe mogu zaraziti virusom, bolest je kod njih obično blaga, pa oni rijetko moraju u bolnicu.

Njemački socijaldemokrati (SPD) su također podržali odluku o ukidanju kriterija incidencije, ali ne žele da ministar Spahn pokupi svu slavu. Pogotovo kad stižu izbori. Parlamentarni zastupnik SPD-a Dirk Wiese žalio se u razgovoru za portal T-Online da su njihovi koalicijski partneri iz CDU/CSU-a „uporno odbijali prijedloge SPD-a da se odbaci kriterij incidencije“ i tako protratili vrijeme da se zakon promijeni redovnim putem.

Dakle, novi kurs vlade je sljedeći: cijepljeni i oni koji su preboljeli koronu slobodno će moći ići u restorane, kafiće, kina, bazene i teretane. A oni koji se nisu cijepili morat će se i dalje testirati, a od 11. listopada te testove će morati i sami platiti. Tako kaže Armin Laschet, kandidat konzervativaca koji se nada da će naslijediti Angelu Merkel.

„Polazim od toga da će cijepljenje nastaviti napredovati, da neće biti ograničenja za cijepljene i da prije svega neće biti lockdowna", rekao je Laschet za njemački list Bild.

Ima i onih koji situaciju vide malo drugačije, kao što je predsjednik Udruženja kućnih liječnika u Berlinu i Brandenburgu Wolfgang Kreischer. On kaže da bi vlasti i dalje trebale držati incidenciju na oku. „Ali političarima su potrebni argumenti da izbjegnu novi lockdown, i to mogu shvatiti", kaže ovaj liječnik za Deutsche Welle.

Više od 59 posto stanovnika Njemačke je već primilo potpunu zaštitu od zaraze koronavirusom - dakle problem je onih drugih 40 posto. „Kada je toliko ljudi nezaštićeno, incidencija od oko 200 bi već bila znak za uzbunu“, upozorava Kreischer. AIi kaže da bi trebalo povećati pritisak na one koji izbjegavaju vakcinaciju.

A ministar zdravstva upozorava da i dalje za sve važe tri ključna pravila: maske, distanca, higijena. Ali što je veći broj cijepljenih u Njemačkoj ima sve više onih koji postaju nemarni - a to doprinosi rastu broja zaraženih, piše Deutsche Welle.

Incidencija - riječ za koju već svi u Njemačkoj znaju što znači: broj novozaraženih koronavirusom u posljednjih sedam dana na 100.000 stanovnika. Ako ona iznosi 50 ili više na snagu stupaju ograničenja. Kontroliraju se okupljanja ljudi, a trgovinama, restoranima i kinima ponovo prijeti zatvaranje. Tako kaže zakon, piše Deutsche Welle.

Ali incidencija više neće biti presudan kriterij za uvođenje mjera. Ovoga tjedna je na sastanku ministara zaduženih za borbu protiv korone njemački ministar zdravstva Jens Spahn zadužen za izradu novog zakonskog rješenja, i to - ako je moguće - prije parlamentarnih izbora 26. rujna, prenosi Jutarnji list. 

On želi što prije uvesti sustav koji će se ravnati prema broju korona-pacijenata koji se liječe u bolnicama. U izjavi za njemački javni servis ARD ministar je rekao da je incidencija i dalje važna, ali da je vrijeme tog kriterija prošlo jer je u Njemačkoj veliki broj ljudi cijepljen. Na pitanje hoće li na jesen biti uveden novi lockdown ako poraste broj zaraženih, Spahn odgovara: „Sigurno neće biti lockdowna za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli koronu."

Dobre vijesti za građane, i to usred predizborne kampanje. No broj novih infekcija već uveliko raste zbog visokozaraznog delta-soja virusa. Prosječna incidencija u Njemačkoj iznosi 58, a u najnaseljenijoj njemačkoj pokrajini Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji, već je prešla stotinu.

Ovaj trend zabrinjava liječnika Janoscha Dahmena, zdravstvenog stručnjaka oporbene stranke Zeleni u njemačkom parlamentu. „Teško je oduprijeti se dojmu da se ovdje manje radi o zaštiti zdravlja, a više o pomaganju kampanje premijera Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije Armina Lascheta, koji se kandidirao za kancelara, i u čijoj pokrajini je pandemija trenutno izvan kontrole", kaže on za Deutsche Welle.

Komentirajući odluku da se odustane od kriterija od 50 novozaraženih tjedno, Dahmen dodaje da mu taj potez vlade djeluje „nedopečeno“. „Nije jasno koju će ulogu incidencija igrati u budućnosti“, kaže ovaj političar. “Također nije jasno koja će biti granica broja zaraženih koronom u bolnicama." U njemačkim bolnicama se trenutno nalazi tek 1,3 korona-pacijenata na 100.000 stanovnika. Mada se i cijepljene osobe mogu zaraziti virusom, bolest je kod njih obično blaga, pa oni rijetko moraju u bolnicu.

Njemački socijaldemokrati (SPD) su također podržali odluku o ukidanju kriterija incidencije, ali ne žele da ministar Spahn pokupi svu slavu. Pogotovo kad stižu izbori. Parlamentarni zastupnik SPD-a Dirk Wiese žalio se u razgovoru za portal T-Online da su njihovi koalicijski partneri iz CDU/CSU-a „uporno odbijali prijedloge SPD-a da se odbaci kriterij incidencije“ i tako protratili vrijeme da se zakon promijeni redovnim putem.

Dakle, novi kurs vlade je sljedeći: cijepljeni i oni koji su preboljeli koronu slobodno će moći ići u restorane, kafiće, kina, bazene i teretane. A oni koji se nisu cijepili morat će se i dalje testirati, a od 11. listopada te testove će morati i sami platiti. Tako kaže Armin Laschet, kandidat konzervativaca koji se nada da će naslijediti Angelu Merkel.

„Polazim od toga da će cijepljenje nastaviti napredovati, da neće biti ograničenja za cijepljene i da prije svega neće biti lockdowna", rekao je Laschet za njemački list Bild.

Ima i onih koji situaciju vide malo drugačije, kao što je predsjednik Udruženja kućnih liječnika u Berlinu i Brandenburgu Wolfgang Kreischer. On kaže da bi vlasti i dalje trebale držati incidenciju na oku. „Ali političarima su potrebni argumenti da izbjegnu novi lockdown, i to mogu shvatiti", kaže ovaj liječnik za Deutsche Welle.

Više od 59 posto stanovnika Njemačke je već primilo potpunu zaštitu od zaraze koronavirusom - dakle problem je onih drugih 40 posto. „Kada je toliko ljudi nezaštićeno, incidencija od oko 200 bi već bila znak za uzbunu“, upozorava Kreischer. AIi kaže da bi trebalo povećati pritisak na one koji izbjegavaju vakcinaciju.

A ministar zdravstva upozorava da i dalje za sve važe tri ključna pravila: maske, distanca, higijena. Ali što je veći broj cijepljenih u Njemačkoj ima sve više onih koji postaju nemarni - a to doprinosi rastu broja zaraženih, piše Deutsche Welle.
