Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku izvijestilo je o podizanju optužnice pred Županijskim sudom u Dubrovniku  protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1975.) zbog kaznenog djela teškog ubojstva, kaznenog djela ubojstva te kaznenog djela posjedovanja, izrade i nabavljanja oružja i eksplozivnih tvari.

Okrivljenog 47-godišnjaka se optužnicom tereti da je 25. ožujka 2022. oko 7.40 sati u Pločama, u namjeri da liši života dijete (2005.) kao osvetu zbog narušenih međuljudskih odnosa s njegovim roditeljima, iz automatske puške ispalio više hitaca u njegovom smjeru nanijevši mu više prostrijelnih ozljeda uslijed kojih je dijete odmah preminulo.

Na teret se 47-godišnjak stavlja da je istoga dana u Pločama, u namjeri da liši života svog brata, iz iste automatske puške ispalio više hitaca u njegovom smjeru nanijevši mu više prostrijelnih ozljeda uslijed kojih je i on odmah preminuo. 

Okrivljenog se tereti da je pri počinjenju kaznenih djela koristio automatsku pušku s većim brojem streljiva te da je u obiteljskoj kući u Pločama i u vozilu držao više desetaka komada streljiva, čije posjedovanje je građanima zabranjeno sukladno odredbama Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji istražni zatvor.

Dvostruko ubojstvo dogodilo se tog ožujka, a policija je na dvije različite lokacije pronašla dva tijela, te uskoro uhitila osumnjičenika.

Lokalni mediji izvijestili su kako je ubojicas M.R. dobro poznat stanovnicima Ploča po nasilničkom ponašanju. Žrtve su bile njegov brat M.R. i 17-godišnjak, sin ubojičina bivšeg susjeda s kojim je navodno bio u imovinskom sporu.

Okrivljenog 47-godišnjaka se optužnicom tereti da je 25. ožujka 2022. oko 7.40 sati u Pločama, u namjeri da liši života dijete (2005.) kao osvetu zbog narušenih međuljudskih odnosa s njegovim roditeljima, iz automatske puške ispalio više hitaca u njegovom smjeru nanijevši mu više prostrijelnih ozljeda uslijed kojih je dijete odmah preminulo.

Na teret se 47-godišnjak stavlja da je istoga dana u Pločama, u namjeri da liši života svog brata, iz iste automatske puške ispalio više hitaca u njegovom smjeru nanijevši mu više prostrijelnih ozljeda uslijed kojih je i on odmah preminuo. 

Okrivljenog se tereti da je pri počinjenju kaznenih djela koristio automatsku pušku s većim brojem streljiva te da je u obiteljskoj kući u Pločama i u vozilu držao više desetaka komada streljiva, čije posjedovanje je građanima zabranjeno sukladno odredbama Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana.

U optužnici je predloženo da se protiv okrivljenika produlji istražni zatvor.

Dvostruko ubojstvo dogodilo se tog ožujka, a policija je na dvije različite lokacije pronašla dva tijela, te uskoro uhitila osumnjičenika.

Lokalni mediji izvijestili su kako je ubojicas M.R. dobro poznat stanovnicima Ploča po nasilničkom ponašanju. Žrtve su bile njegov brat M.R. i 17-godišnjak, sin ubojičina bivšeg susjeda s kojim je navodno bio u imovinskom sporu.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku izvijestilo je o podizanju optužnice pred Županijskim sudom u Dubrovniku  protiv hrvatskog državljanina (1975.) zbog kaznenog djela teškog ubojstva, kaznenog djela ubojstva te kaznenog djela posjedovanja, izrade i nabavljanja oružja i eksplozivnih tvari.
