Nedavno sam imala situaciju, kada mi je dobronamjerna osoba savjetovala da maknem objave s profila jedne društvene mreže. Iskreno, ostala sam zatečena njenim traženjem. To nije bila neka nebitna osoba, već osoba koju volim i cijenim i do čijeg mišljenja iznimno držim. I baš zbog toga, moje emotivna reakcija bila je snažnija negoli inače. Nisam mogla vjerovati da tako nešto traži od mene, ne videći svoju sjenu koja vrišti iz pozadine.

Poruku koju je napisala započela je riječima: Ti znaš koliko ja tebe volim i cijenim….Čim sam počela čitati ove riječi, smrzlo mi se u želucu. Odmah sam znala da je nešto posrijedi, jer mi se ta osoba nikada tako ne obraća. Osjetila sam muku, a tijelom su prolazili trnci. Što mi se to događa, zapitah se? Psihološki rečeno, uletjela sam u transfer.

Što je transfer?

Transfer susrećemo u svim međuljudskim odnosima. Prema Freudu transfer je način na koji ljudski um ponovno proživljava određena iskustva iz prošlosti (koja su zapamćena u našem nesvjesnom) u interakciji s nekim u sadašnjosti.

Teoretski za transfer možemo reći da je nesvjesno usmjeravanje osjećaja i potraživanja koji su originalno nastali u ranom periodu s važnim skrbnicima, na druge osobe (šef, partner, prijatelj, dijete) koje nesvjesni mozak prepoznaje kao skrbnike.

Da bih vam približila transfer poslužit ću se vlastitim primjerom. Riječi dobronamjerne osobe s početka teksta, bile su identične riječima mojih važnih skrbnika. U trenutku njenog obraćanja, prepoznala sam masku ljubavi, koju su skrbnici koristili da dobiju moju poslušnost.

Moja snažna emocionalna reakcija, upravo je bila alarm da se nalazim u transferu. Bez obzira što se situacija događala u 2023. godini, ja sam se u tom trenutku, bivajući u transferu, osjećala kao malena djevojčica, spremna napraviti sve u svrhu ljubavi. Iskreno nikada nisam voljela “ljubavlju obavijene riječi”. One su za mene imale neko skriveno značenje.

Zašto je to tako?

U našoj implicitnoj memoriji pohranjeni su mnogi podaci i sjećanja. Mi često nismo svjesni koliko smo ustvari vođeni podsvjesnom memorijom koja nam diktira život. Ljudska bića imaju tendenciju u skladu s prethodnim iskustvima razumijevati stvarnost. Točnije, životno iskustvo uvijek je mješavina onoga što doživljavamo u sadašnjosti i naših prošlih iskustava.

Porijeklo transfera

Transfer nastaje od najranijih odnosa u našim životima i može biti pozitivan (prenošenje nježnosti i ljubavi na druge) ili negativan (prijenos agresivnih osjećaja). Prvenstveno nastaje u odnosu majka-dijete i kasnije roditelji-dijete. Baza za budući transfer stvara se u najranijim mjesecima i godinama života.

Kako mehanizam transfera funkcionira?

U ranom periodu u interakciji s našim skrbnicima u nekom smo trenutku osjetili snažnu bol. Da bi se zaštitili od te boli, naš sustav podigao je obrambene mehanizme. Najčešći obrambeni mehanizam je disocijacija (odsječenost od boli) ili potiskivanje tog iskustva u podsvijest. Upravo ta bolna interakcija s primarnim skrbnicima, postaje osnova budućih transfera.

Naime, naš “primitivni mozak”, generalizira, spaja i posprema bolne interakcije u podsvijest. Nesvjesni mehanizmi reduciraju slična iskustva kao temeljni obrazac kojeg kasnije nesvjesno osoba prepoznaje u novim odnosima i na njega snažno reagira.

Kako nam transfer može pomoći?

Kada primjetimo da nam neka situacija tj. osoba izaziva pretjerane emotivne rekacije, vjerojatno smo u transferu. Čudesno je kada osvijestimo, da to što nas boli nema veze s dotičnom osobom, već je dio nas samih. Osvještavanjem i prorađivanjem bolnih emocija, može nam pomoći da zadržimo mnoge odnose.

