Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s Državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 57-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare.

Kako doznaje Slobodna Dalmacija, riječ je o Arsenu Marinu, nekadašnjem dioničaru tvrtke "Luka Zadar" i poznatom zadarskom pouzetniku koji se već duže vrijeme bavi nekretninama.

Sumnja se, naime, da je krivotvorenjem dokumentacije, te prevarom na štetu kupaca nekretnina Marin pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist, koja se procjenjuje na oko 187 tisuća eura.

- Proteklih godina, od 2018..godine, od dvojice hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 70 i 34 godine, na ime kupnje stana u stambenom objektu na području Zadra u više navrata primio je novčani iznos, držeći iz u zabludi kako su postali vlasnici stanova, dok su vlasništvo nad nekretninama stekle treće osobe - navode u Policijskoj upravi zadarskoj.

Izradio je lažnu dokumentaciji o kupoprodaji nekretnina, te drugu krivotvorenu poslovnu dokumentaciju koju je predočio kao pravu, a sve u cilju dovođenja u zabludu žrtava, te pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi.

Osumnjičeni 57-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave, a kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare je dostavljena Državnom odvjetništvu.

U odnosu na druge oštećene osobe, te moguće počinitelje kaznenih djela, policija i dalje nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje.

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s Državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 57-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare.

Kako doznaje Slobodna Dalmacija, riječ je o Arsenu Marinu, nekadašnjem dioničaru tvrtke "Luka Zadar" i poznatom zadarskom pouzetniku koji se već duže vrijeme bavi nekretninama.

Sumnja se, naime, da je krivotvorenjem dokumentacije, te prevarom na štetu kupaca nekretnina Marin pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist, koja se procjenjuje na oko 187 tisuća eura.

- Proteklih godina, od 2018..godine, od dvojice hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 70 i 34 godine, na ime kupnje stana u stambenom objektu na području Zadra u više navrata primio je novčani iznos, držeći iz u zabludi kako su postali vlasnici stanova, dok su vlasništvo nad nekretninama stekle treće osobe - navode u Policijskoj upravi zadarskoj.

Izradio je lažnu dokumentaciji o kupoprodaji nekretnina, te drugu krivotvorenu poslovnu dokumentaciju koju je predočio kao pravu, a sve u cilju dovođenja u zabludu žrtava, te pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi.

Osumnjičeni 57-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave, a kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare je dostavljena Državnom odvjetništvu.

U odnosu na druge oštećene osobe, te moguće počinitelje kaznenih djela, policija i dalje nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje.

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s Državnim odvjetništvom proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 57-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare.

Kako doznaje Slobodna Dalmacija, riječ je o Arsenu Marinu, nekadašnjem dioničaru tvrtke "Luka Zadar" i poznatom zadarskom pouzetniku koji se već duže vrijeme bavi nekretninama.

Sumnja se, naime, da je krivotvorenjem dokumentacije, te prevarom na štetu kupaca nekretnina Marin pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist, koja se procjenjuje na oko 187 tisuća eura.

Kupci stanova dovedeni su u zabludu

- Proteklih godina, od 2018..godine, od dvojice hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 70 i 34 godine, na ime kupnje stana u stambenom objektu na području Zadra u više navrata primio je novčani iznos, držeći iz u zabludi kako su postali vlasnici stanova, dok su vlasništvo nad nekretninama stekle treće osobe - navode u Policijskoj upravi zadarskoj.

Izradio je lažnu dokumentaciji o kupoprodaji nekretnina, te drugu krivotvorenu poslovnu dokumentaciju koju je predočio kao pravu, a sve u cilju dovođenja u zabludu žrtava, te pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi.

Osumnjičeni 57-godišnjak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave, a kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare je dostavljena Državnom odvjetništvu.

U odnosu na druge oštećene osobe, te moguće počinitelje kaznenih djela, policija i dalje nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje.
