Samo bi naivci mogli misliti da bogati i slavni nemaju problema. Jedna od takvih je i popularna pjevačica Shakira, kojoj se raspao brak, a uskoro bi se trebala naći i pred sudom zbog neplaćanja poreza, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Kolumbijskoj glazbenoj zvijezdi sudit će se pred španjolskim sudom zbog optužbi za utaju poreza od 14,5 milijuna eura. Pjevačici će se suditi za šest navodnih poreznih prekršaja. Datum početka suđenja pred sudom u Barceloni još nije određen.
Shakiri prijeti do osam godina zatvora i novčana kazna od 23,8 milijuna eura ako bude proglašen krivom. Pjevačica, koja ima 45 godina, više je puta demantirala optužbe.
"Uvjerena sam da imam dovoljno dokaza i da će pravda biti na mojoj strani", rekla je nedavno u intervjuu za španjolsko izdanje magazina Elle, prenosi BBC.

Prethodno je odbila ponudu tužitelja za nagodbu i umjesto toga odlučila ići na suđenje.
U središtu spora je Shakirina rezidencija između 2012. i 2014. godine. Tužitelji tvrde da je Shakira u to vrijeme živjela u Španjolskoj, ali da je kao svoje službeno prebivalište prijavila drugo mjesto. Prema španjolskom zakonu, osobe koje provedu više od šest mjeseci u zemlji smatraju se rezidentima i poreznim obveznicima. No, Shakira tvrdi da u to vrijeme uglavnom nije živjela u Španjolskoj.

U srpnju su tužitelji objavili dokument u kojem se tvrdi da je kupila kuću u Barceloni 2012. godine. Postala je to obiteljska kuća u vlasništvu nje i njezinog tadašnjeg partnera, nogometaša Barcelone Gerarda Piquea. Njezini odvjetnici rekli su da je do 2014. većina njezinih prihoda dolazila od međunarodnih turneja i da je dugo vremena provodila izvan Španjolske.
"Španjolske porezne vlasti vidjele su da izlazim sa španjolskim državljaninom i svađa je počela. Jasno je da ih zanima samo novac", rekla je za magazin Elle.

Shakira je 2015. kao mjesto prebivališta navela Španjolsku i objavila da je platila 17,2 milijuna eura poreza te da nema nepodmirenih dugova. U odvojenom slučaju 2019. španjolski sud kaznio je Piquea s 2,1 milijun eura zbog utaje poreza između 2008. i 2010.
Par je početkom lipnja objavio da se rastaje nakon 11 godina. Imaju dva sina, od devet i sedam godina.
U intervjuu za magazin Elle prvi je put javno progovorila o svom razlazu od Piquea, rekavši da prolazi kroz "vjerojatno jedno od najtežih i najmračnijih razdoblja u svom životu", piše Elle, prenosi BBC.

Samo bi naivci mogli misliti da bogati i slavni nemaju problema. Jedna od takvih je i popularna pjevačica Shakira, kojoj se raspao brak, a uskoro bi se trebala naći i pred sudom zbog neplaćanja poreza, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.
Kolumbijskoj glazbenoj zvijezdi sudit će se pred španjolskim sudom zbog optužbi za utaju poreza od 14,5 milijuna eura. Pjevačici će se suditi za šest navodnih poreznih prekršaja. Datum početka suđenja pred sudom u Barceloni još nije određen.
Shakiri prijeti do osam godina zatvora i novčana kazna od 23,8 milijuna eura ako bude proglašen krivom. Pjevačica, koja ima 45 godina, više je puta demantirala optužbe.
"Uvjerena sam da imam dovoljno dokaza i da će pravda biti na mojoj strani", rekla je nedavno u intervjuu za španjolsko izdanje magazina Elle, prenosi BBC.

Prethodno je odbila ponudu tužitelja za nagodbu i umjesto toga odlučila ići na suđenje.
U središtu spora je Shakirina rezidencija između 2012. i 2014. godine. Tužitelji tvrde da je Shakira u to vrijeme živjela u Španjolskoj, ali da je kao svoje službeno prebivalište prijavila drugo mjesto. Prema španjolskom zakonu, osobe koje provedu više od šest mjeseci u zemlji smatraju se rezidentima i poreznim obveznicima. No, Shakira tvrdi da u to vrijeme uglavnom nije živjela u Španjolskoj.

U srpnju su tužitelji objavili dokument u kojem se tvrdi da je kupila kuću u Barceloni 2012. godine. Postala je to obiteljska kuća u vlasništvu nje i njezinog tadašnjeg partnera, nogometaša Barcelone Gerarda Piquea. Njezini odvjetnici rekli su da je do 2014. većina njezinih prihoda dolazila od međunarodnih turneja i da je dugo vremena provodila izvan Španjolske.
"Španjolske porezne vlasti vidjele su da izlazim sa španjolskim državljaninom i svađa je počela. Jasno je da ih zanima samo novac", rekla je za magazin Elle.

Shakira je 2015. kao mjesto prebivališta navela Španjolsku i objavila da je platila 17,2 milijuna eura poreza te da nema nepodmirenih dugova. U odvojenom slučaju 2019. španjolski sud kaznio je Piquea s 2,1 milijun eura zbog utaje poreza između 2008. i 2010.
Par je početkom lipnja objavio da se rastaje nakon 11 godina. Imaju dva sina, od devet i sedam godina.
U intervjuu za magazin Elle prvi je put javno progovorila o svom razlazu od Piquea, rekavši da prolazi kroz "vjerojatno jedno od najtežih i najmračnijih razdoblja u svom životu", piše Elle, prenosi BBC.