Nedavno sam imala situaciju, kada mi je dobronamjerna osoba savjetovala da maknem objave s profila jedne društvene mreže. Iskreno, ostala sam zatečena njenim traženjem. To nije bila neka nebitna osoba, već osoba koju volim i cijenim i do čijeg mišljenja iznimno držim. I baš zbog toga, moje emotivna reakcija bila je snažnija negoli inače. Nisam mogla vjerovati da tako nešto traži od mene, ne videći svoju sjenu koja vrišti iz pozadine.

Poruku koju je napisala započela je riječima: Ti znaš koliko ja tebe volim i cijenim….Čim sam počela čitati ove riječi, smrzlo mi se u želucu. Odmah sam znala da je nešto posrijedi, jer mi se ta osoba nikada tako ne obraća. Osjetila sam muku, a tijelom su prolazili trnci. Što mi se to događa, zapitah se? Psihološki rečeno, uletjela sam u transfer.

Što je transfer?

Transfer susrećemo u svim međuljudskim odnosima. Prema Freudu transfer je način na koji ljudski um ponovno proživljava određena iskustva iz prošlosti (koja su zapamćena u našem nesvjesnom) u interakciji s nekim u sadašnjosti.

Teoretski za transfer možemo reći da je nesvjesno usmjeravanje osjećaja i potraživanja koji su originalno nastali u ranom periodu s važnim skrbnicima, na druge osobe (šef, partner, prijatelj, dijete) koje nesvjesni mozak prepoznaje kao skrbnike.

Da bih vam približila transfer poslužit ću se vlastitim primjerom. Riječi dobronamjerne osobe s početka teksta, bile su identične riječima mojih važnih skrbnika. U trenutku njenog obraćanja, prepoznala sam masku ljubavi, koju su skrbnici koristili da dobiju moju poslušnost.

Moja snažna emocionalna reakcija, upravo je bila alarm da se nalazim u transferu. Bez obzira što se situacija događala u 2023. godini, ja sam se u tom trenutku, bivajući u transferu, osjećala kao malena djevojčica, spremna napraviti sve u svrhu ljubavi. Iskreno nikada nisam voljela “ljubavlju obavijene riječi”. One su za mene imale neko skriveno značenje.

Zašto je to tako?

U našoj implicitnoj memoriji pohranjeni su mnogi podaci i sjećanja. Mi često nismo svjesni koliko smo ustvari vođeni podsvjesnom memorijom koja nam diktira život. Ljudska bića imaju tendenciju u skladu s prethodnim iskustvima razumijevati stvarnost. Točnije, životno iskustvo uvijek je mješavina onoga što doživljavamo u sadašnjosti i naših prošlih iskustava.

Porijeklo transfera

Transfer nastaje od najranijih odnosa u našim životima i može biti pozitivan (prenošenje nježnosti i ljubavi na druge) ili negativan (prijenos agresivnih osjećaja). Prvenstveno nastaje u odnosu majka-dijete i kasnije roditelji-dijete. Baza za budući transfer stvara se u najranijim mjesecima i godinama života.

Kako mehanizam transfera funkcionira?

U ranom periodu u interakciji s našim skrbnicima u nekom smo trenutku osjetili snažnu bol. Da bi se zaštitili od te boli, naš sustav podigao je obrambene mehanizme. Najčešći obrambeni mehanizam je disocijacija (odsječenost od boli) ili potiskivanje tog iskustva u podsvijest. Upravo ta bolna interakcija s primarnim skrbnicima, postaje osnova budućih transfera.

Naime, naš “primitivni mozak”, generalizira, spaja i posprema bolne interakcije u podsvijest. Nesvjesni mehanizmi reduciraju slična iskustva kao temeljni obrazac kojeg kasnije nesvjesno osoba prepoznaje u novim odnosima i na njega snažno reagira.

Kako nam transfer može pomoći?

Kada primjetimo da nam neka situacija tj. osoba izaziva pretjerane emotivne rekacije, vjerojatno smo u transferu. Čudesno je kada osvijestimo, da to što nas boli nema veze s dotičnom osobom, već je dio nas samih. Osvještavanjem i prorađivanjem bolnih emocija, može nam pomoći da zadržimo mnoge odnose.
