PRIPREMA:

U posudu dodajte jaje, jogurt, jabuku, šećere i sol pa mutite pjenjačom.

Dodajte rakiju i rum, pa postepeno dodavajte brašno s praškom za pecivo.

U duboku i široku posudu stavite ulje i zagrijte.

Smjesu za fritule pomoću male žličice stavljajte u ulje i pržite 1/2 min ili ju stavite u slastičarsku vrećicu i pomoću nje i noža je spuštajte u ulje.

Taj postupak radite dok ne potrošite smjesu.

Topleprikle uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.

*za idealne prikle ulje vam mora biti na temperaturi od 170/180 stupnjeva!

PRIPREMA:

U posudu dodajte jaje, jogurt, jabuku, šećere i sol pa mutite pjenjačom.

Dodajte rakiju i rum, pa postepeno dodavajte brašno s praškom za pecivo.

U duboku i široku posudu stavite ulje i zagrijte.

Smjesu za fritule pomoću male žličice stavljajte u ulje i pržite 1/2 min ili ju stavite u slastičarsku vrećicu i pomoću nje i noža je spuštajte u ulje.

Taj postupak radite dok ne potrošite smjesu.

Topleprikle uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.

*za idealne prikle ulje vam mora biti na temperaturi od 170/180 stupnjeva!

Recept za prikle koje su meke iznutra, a savršeno hrskave izvana.

SASTOJCI:

  • 200 ml jogurta
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 naribana jabuka (bez kore)
  • 2 žlice ruma
  • 2 žlice rakije
  • 2 žlice šećera
  • prstohvat soli
  • 2 vanilin šećera
  • 1 prašak za pecivo
  • 300 g brašna
  • + suncokretovo ulje za prženje

PRIPREMA:

U posudu dodajte jaje, jogurt, jabuku, šećere i sol pa mutite pjenjačom.

Dodajte rakiju i rum, pa postepeno dodavajte brašno s praškom za pecivo.

U duboku i široku posudu stavite ulje i zagrijte.

Smjesu za fritule pomoću male žličice stavljajte u ulje i pržite 1/2 min ili ju stavite u slastičarsku vrećicu i pomoću nje i noža je spuštajte u ulje.

Taj postupak radite dok ne potrošite smjesu.

Topleprikle uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.

*za idealne prikle ulje vam mora biti na temperaturi od 170/180 stupnjeva!
