-Predstavnici Solaris Bus&Coach S.A. pokušali su u petak 19. lipnja po drugi puta ispuniti svoju ugovornu obvezu isporuke 11 gradskih autobusa Solaris Urbino 12 prema Ugovoru o javnoj nabavi sklopljenog između naručitelja Libertas Dubrovnik d.o.o. i Isporučitelja Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. (SBC). Naručitelj je ponovno odbio primiti autobuse uz tvrdnju da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete u dijelu konfiguracije mjenjača (usporivač/retarder). SBC tvrdi da su autobusi proizvedeni u skladu sa tehničkim specifikacijama natječajnog postupka, kao i u skladu sa ishodima žalbenih postupaka koji su vođeni u dva navrata ispred državne Komisije kao i odluke Visokog upravnog suda. Predstavnici Solarisa su već 28. svibnja pokušali isporučiti 11 diesel autobusa, ali su odbijeni uz obrazloženje da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete natječajnog postupka.Kompanija SBC uvjerena je da je cijelokupni postupak natjecanja provela u dobroj vjeri, poštujući sve zakonske i proceduralne norme vezane uz Zakon o javnoj nabavi, Zakon o obveznim odnosima kao i procedure vezane uz spomenuti postupak javne nabave - navodi se u priopćenju i dodaje:

-Najviši predstavnici SBC, prisutni u Dubrovniku tijekom pokušaja ponovne primopredaje autobusa, ostali su zgroženi i duboko šokirani svjedočivši kako predstavnici policije i gradskog redarstva spriječavaju prilazak autobusa Solarisa sjedištu tvrtke Libertas Dubrovnik, dok u isto vrijeme gradonačelnik Dubrovnika javnim objavama karakterizira Upravu Kompanije SBC prevarantima i prijeti kaznenim prijavama. U ozračju pozitivnih poslovnih praksi i poslovne etike, Kompanija SBC ustraje pri odluci da ostavi otvorenu mogućnost za pronalazak zajedničkog rješenja. Naglašavamo kako je do danas uložen vrlo veliki trud za susrete sa naručiteljem i objašnjavanjem pozicije SBC, unatoč vrlo otežanim uvjetima putovanja, uzrokovanim pandemijom COVID 19.Ukoliko u slijedećim danima neće biti napretka u pronalasku obostrano prihvatljivog rješenja, SBC će pokrenuti postupke u cilju zaštite svojih interesa kao i nadoknadi štete. Željeli bismo izraziti duboko žaljenje građanima Dubrovnika što im je uskraćeno korištenje proizvoda koji bi značajno poboljšali uslugu javnog prijevoza kao i pozitivan učinak na okolinu grada baš kao što Solaris autobusi to čine u gotovo svim velikim gradovima Europe i svijeta - kaže se na kraju priopćenja, a priložili su i Mišljenja o mjenjaču Ecolife 6AP u odnosu na VOITH Diwa prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje, Sveučilišta u Splitu. u petak ponovo vraćeno iz Dubrovnika jer ne udovoljavaju tehničkim uvjetima, a gradonačelnik Mato Franković i direktor Libertasa Ante Vojvodić najavili podnošenje kaznene prijave protiv odgovornih osoba u tvrtki Solaris, zbog pokušaja prevare, oglasili su se iz poljske tvrtke.

-Predstavnici Solaris Bus&Coach S.A. pokušali su u petak 19. lipnja po drugi puta ispuniti svoju ugovornu obvezu isporuke 11 gradskih autobusa Solaris Urbino 12 prema Ugovoru o javnoj nabavi sklopljenog između naručitelja Libertas Dubrovnik d.o.o. i Isporučitelja Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. (SBC). Naručitelj je ponovno odbio primiti autobuse uz tvrdnju da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete u dijelu konfiguracije mjenjača (usporivač/retarder). SBC tvrdi da su autobusi proizvedeni u skladu sa tehničkim specifikacijama natječajnog postupka, kao i u skladu sa ishodima žalbenih postupaka koji su vođeni u dva navrata ispred državne Komisije kao i odluke Visokog upravnog suda. Predstavnici Solarisa su već 28. svibnja pokušali isporučiti 11 diesel autobusa, ali su odbijeni uz obrazloženje da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete natječajnog postupka.Kompanija SBC uvjerena je da je cijelokupni postupak natjecanja provela u dobroj vjeri, poštujući sve zakonske i proceduralne norme vezane uz Zakon o javnoj nabavi, Zakon o obveznim odnosima kao i procedure vezane uz spomenuti postupak javne nabave - navodi se u priopćenju i dodaje:

-Najviši predstavnici SBC, prisutni u Dubrovniku tijekom pokušaja ponovne primopredaje autobusa, ostali su zgroženi i duboko šokirani svjedočivši kako predstavnici policije i gradskog redarstva spriječavaju prilazak autobusa Solarisa sjedištu tvrtke Libertas Dubrovnik, dok u isto vrijeme gradonačelnik Dubrovnika javnim objavama karakterizira Upravu Kompanije SBC prevarantima i prijeti kaznenim prijavama. U ozračju pozitivnih poslovnih praksi i poslovne etike, Kompanija SBC ustraje pri odluci da ostavi otvorenu mogućnost za pronalazak zajedničkog rješenja. Naglašavamo kako je do danas uložen vrlo veliki trud za susrete sa naručiteljem i objašnjavanjem pozicije SBC, unatoč vrlo otežanim uvjetima putovanja, uzrokovanim pandemijom COVID 19.Ukoliko u slijedećim danima neće biti napretka u pronalasku obostrano prihvatljivog rješenja, SBC će pokrenuti postupke u cilju zaštite svojih interesa kao i nadoknadi štete. Željeli bismo izraziti duboko žaljenje građanima Dubrovnika što im je uskraćeno korištenje proizvoda koji bi značajno poboljšali uslugu javnog prijevoza kao i pozitivan učinak na okolinu grada baš kao što Solaris autobusi to čine u gotovo svim velikim gradovima Europe i svijeta - kaže se na kraju priopćenja, a priložili su i Mišljenja o mjenjaču Ecolife 6AP u odnosu na VOITH Diwa prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje, Sveučilišta u Splitu. Nakon što je 11 poljskih autobusa u petak ponovo vraćeno iz Dubrovnika jer ne udovoljavaju tehničkim uvjetima, a gradonačelnik Mato Franković i direktor Libertasa Ante Vojvodić najavili podnošenje kaznene prijave protiv odgovornih osoba u tvrtki Solaris, zbog pokušaja prevare, oglasili su se iz poljske tvrtke.

-Predstavnici Solaris Bus&Coach S.A. pokušali su u petak 19. lipnja po drugi puta ispuniti svoju ugovornu obvezu isporuke 11 gradskih autobusa Solaris Urbino 12 prema Ugovoru o javnoj nabavi sklopljenog između naručitelja Libertas Dubrovnik d.o.o. i Isporučitelja Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. (SBC). Naručitelj je ponovno odbio primiti autobuse uz tvrdnju da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete u dijelu konfiguracije mjenjača (usporivač/retarder). SBC tvrdi da su autobusi proizvedeni u skladu sa tehničkim specifikacijama natječajnog postupka, kao i u skladu sa ishodima žalbenih postupaka koji su vođeni u dva navrata ispred državne Komisije kao i odluke Visokog upravnog suda. Predstavnici Solarisa su već 28. svibnja pokušali isporučiti 11 diesel autobusa, ali su odbijeni uz obrazloženje da ne ispunjavaju tehničke uvjete natječajnog postupka.Kompanija SBC uvjerena je da je cijelokupni postupak natjecanja provela u dobroj vjeri, poštujući sve zakonske i proceduralne norme vezane uz Zakon o javnoj nabavi, Zakon o obveznim odnosima kao i procedure vezane uz spomenuti postupak javne nabave - navodi se u priopćenju i dodaje:

-Najviši predstavnici SBC, prisutni u Dubrovniku tijekom pokušaja ponovne primopredaje autobusa, ostali su zgroženi i duboko šokirani svjedočivši kako predstavnici policije i gradskog redarstva spriječavaju prilazak autobusa Solarisa sjedištu tvrtke Libertas Dubrovnik, dok u isto vrijeme gradonačelnik Dubrovnika javnim objavama karakterizira Upravu Kompanije SBC prevarantima i prijeti kaznenim prijavama. U ozračju pozitivnih poslovnih praksi i poslovne etike, Kompanija SBC ustraje pri odluci da ostavi otvorenu mogućnost za pronalazak zajedničkog rješenja. Naglašavamo kako je do danas uložen vrlo veliki trud za susrete sa naručiteljem i objašnjavanjem pozicije SBC, unatoč vrlo otežanim uvjetima putovanja, uzrokovanim pandemijom COVID 19.Ukoliko u slijedećim danima neće biti napretka u pronalasku obostrano prihvatljivog rješenja, SBC će pokrenuti postupke u cilju zaštite svojih interesa kao i nadoknadi štete. Željeli bismo izraziti duboko žaljenje građanima Dubrovnika što im je uskraćeno korištenje proizvoda koji bi značajno poboljšali uslugu javnog prijevoza kao i pozitivan učinak na okolinu grada baš kao što Solaris autobusi to čine u gotovo svim velikim gradovima Europe i svijeta - kaže se na kraju priopćenja, a priložili su i Mišljenja o mjenjaču Ecolife 6AP u odnosu na VOITH Diwa prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje, Sveučilišta u Splitu.
